Rick Ross Taken Off Of House Arrest After Allegedly Pistol-Whipping Man Rick Ross is now free to gallivant the world with Lira Galore because he’s finally off of house arrest for allegdly pistol-whipping man in Atlanta according to TMZ . Ross was ordered to stay put at home in the case where he allegedly pistol-whipped a man. A judge ruled Friday Rozay’s home confinement wasn’t necessary since the alleged victim didn’t live anywhere near him. The judge said Ross has to stay clear of where the alleged victim lives, and he has to notify officials before leaving the state of Georgia. Ross was given some traveling wiggle room in August … for business reasons. Looks like the rapper will take advantage of his newfound freedom … he’s got a show in Chicago next month. Now Ross can spend more time with lady without worrying about her trying to date one of his artists !

Via CNBC : “I look forward to my day in court,” she told NBC News on Wednesday. Payne, 85, relayed the comment to her attorney, who was standing next to her but would not allow her to get on the phone with a reporter. The lawyer, Scott McCullers, said his bling-loving client plans to plead not guilty to charges that she swiped a $690 pair of Christian Dior earrings from a Saks Fifth Avenue in an Atlanta mall on Friday. And he suggested that she is being persecuted because of her reputation, cemented in the 2013 documentary “The Life and Crimes of Doris Payne.” “This issue may simply be someone seeking to enhance their name because of the recent recognition she received,” McCullers said. “They were initially interested in charging her with trespassing,” he added. “Once it was known who she was, it was turned into something else.” Atlanta Police spokesman Sgt. Warren Pickard declined to respond to the lawyer’s claim that the charge was pumped up, but said the arresting officers didn’t even know who Payne was until they found out she had an outstanding warrant for theft in North Carolina. Payne, who served two years in prison for a 2011 California theft, was charged with shoplifting for the Saks incident, booked at the Fulton County Jail and later released on $2,500 bond. “She’s traveling, taking in some sights and enjoying her senior years,” he said, adding that she had some undisclosed “health issues.” Although McCullers would not let Payne give an interview, she has spoken openly in the past about her exploits, which spanned two continents and six decades. #FreeDoris YT

And when you get to that down part, there are times you feel like no one can relate to you. I need to figure out what I need to do in my life.’ ” Mitchell now calls that time in his life a “confusion moment,” but he has admitted on his blog that he was “suicidal” and “deep in sin” while dealing with his “divorce, drug and alcohol usage … the lost of love ones to gang violence, debt, hurt, pain, vanity, lust [and] heartbreak.” But rather than let the darkness he was experiencing overtake him and send him further down a tragic path, Kel turned to his faith in Jesus and turned his life around: “I was trying to figure it all out on my own. The New York Daily News reports: The Alabama teacher who posed with his wife in a controversial blackface Halloween photo apologized for his “error in judgement,” but both maintain they did not intend any malice. Heath Morrow and his wife Shannon were under fire after posting a photo on Facebook of the couple dressed as Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. In the photo, Heath Morrow can be seen in blackface while wearing Kanye’s signature glasses and holding the sign “Kanye for Prez 2020.” The couple posted the photo on Facebook, but took it down following an uproar. “I didn’t know dressing up as a celebrity couple would cause so much controversy,” Shannon Morrow wrote in a message to the Daily News on Monday. “There was no malicious intent in this costume. The Weeknd Pleads No Contest To Battery Of Las Vegas Police Officer Don’t let the high-pitched falsetto fool you, Abel is ’bout that action, boss. Word on PageSix is that Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd entered a no contest plea last week in front of a Las Vegas judge for misdemeanor batter of a police officer. The report states that the judge agreed to drop the charge if Abel could keep his nose clean (no pun intended) and complete 50 hours of community service. The judge also demanded that Mr. Friday-Saturday-Sunday attend “impulse counseling”, an alcohol evaluation, and pay $1,000 to the injured officers fund.
