According to Radar Online “Life is good,” Lamar Odom said Monday when reporters caught him leaving an L.A. sushi restaurant, before insisting that he was still talking to his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, despite rumors of his drug binges. But that was Monday. Today, the couple’s crumbling marriage has been dealt yet another crippling blow by a new interview in Star with a woman who claims to have had an ongoing relationship with Odom for more than ten years. Twenty-nine-year-old graduate student Sandy Schultz is the third woman to come forward to expose her affair with Odom, 33, in recent weeks, after accounts by Polina Polonsky and Jennifer Richardson. But unlike those women, Schultz’s affair with the two-time NBA championship player began long before he even met Khloe. “Lamar and I first met in 2003 at Studio One nightclub in West Hollywood,” Schultz tells Star. Over the next two years, she claims, the couple “dated solidly … and then on and off for seven years after that.” Hoes. “I was very much in love with him,” Schultz reveals. “I loved his openness and his sexuality. My nickname for him was ‘Lam Lam,’ and to hear Khloe calling him that now is like a dagger through my heart.” By 2006, however, Odom had yet to propose, so Schultz left the country and became engaged to another man. When Schultz returned to the U.S. the next year, however, it was as if nothing had changed. “Our feelings for each other had remained so strong,” Schultz says, revealing that the couple made love at his Manhattan Beach home. “It didn’t bother him that I was engaged to someone else.” Her fiancé wasn’t too pleased about her dalliance, however, and Schultz broke off her engagement to be with Odom in late spring of 2009. But their happiness would be short-lived. On August 27, Khloe hosted a “Welcome to L.A.” party for new L.A.
