But Wendy eventually had no choice, given the emotional toll Hunter’s cheating has been taking on her, along with all the negative headlines about her relationship over the past several weeks. “Anybody who’s been married for 5 minutes or 500 years, you know marriages have ebbs and flows,” Williams also said in the past, adding: “Marriages are not easy. Don’t ask me about mine until you see this [ring] gone and it ain’t going anywhere – not in this lifetime.” Alas, it is now gone. There has been a lot of divorce talk going around the Internet prior to Williams finally going through with her filing. Not even a $40,000 bribe by Hunter was able to change his scorned wife’s mind. It also doesn’t help that Hunter cheated on Williams back in 2001 as well, something the talk show host touched on in her memoir. “No woman deserves this,” she wrote. “I wanted to kill him. These are dark times in the life of the man once known as Juicy Joe. Though Joe Giudice has been released from prison after serving three years of a four-year sentence on tax fraud charges, the former reality star’s problems might be just getting started. You see, Joe was born in Italy, and despite several decades of living in the United States, he never bothered to become an American citizen. This, despite the fact that as a well-off white guy married to a woman who was born here, it would probably would have been very easy for Joe to become a citizen. As a result, of this lapse in judgment, Joe is set to be deported. He went straight from prison to an ICE detention center in Pennsylvania — which sounds an awful lot like prison. “Joe’s in a tough spot right now,” Teresa’s brother , Joe Gorga, tells Us Weekly . “He’s locked up in a jail cell with bars” Joe’s adds. “The other facility that he was at, he wasn’t in a jail cell. So he’s having a very, very hard time, and he really wants to get out.” Though the Joes were never exactly besties, it’s clear that Gorga is feeling sympathetic toward his troubled brother-in-law these days. “He got released [from prison in March] — ICE took him over — and he’s miserable,” says Gorga. There are several factors contributing to Joe’s misery, not the least of which is that it looks as though Teresa Giudice plans to leave him once he’s shipped off to the Mediterranean. “If he’s deported, she’s not going to go to Italy,” Gorga claims. “She’s not going to move her children. It’s just that there’s nothing to do in Italy. There’s no jobs; the best you can do is work in a restaurant or work in a gas station,” he adds. “It’s very difficult in Italy. … So I believe she’s making the right decision for her and for her girls.” Insiders have claimed that Joe has been placed on suicide watch, but thus far, authorities have not confirmed or denied that there’s any risk of Giudice taking his own life. In what might actually be a good in terms of his mental state, it appears that Joe is still clinging to hope. His lawyers are hard at work on an appeal, and he’s been in almost daily contact with Teresa, despite the fact that his deportation would likely mean the end of their marriage. “They talk almost every day,” says Gorga of Joe and Teresa’s communications. “Believe it or not, he could call as many times as he wants. It’s crazy. I mean, if he wants to call 30 times a day, he can. So they talk a lot.” But it sounds as though Teresa is keeping the lines of communication open primarily in order to appease her husband. Gorga says her top priority remains her children, and she would never dream of uprooting her family and moving to Italy, “Teresa’s put up a good front, but our relationship is very tight right now and [I] know she breaks down to me,” Gorga says. “She just has to keep it strong for those for little girls [daughters Gia, 18, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9],” he adds. “The girls are having it rough also. “They’re really struggling. … It’s just very, very hard. The family is going through a very tough time right now.” Stating the obvious, Gorga concludes, “Life is very hard for them.” Yes, Joe and Teresa may have had it coming — but it’s hard not to feel sympathetic toward the entire Giudice clan right now. Sad news for one our favorite 90’s singers. Monica Brown has officially filed for divorce from her ex NBA player husband Shannon Brown. TMZ confirmed that couple filed earlier this month in Atlanta. The couple calls it quit after 9 years. Monica and Shannon share a 5-year-old daughter Laiyah together, while Monica has two other sons from her previous relationship with rapper Rocko. At the moment there is no word is she will be seeking spousal support or any type of custody arrangement. Monica tried to have the divorce records sealed from the public but her attempt failed and now it’s public information. It was rumored that the couple separated last year and but they killed the rumor by coming together bringing a united front. There were rumors that there was cheating involved but the couple never confirmed or denied though allegations. In Monica’s last few recents post she has been seen without her wedding ring. Alex Rodriguez is used to hitting home runs, having power 696 balls over the fence during his Major League Baseball career. But he really hit one out of the park earlier this month. That’s when Rodriguez proposed to Jennifer Lopez and the singer/actress/all-around-goddess replied with one simple, albeit hugely meaningful, syllable: YES . Indeed, the mega famous and ultra wealthy couple is now engaged . And they’ve spent the two weeks since this announcement basking in each other’s hotness, while also gushing over each other on social media. “A soulmate isn’t someone who completes you. No, a soulmate is someone who inspires you to complete yourself,” shared Rodriguez the day Lopez agreed to be his wife, posting a quote online that also reads: “A soulmate is someone who loves you with so much conviction, and so much heart, that it is nearly impossible to doubt just how capable you are of becoming exactly who you have always wanted to be.” Who knew he was such a romantic, right? This past weekend, meanwhile, Rodriguez posted the first photo we published above on his Instagram account and praised his fiancee’s acting ability in the caption. “This beautiful woman starts shooting her movie tomorrow, ‘Hustlers,'” he began. “I won’t play spoiler, but I can’t wait until you all see how she transforms herself into a completely different character!!” Adds the long-time steroid user: “She’s been working so hard lately. I’m glad we were able to enjoy a quick little break before she dives into this new project. Love you baby and continue to shine, fly high and inspire all of us.” Lopez, for her part, has also appeared quite smitten with Rodriguez. She has shared a couple photos from his proposal and she’s seemingly brushed off claims that he’s been cheating on her . So, everything is all good, right? You can practically hear the wedding bells ringing already, can’t you? Maybe, some followers believe. Maybe not, others counter. Rodriguez, for example, loves to play the field. We don’t mean this in a baseball sense, even though he won a pair of Gold Gloves over the course of his tainted career. We mean it in the sense that, ever since his divorce in 2008, the legendary slugger has gone to bed with Torrie Wilson, Cameron Diaz and Kate Hudson, just to name a few beautiful women. Some might say he found the literal most beautiful woman in Jennifer Lopez and he’ll therefore be satisfied and settle down. But Rodriguez was not an honest baseball player, serving lengthy suspensions for performance-enhancing drugs and lying multiple times about his experience with these substances. So who’s to say he’ll be an honest lover? Lopez, meanwhile, has been married three times. Which is totally and completely fine. Zero judgment here. You just get the sense that she’s maybe more in love with the idea of being in love and desperate to finally make a union work. We mean, let’s be honest, Rodriguez came across like a total tool during his days on the diamond. It’s hard to imagine he’s changed all that much simply because he gave J. Lo a giant diamond. To be clear, we’re rooting for these stars to make it. We’d never actively cheer for anyone to break-up. We just have a few questions and many doubts. Do you share them? Email Submit It’s what’s been a complicated public breakup, with reports of a battle over spousal support and domestic abuse, Martin is speaking out saying the abuse allegations are not true and that Campbell and her brother “illegally removed” his name from bank accounts and cut off his access to money. According to TheBlast , Martin says his ex and her brother “manufactured a false claim of alleged domestic violence against the Co-Debtor which they filed with the police. Even Co-Debtor’s family law attorney would not sign his name on such a claim. The police saw the claim for what it was and did not pursue it.” As previously reported , Campbell accused him of hiding money, threatening to keep their children from her, and was granted a restraining order this year after alleging Martin abused her “emotionally, mentally and physically” for years. From Jersey Joe to Italian Inmate, the transformation is nearly complete for Joe Giudice. Much to the chagrin of his four daughters. And the apparent delight of his really terrible wife. On Thursday morning, Joe Giudice was released from Allenwood Low Federal Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania after serving his time behind bars for his role in a bankruptcy scheme several years ago. The development was confirmed by his attorney, James Leonard Jr., via the following statement: “Mr. Giudice has finished serving his federal prison sentence and was transferred early this morning from the Bureau of Prisons to a facility in western Pennsylvania which houses immigration detainees. “His lawyers and his family are hopeful that justice will prevail and Mr. Guidice will return home to his wife and four daughters who love him and miss him.” This seems very unlikely to happen, however. Joe is currently in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He’s set to be transferred to an immigration detention center, where he will await a ruling about his possible deportation to his native Italy. Back in October, a judge decreed that Joe had lost his right to remain in the United States because he committed a felony as a non-U.S. citizen. As difficult as it may to believe, Joe never bothered to become a citizen, despite having resided in America since his youth. His fate now rest in an appeal that has been filed by his legal team. “We are optimistic that once his appeal is heard, he will receive the appropriate relief and will be able to come home and remain there with his family,” the Giudice family lawyer said in a statement last week, concluding at this time: “They love him, they support him and they miss him tremendously.” This last part is true for Joe’s kids, at least. His daughters have made emotional pleas for their dad to remain in their native country… but Teresa hasn’t sounded quite as passionate. The couple has been married for 19 years, yet Teresa isn’t even considering the notion of moving to Italy with Joe. “I mean, unless my kids say, ‘Mommy, I want to move to Italy,'” she told Andy Cohen last week. She then elaborated, in rather cold fashion: “It’s like starting a whole new life. And they’ve been through so much already. So, I mean, I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m just not doing it. I want somebody with me every day. “I know exactly what happens, I’m sure he’ll be with other women. It happens. We do the long-distance thing? It’s not going to work. I’ll be like, ‘Bye bye.'” Bye bye . Those are the harsh words Teresa has on the subject of leaving her husband, which has earned her the ire of some social media users and co-stars. There’s been chatter that Teresa has met with a divorce attorney already, along with Bravo producers as she pitches them a spinoff about her oh-so-challenging life as a new single mother. But those negotiations may need to be put on hold while Joe’s future is decided. He could remain in ICE custody for up to a year while his appeal process plays out. “Joe isn’t going to go down without a fight and is going to appeal the decision,” a source told Us Weekly in October ahead of Giudice’s appeal filing. “This isn’t over, not by a long shot.” Which is really too bad. After a lot of heartbreak and multiple restraining orders , Danielle Staub finalized her divorce from Marty Caffrey just days ago. Now, she has revealed that she is in a new relationship. As you can imagine, Marty has something to say about it. The 56-year-old The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was spotted with a man at the beach at St. Bart’s. In fact, when she was seen on Monday, February, 25, Danielle was kissing him. (She later uploaded a photo, which you can see above) Us Weekly reports that the man in question is a businessman. His name is Oliver Maier. According to an inside source, “They are dating and very much in love.” It was on Thursday, February 21 that Danielle and Marty finalized their divorce. Ultimately, they were married for less than a year. The pair had been estranged even while living in the same house and had filed multiple restraining orders against each other. With that in mind, they were married in life for an even shorter time than they were on paper. It sounds safe to say that getting the divorce over with was a relief. Eyewitnesses said that the two of them barely looked at each other as they signed away their marriage. Danielle Staub previously revealed that booze ruined her marriage, though it was only one factor. She alleged that Marty was verbally and emotionally abusive. “There isn’t one woman that he’s had a conversation with that could say that he’s not an abusive man,” she said late last year. “It’s erratic behavior and it’s constant. I mean, constant,” she emphasized. “There’s not letting off that gas,” Danielle characterized. Speaking of things never letting up, Danielle really had to struggle to end the marriage. Why? Because, for a time, Marty apparently wasn’t willing to end their union without a fight. Romantic comedies may drive home the idea that people shouldn’t give up on their relationships. But if a marriage is toxic, it’s toxic, and fighting for your love is just going to make one or both of you miserable. “Danielle is extremely relieved this toxic situation is coming to a close,” an insider said on Thursday. “And,” that source continued, Danielle “looks forward to getting her life back.” In the mean time, they are apparently still living in the same house — according to Marty. (Guys, this was nuts even when they were married; I don’t care how big your house is, do not live with your ex if you can afford to move) “I don’t know him,” Marty tells Us . “Danielle still lives here.” “They couldn’t be dating any more than a week or two,” he assesses. “But that doesn’t matter to me.” And he had more to say. … “I hope he’s the one to write the check and buy my house and contents and pay her outstanding debt to me,” Marty expresses. This is still not a good enough reason for them to be living together. It’s bonkers.
