Rumor has it that she’s giving a no-holds-barred interview in an upcoming appearance on The Ellen Degeneres show, and plans to give all the gimey details of the illegal activity and marital messiness that led the seemingly happy duo to prison and divorce . Via DishNation : ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Phaedra Parks has remained relatively mum since her husband Apollo Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison in July, but Dish Nation has learned she will open up for the first time in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres later this month! “I can confirm Phaedra will be doing an exclusive interview with Ellen DeGeneres on October 14 that will air on October 15,” the reality TV star’s rep, Steve Honig, told Dish Nation. “She will be very candid about what happened with Apollo, her life now and plans for the future.” On Sept. 10, Nida was ordered to check into the FMC Lexington prison in Kentucky but instead showed up unexpectedly to Parks’ home in a blind fury, leaving the Atlanta-based attorney shaken up. Nida checked himself in the next day. “Phaedra is eager to set the record straight and have a candid, no-holds-barred conversation with Ellen,” Honig exclusively told Dish Nation. This is an interesting choice. Ellen Degeneres isn’t exactly known for hard-hitting interviews…do you think Phaedra really plans to get down to the nitty gritty of her and Apollo’s split in the middle of the day between games and dancing?

Amber Rose May Have To Forego Spousal Support In Exchange For Over A Million Dollar Payout Outlined In Prenuptial Agreement Amber Rose is looking at plenty of pretty pennies thanks to her and Wiz’s prenup! According to TMZ reports: Amber Rose will score more than a million bucks from Wiz Khalifa … based on a long prenup she demanded before getting married … TMZ has learned. Sources connected with both Amber and Wiz tell TMZ … Amber made numerous demands in the prenup … which is more than 8 pages long. TMZ broke the divorce story … including the fact that Amber wants the prenup enforced. We’re told it’s because she will get more money in her 1-year-marriage than she would without a prenup. She does have a problem. According to her legal docs, Amber wants spousal support in addition to her million bucks. Our sources say the prenup specifically denies her the right to spousal support, in return for getting the 1-time payout. Cheating is IRRELEVANT … California is a no-fault state and there’s no mention of infidelity in the document. Likewise … the prenup does not mention custody, and for good reason — the judge always makes that decision, based on the best interests of the child. Lamar Sally Says Sherri Shepherd Has Abandoned Their Child By Surrogate Sherri Shepherd’s estranged husband Lamar Sally says that when she dropped him, she also dropped their unborn child. Apparently the former ‘The View’ host has been so busy running around with new boo Johnny Gill and practicing for her Broadway role that she’s simply forgotten to sign the birth order for her recently delivered surrogate son…or even go to visit him. Via PageSix : When it comes to their child born via surrogate, Sherri Shepherd‘s estranged husband, Lamar Sally, wants the television personality to take responsibility. “I never thought in a million years she would turn her back on L.J. [the couple’s son born via surrogate],” Sally told People. The 44-year-old scriptwriter said the former couple agreed to use a surrogate with his sperm and a donor egg. He explained that all the forms were signed except for a birth order, which states who the intended parents are. “I didn’t think twice about it,” he said. In April, Sally said he was blindsided when she asked for a divorce. “This is six months into the pregnancy, and I’m just like, ‘Really?’ She said, ‘We’ll co-parent. We’ll work it out.’” The surrogate gave birth on Aug. 5, just three months after the couple filed for divorce, but the “Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella” star wasn’t present for the delivery. Sally claimed that Shepherd, 47, has made no contact with the baby and has taken him off of her insurance. “I think it’s the worst thing in the world for L.J. to look at his birth certificate at 16 and see it says ‘Mother unknown,’” he said. In July, Sally was drafting papers to prevent Shepherd from walking away without paying child support. The pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 2. Damn! Do you think Sherri is avoiding the baby to avoid paying child a huge support ?? Either way this is a seriously messed up situation.

Kardashian watchers everywhere rejoiced when the reality star left her husband, NBA player Lamar Odom, after his alleged struggles with crack destroyed their relationship. They were less enthusiastic when she almost immediately took up with French Montana, a rapper with a clique called “The Coke Boys,” who likes to brag about dealing the drug. “It’s a funny predicament situation,” Montana acknowledged to Confidenti@l, “crack and coke and everything altogether. So if you’re on the outside looking in, of course you’re going to be (confused).” But the South Bronx-raised rapper, whose single “Don’t Panic” was released Wednesday on iTunes, promises fans don’t have to worry. “I don’t know about his crack problem,” said Montana, who runs a label called Coke City, referring to Odom. “With me, it’s just my label — it’s just part of my music.” He added, “I’m not an addict or nothing.” While Montana began his relationship with Kardashian soon after she split with Odom, to whom she’s still married, he insists there’s no hard feelings. “I don’t think it’s a problem with me and him,” he said. “She was in love and grew out of love, for whatever reasons. I never ask. I never try to know. I just worry about me and her.” Very sweet. Lamar Odom Angry To Be A Kardashian Story Line, Feels Set Up Well, it’s no surprise that Lam-Lam wouldn’t want to be scapegoated for Rob’s addiction and set up for reality cameras by his own wife… Via RadarOnline : Nearly eight months after Khloé Kardashian filed for divorce from Lamar Odom, the two are still technically married. But as Odom attempts to disentangle himself from his estranged wife and make an NBA comeback, RadarOnline.com has learned that he’s furious that his ex and her family have made him an ongoing story line on Keeping Up with the Kardashians — even going so far as to “set him up” to get him in front of the cameras! Khloé has referenced her crumbling marriage all season, but on this Sunday night’s episode of KUWTK Odom will actually make an appearance as the show features the incident from May when the NBA star was denied entry to a club where Khloé’s bad boy rapper boyfriend, French Montana, was performing. In preview clips, Khloé acts surprised by Odom’s presence, but insiders tell Radar it was all an act. “Lamar was extremely upset, because Khloé was the one who had told him where she would be that night,” the insider said. “Lamar was only in Los Angeles for a few days, and did want to talk to her. He had no idea that there would be cameras from the show there, and he felt like she set him up.” Indeed, in a phone call between the couple the day after the confrontation, “Khloé admitted in the conversation that she knew cameras would be there,” the source said, “and even admitted that Kim pretended to be sleeping in a car with Jonathan Cheban.” For Odom, that was the last straw, according to the source. “Lamar is just beyond furious that he is being shown as some loser for the show, pining away for Khloé,” the source explained. “It was a big problem for them during the marriage, everything was always for the stupid reality show. He seriously questions the person that Khloé is now.” The source added, “Lamar could care less about French Montana . . . if Lamar had been granted entry to the club, there wouldn’t have been any altercation.” Guess that’s what happens when you marry someone you’ve only known for three weeks…

First The Fat Boys break-up… Beyonce And Jay Z Said To Be Estranged When Not On Stage Performing Via RadarOnline Just days after rumors swirled that Beyonce toured a $21.5 million apartment in the Big Apple for a possible bachelorette pad, a new report claims the superstar’s marriage to Jay Z is in such disarray, the couple may not even be able to finish their joint On The Run tour. “I’m definitely not sure that they’ll make it to Paris,” a source told the New York Post’s Page Six about the longtime pair, who will wrap their international tour in the City of Light on September 13. The paper even insists the “Single Ladies” singer, 32, and her hip-hop mogul husband, 44, remain apart offstage. “They’re not just staying in different hotel rooms, but they have booked separate hotels, and they arrive separately to each show,” the insider said. The couples’ handlers are allegedly in crisis mode: Jay Z and Beyonce attended an emergency meeting on July 31 with concert promoter Live Nation and at least four lawyers to discuss the imploding union, Page Six continues. Though executives insisted the pair put out a statement, the stars refused because they couldn’t agree on what it would say. The paper cites the rapper’s “controlling nature” for the cause of the strife. MTV Wants Beyoncé To Open Video Music Awards With Solo Performance Looks like Beyoncé will be without hubby Hov in a very public way before this summer is over… According to Confidenti@l reports: MTV is scrambling behind the scenes to get Beyoncé — without hubby Jay Z — to open this year’s Video Music Awards with a blowout performance at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., on Aug. 24, Confidenti@l has exclusively learned. Insiders at a Columbia Records listening event were not hiding the fact that MTV is begging Queen Bey to sing a medley of hits from her “Beyoncé” album, which she released on iTunes last year without any alert or promotion. “Bey is going to be all over the show,” one source tells us. “MTV is still working everything out, but they want her to open the show with a big production, which has still not been announced.” Columbia Records and MTV are now working together to convince Bey to create video promos teasing the possible performance. “It’s still being worked out,” says our source. “Everyone at Columbia is scurrying around to make things happen. But judging by the amount of awards she was nominated for and her past history with the show announcing her pregnancy, it’s a pretty safe bet.” Beyoncé leads the VMA nominees with eight bids, including Video of the Year for “Drunk in Love,” her collaboration with husband Jay Z. Rappers Iggy Azalea and Eminem follow her with seven each. At the 2011 VMAs, Bey famously announced she was pregnant with Blue Ivy by popping open her sequined blazer and rubbing her belly for the crowd while Jay Z and Kanye West high-fived each other. “MTV wants her and they want her solo,” says our insider. That news should please Queen Bey, because a solo performance will help her begin to untangle her career from Jay’s. As Confidenti@l exclusively reported, the duo are heading toward releasing a statement addressing the rumors that have been swirling about what will happen with them when the “On the Run” tour wraps in September. The marriage — a strictly “business relationship,” says a source close to the couple — has been over for a while. Both Jay and Bey have been faking it for their fans, and for the $84 million they expect to collect from the current tour. In other developments, Beyoncé’s estranged father, Matthew Knowles, plans to share his tricks on how he made his daughter famous with Destiny’s Child. He will teach a day-long bootcamp class called The Entertainment Industry: How Do I Get In? at Houston Community College Central.
