She got that BILLION dollar… Russian Businessman Loses Billions In Biggest Divorce Settlement Ever The phrase “ it’s cheaper to keep her ” has likely never been truer. Via ABCNews : A Russian billionaire is separating from his wife — and $4.5 billion of his assets. Among Dmitry Rybolovlev’s holdings, through various ownership structures, are reportedly a $95 million Palm Beach mansion (which once belonged to Donald Trump), an $88 million New York apartment and islands in Greece and Hawaii. The self-made fertilizer mogul, who is worth an estimated $8.8 billion, according to Forbes, was ordered by a Swiss court on Monday to pay his ex-wife, Elena Rybolovleva, approximately half of his net worth in what could be the largest divorce settlement in history. The couple was married in 1987. Marc Bonnant, the lawyer for Elena Rybolovleva, said he was pleased with the ruling because it was “exactly what she asked for.” Yeah…we bet that’s exactly what she asked for! But wait…that’s not even all she’s getting. The court granted her just over 4 billion Swiss francs, or just over $4.5 billion, although Bonnant believed it could end up being even more. She was also granted custody over their young daughter plus 115,000 Swiss francs, or just under $129,000, per month to help raise her. Damn…$4.5 billion, multimillion dollar properties , private islands AND $130,000 a month in child support?!? Now, that’s some pricey poon! Ladies take note…he’s still got half his fortune and he’s newly single. Who wants to be the next ex Mrs. Rybolovlev??

This break up is about to get uglier than Naomi Campbell’s headline Sherri Shepherd’s Husband Wants Custody Of Unborn Surrogate Child Yesterday, we reported that Sherri Shepherd and her husband Lamar Sally. Today, new details emerge that will further complicate the already contentious separation. Via RadarOnline Not only did Sherri Shepherd‘s husband file for a separation earlier this month, but Lamar Sally‘s filing revealed an explosive secret that the two are expecting a son via a surrogate and he wants full custody! Filed on May 2 in Los Angeles, Sally filed after nearly three years of marriage to The View co-host citing irreconcilable differences — but the real bombshell was listed under the declaration of minor children in which the TV writer listed an unborn son. Listed as Lamar Sally Jr., a due date of July 28, 2014 is listed for the unborn child. A source previously told Radar of the couple’s nasty split that while Shepherd, 47, was desperate for another child, she didn’t believe Sally, 43, would step up as a father figure. “Sherri has a full time nanny, who drives Jeffrey to school every day and picks him up in the afternoon. This has been going on for years, and Lamar doesn’t even offer to help. It is unfortunate. “Sherri started to wonder if he’d ever be able to step up once they had another child, or if she’d be practically raising the child alone,” the source said. But Sally obviously feels differently, as he’s asked for full legal and physical custody of their unborn son, with visitations granted to Shepherd. On top of custody, Sally is also requesting spousal support from Shepherd and asking that the Beauty Shop actress pay his legal fees. So Lamar HASN’T been taking care of Jeffrey all this time??? Doo-Doo Brown! Bitter Ex-Husband Charged After Spreading Feces On Ex-Wife’s Front Door

Man Spreads Feces On Ex-Wife’s Front Door via CNews A man who spread feces on his former wife’s door and left frightening phone messages for her has been sentenced to serve 10 days in jail. Ricky James Knight, 57, of Sarnia, pleaded guilty to uttering death threats and violating a February court order to stay away from his ex’s home. Court heard that on April 21, at 4:15 a.m., Knight went to the home, where he spread feces on the door and moved objects around outside the door including a propane tank. During the same time frame Knight left multiple phone messages telling the woman unless she got off the property she would be done. “You can’t behave that way,” said Justice Deborah Austinsaid. Knight had no prior criminal record. Knight has already served the 10 days in pre-sentence custody. He was also handed one year’s probation, during which he must stay away from the woman and her home while taking counselling. A 10-year weapons ban was imposed and Knight must give police a DNA sample. Shutterstock

Romeo opened up last night about his mom and dad … Sonya Miller and Master P’s split — and her legal demand for a chunk of his empire … telling us, “Honestly, I love my mom to death, but I mean — we gotta just work out some things. She gotta be a better parent, y’know.” It sounds like he’s referring to Master P’s allegations that Sonya is smoking marijuana around their children … which she’s denied. Well kinda sorta… Columbus knew he had to say SOMETHING about all that craziness ! Columbus Short Releases A Statement In Response To Wife’s Abuse Allegations Isht pretty much hit the fan Wednesday after Columbus Short’s wife filed for divorce AND a restraining order that included a statement that said he’d threatened her a knifepoint. While he definitely has some explaining to do, Short says he just can’t right now. In a statement released by his publicist on his behalf Short says: “As you all know, lately my personal life has been subjected to a lot of press. As much as I would like to provide my side of events, my counsel has instructed me that a Court of law is the only and proper venue to deal with such matters. Accordingly, I must refrain from making any comments even though that is very difficult for me under the circumstances. Thank you to my fans for your continued support during this difficult time.” Yikes… Shonda Rhimes is probably THIS close to writing homeboy off “Scandal.”

Guess those rumors of Gwyneth creepin’ with her entertainment lawyer got to Chris. Gwyneth Paltrow And Chris Martin Divorcing They were such a cute couple…what went wrong? According to NY Magazine: Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are divorcing, they’ve announced in a GOOP post entitled “Conscious Uncoupling.” They write: It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate. We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. Well, they gave it the old college try. Maybe she can ask BFF Beysus and “Uncle Jay” for some advice on how to put her marriage back together.

Tiny Admits To Having Plastic Surgery And Speaks On Divorce Rumors Messy talk show host Wendy Williams recently had R&B songstress and reality star Tameka “Tiny” Harris on her show and, per the usual, Wendy didn’t hesitate to put her on the spot during their brief chat. However, Tiny had no shame in keeping it real about everything from her plastic surgery procedures, to her family and even what’s really going on between she and T.I. Check out a few excerpts from the interview below: On whether her butt is natural or “bought:” It’s a lil bought…. On whether or not her boobs are natural: No, they’re bought. I’ve always had a lot of boobs but, you know, after 3 babies…they sag. We’re sure this doesn’t exactly come as a shock to most, but it is a little surprising to hear celebs be honest about what they’ve had done, riiigght?
