LOL, Tony Parker knew better than to try to play the “poor broken man” in America. So he took his sob story to his mother country, totally downplaying the fact that his dirty dog ways are the reason why Eva Longoria walked away. It’s been almost two months since Tony Parker and Eva Longoria’s split imploded and for the first time the NBA star is speaking out “It’s always good to have the support of the team, staff, and also of your town,” Parker told French newspaper Le Parisien. “But the most important thing to me is my family. At times like that you’re family comes to you.” When asked by how he’s coped since his separation from the Desperate Housewives star, Parker responded: “The essential thing at that time was to be sure to concentrate on basketball and above all to stay strong mentally even at that very difficult time.” Instead of reading all the press swirling around rumors of why the couple separated — which included allegations that Parker had an “emotional” affair with a former teammates wife, Erin Barry — Parker revealed he has focused his energy on his game. “The best solution is to read nothing and I read nothing. “I escape into basketball because that’s what I do best and I have since I was young,” he said. But Parker is not blaming the media for the demise of his three-year marriage. Whether or not the price of celebrity has increased, Parker said: “No, I knew how it was before. In no way can you control what people say or write and that’s a fact.” Half negro puh-lease! Source

Last night’s episode of VH1′s “Basketball Wives” featured a very uncomfortable, albeit way overdue between the show’s one original married couple: Eric and Jennifer Williams. And it raised a few questions. Primarily we wondered why Jennifer was holding on so tightly to a loveless marriage, one in which she can’t even get in touch with her husband from one day to the next. Like Eric, we wanted to know why drama queen Jenn wouldn’t just walk away from a situation that clearly makes her so unhappy. Then, tapping in to a rare moment of depth, Jenn said something profound: married couples fall in and out of love all the time. What makes the marriage last is the couple’s dedication to making it work. So we ask you, if the love is gone, do you tough it out until it’s back? Or is the absence of love the greatest reason to walk away from your marriage?

A Manhattan hedge-fund honcho is threatening to turn his estranged wife into the next Paris Hilton — promising that unless she agrees to his cheapo divorce settlement, he’ll circulate videos of them having sex, a blockbuster lawsuit says. In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Lily Shang, 24, says hubby David Glenn Rucker has told her he’ll post video on the Internet of raunchy romps in their Battery Park City apartment if she doesn’t cut him a good deal. And he plans on making it a solo show. Rucker has “made it clear that he will . . . edit himself out and/or use video that already consists only of plaintiff,” the filing says. The couple, who tied the knot in a civil ceremony in Toronto in April 2009, twice made raunchy videos in their downtown pad, Shang’s suit says. Rucker, 26, filed for divorce in October and has ignored Shang’s pleas to either give her “certain video of intimate moments of a sexual and private nature” or destroy them, the filing says. Instead, the cad “has threatened to release video of the plaintiff, especially onto the Internet, if she does not agree to a low financial settlement in [the] divorce proceedings,” the filing says. The action seeks a court order blocking the video’s release, on the grounds that Shang “is a co-owner of the copyrights of the videos as a joint author under federal and state copyright laws,” and that Rucker doesn’t have the required written authorization to release it.
