Justin Bieber swears he’s never met 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, the chick who says he put a baby inside her after 30 seconds of unprotected ecstasy last October. He could be ordered by a judge to take a DNA test to prove he’s not the father of her child, which she claims in a paternity suit filed Monday in San Diego, Calif. Bieber is required to file a response to the lawsuit before a December 15 hearing, which will likely hinge on how credible a judge feels Mariah Yeater ‘s story is. The judge has to weigh two things: Bieber’s right to privacy versus the child’s right to know who the father is, according to experts , and “Unless the judge thinks the woman made everything up, the court will likely order the test.” Even if the Bieb never hit that, a DNA test may be the only way to prove it. As we said, Bieber denied any railing of Yeater. But if the accusations persist, he may be forced to provide proof, rather than “ignoring the rumors.” His attorneys may also quietly, privately agree to a test without the court’s involvement. Yeater’s attorneys say they have “credible evidence” to prove Justin knocked her up and are seeking a “modest and rightful” settlement. We hope they don’t let this guy…”get off” the hook! A New Mexico man indicted on charges that he handed out a semen-tainted yogurt sample at a grocery store is heading to court. The U.S. attorney’s office says Anthony Garcia is scheduled to appear in an Albuquerque court Thursday and is expected to change his plea to guilty. Police say the 32-year-old Garcia was linked to the yogurt through DNA samples. He was indicted on charges of adulterating food and making false statements to federal investigators. Garcia is accused of handing out the yogurt sample at a Sunflower Market in Albuquerque in January. Officers responded after a woman said she believed the yogurt she was given was actually a bodily fluid. The woman told police that after tasting the sample she spat on the floor several times. Amanda Knox’s father says she’s traumatized following her release from an Italian jail, and he’s suing to have Lifetime’s film – Amanda Knox: Trial in Italy – yanked off the air. Lifetime originally aired the movie, starring Hayden Panettiere as Amanda, in February. Knox and her family sued the network shortly thereafter, claiming the movie exploited her ordeal and contained several “implausible” scenes. Chris Christie announced today that he would not seek the Republican presidential nomination for president, saying “now is not my time.” Urged to run by many Republicans of late, Christie made his FINAL decision last night, “knowing exactly what I wanted to do” for the first time in weeks. The New Jersey governor vowed not to run approximately 700 times before, but “felt an obligation to earnestly consider” the appeals of “serious people.” Chris Christie: Get the Hell Off the Beach! So I understand the form, but it will be fun to be able to translate a message.” What is Kat Von D’s approach to making music, exactly? “I think it’s much like tattooing or the TV show or makeup, my clothing line, fashion,” she said. “All those things, they’re just different outlets to be able to be creative. Grace’s thoughts on Knox’s conviction (in the 2007 slaying of Meredith Kercher) being overturned? “I think that it was a miscarriage of justice,” she said. Nancy Grace does not hold back when it comes to her favorite cash cows . “I only hope Ms. Knox makes something of her life because she’s certainly been given a second chance. Very few people are given the chance she has been given.” Knox, a University of Washington student who had been studying in Perugia, Italy, faced a sentence of 26 years in prison after being convicted of murder in 2009. Yesterday, an appeals court overturned the 24-year-old’s conviction. Grace did not directly link the Amanda Knox trial to that of another infamous case in which a young woman, Casey Anthony, was controversially cleared of murder. She didn’t have to.
