CBS is keeping it all in the family on CSI Season 13 . The network announced this week that Kate Danson will guest star on the April 3 installment of the dramatic hit, joining her father on screen as an attorney. Kate’s Jill McDermott will end up facing off against her dad’s lead character after a corpse found in a forest reserve leads the CSI team to a serial killer’s lair. It’s possible the younger Danson will come on board as a recurring player, but the role is simply a one-time guest spot for now.

On dating, the 28-year-old actress says: “I’m single. I don’t get asked out. This past year, I haven’t been home a lot, so who’s going to ask me out?” On getting older, she says, “I won’t put a needle in my body unless I have medical reasons, but ask me in 10 years. Right now, I’m like, ‘I’m going to embrace it,’ but … I’m probably going to want to have something done.” On her dramatic weight loss in the 2010 film Black Swan , she says, “[My body] has never been the same. My shape is different. When I got down to 95 pounds, I was muscle.” “Like a little brick house, but made of skin and bones.” “When I gained it back, it went to completely different areas … I’d be happy if my ass got bigger. Indeed, the team unveiled a slightly modified look to its logo today, removing an outline around their cats’ head, darkening the shade of blue around the edges and unhinging the feline’s jaw a bit. Can you even tell the difference? “We have one of the finest and most recognizable logos in the NFL and wanted to make it as modern as possible without losing the dramatic essence of the mark,” Panthers President Danny Morrison said of the revamp. The Real Housewives of New York City just wrapped up yet another dramatic season. But might it have been a tad TOO dramatic? Insiders say the life on set reached a new low this year, from insulting Tweets to Moroccan brawls to incidents not seen on camera. “Things have gotten so bad that producers are worried that this cast can no longer film together,” a source says“All the ladies have long memories and will not let the smallest thing go. The level of hatred at the moment is so high that it’s toxic and all consuming… it’s just petty and sad.” One particular source of contention? A blogger has been bashing the heck out of Jill Zarin, but multiple co-stars have actually befriended this individual, creating serious tension, a friend of Jill’s tells The Huffington Post : “This sort of behavior should be rejected by all the cast members, no matter how hot disagreements get on the show.
