Really?? Chris Conte Says Playing In NFL Is Worth Risking His Life Via NYDailyNews Bears safety Chris Conte knows how dangerous football can be to his life, but he says it is worth it. The 25-year-old defensive back told WBBM Newsradio in Chicago that if living out his dream of playing in the NFL means a shorter life span, then so be it. “As far as after football, who knows? My life will revolve around football to some point, but I’d rather have the experience of playing and, who knows, die 10, 15 years earlier than not be able to play in the NFL and live a long life,” Conte said. “ It’s something I’ve wanted to do with my life and I wanted to accomplish. And I pretty much set my whole life up to accomplish that goal. So I don’t really look toward my life after football because I’ll figure things out when I get there and see how I am.” Concussion awareness is at an all-time high in the NFL and Conte himself has experienced two concussions this season along with plenty of other injuries that has kept him out of at least three games. In case you couldn’t hear the sound of thousands of pants fires igniting all the way across the Atlantic, the 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was held in London last night, and I guess my invite got lost in the mail. Again. But not to worry, because I’ve got all the highlights, aka a whole lot of crazy-hot supermodels in lingerie. And honestly, even though I wish I could’ve seen this in person, I think it’s probably better this way, seeing as how I don’t have to risk getting tazed for trying to sneak a lick. Normally, I try not to fall in love with every new model I find, not because it’s a journalist’s job to stay “objective” (ha), but because they never seem to fall for me back. No matter how many romantic tweets I send. But when it comes to Anna Herrin here, I’m willing to risk it. Because between these pictures and researching her Instagram , I’m pretty sure Anna’s my dream girl — she looks great in a bikini, loves dogs, and posts epic selfies.
