A video of a three-year old arguing with his mother over eating cupcakes for dinner has gone viral. Mostly because it’s cute. But also because it’s a bit controversial. In the following footage, little Mateo pleads with his mom and, at one point, references how a punishment would “burn” his “butt.” He also sticks up for his little brother after his mother threatens them both with “pow-pows” to their rear end. Are we witnessing an actual discussion over child abuse? Or just some good old fashioned strict parenting when it’s called for? Things are pretty sad when you’re on a list for bad dads. Mathew Knowles Being Tracked On Delinquent Dad List Dude continues to look real shady outchea. According to Radar Online: Beyonce‘s father Mathew Knowles scored a legal victory earlier this week when a judge ruled to reduce his child support payments to his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son, Alexsandra Wright. According to a source close to Knowles, the retroactive ruling means that he no longer owes Wright, and in fact has been overpaying her for months. But RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that he’s not off the hook just yet. A highly placed source at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office tells Radar that his movements are being tracked very closely. “Mathew is on the list of delinquent dads that the office routinely tracks,” the insider reveals. Though he isn’t on track for criminal prosecution at this point, due to the recent ruling, the source insists, “He is — and has been — on their radar.” If Knowles should slip up, “the family court would convey to the criminal District Attorney that he had become delinquent and needed to be prosecuted,” the insider explains. “And if he were to be referred for prosecution, he could have his wages garnished, have difficulty renewing his driver’s license and passport, and even face potential jail time. He would also be listed on a California website of deadbeat dads.” But the source insists, “It hasn’t come to that.” Matty better tread lightly. Drivers Runs Over Elderly Man What savage runs over an elderly man? According to NY Daily News: Las Vegas police are searching for a driver who, in a burst of road rage, ran over an elderly man. The shocking incident, captured on surveillance cameras at a Las Vegas gas station, left the unidentified older man writhing in pain on the ground as the driver sped away. The trouble started around noon Feb. 6 when the victim drove into a gas station on Flamingo Road and Jones Boulevard. The man told police that the moment he pulled in, a gray Honda Accord pulled right in front of him. The older man had to swerve quickly in order to avoid hitting the Accord. As the victim was walking toward the convenience store to pay, the gray Accord swung back around and screeched to halt, inches away from the victim’s knees. After a brief back and forth, the driver slammed on the gas pedal. His victim disappears underneath the car, his red baseball cap flying into the air. “The guy was on the floor for 10 minutes, screaming,” gas station employee Sheyla Rodriguez told WNEM. “We tried to help him the most we [could].” Las Vegas cops posted video of the incident to Youtube, hoping the public could help identify the driver. Cops are treating the incident as an attempted murder case. We hope they catch the bastard.

It wasn’t Justin Verlander, though her boyfriend was present for this. Stuff, the mascot for the NBA’s Orlando Magic, was the one who did the honors! The 21-year-old bombshell and the 30-year-old handsome athlete attended the Magic’s game against Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday in Orlando. As soon as the Tigers pitcher stepped away from their courtside seats, the neon green dragon made his move. With some serious bling, no less! “Thanks @STUFF_ mascot for the proposal tonight! Great game!,” an enthusiastic Upton tweeted after the game, along with a fun-loving pic of her ring. Stuff replied to Upton and shared a picture of the proposal … “She didnt say yes… and she didnt say no… so you’re saying there’s a chance!” the affable mascot eagerly tweeted at Upton, hoping for an answer. Don’t hold your breath, Stuff, if Justin has any say in it. Chris Kattan Arrested for DUI

Chris Kattan now has something in common with Justin Bieber . Aside from each being unfunny on Saturday Night Live. The actor was arrested this morning on suspicion of DUI after his car hit another vehicle around 1 a.m. on the 101 in San Fernando Valley. According to TMZ insiders, another driver called the California Highway Patrol to report a motorist was “weaving all over the roadway at slow speeds” before Kattan reportedly swerved into a closed-off area and stuck a Department of Transportation vehicle from behind. Fortunately, there was no one inside and Kattan did not suffer any injuries. Police confirm that Kattan appeared very out of it at the scene and was booked on charges of driving while impaired, with an emphasis on prescription pills, not alcohol.
