According to TMZ sources, the LAPD is investigating the singer’s car accident last week in order to determine whether or not he violated his probation. Following his beating of Rihanna, one condition for Brown’s freedom was that he obey every single law on the books. But there’s talk that Brown refused to give the victim of the crash his driver’s license and that he also provided false insurance information at the scene. If Brown really did leave without disclosing these requirements to the woman, he could head to jail for up to four years. Authorities will likely schedule a conversation with the controversial artist for some time in the future.
Damn… Kansas City Teen Dies In Texting While Driving Crash On First Solo Drive Via DailyMail A 16-year-old girl was killed during her first drive alone when she veered in front of an oncoming tractor trailer while she sent a text. State troopers say Savannah Nash of Harrisonville, Missouri, was killed instantly when her PT Cruiser collided with an oncoming semi just two blocks from her home on Thursday. The crash was in fact so close to home that one of her neighbors reported hearing the horrific impact as both vehicles collided. Her parents told police that Savannah had gone out to get items for their family dinner that night. She had only received her driver’s license less than a week ago and was for the first time allowed by her parents to go out on the road alone. ‘There was a text message that was on her phone, however it was not sent yet,’ Sgt. Bill Lowe of the Missouri State Highway Patrol told Fox4KC. ‘That is a probable contributing circumstance to the crash. That’s all part of the investigation.’ At 4.10pm State troopers say the teen pulled out onto Missouri Highway 7 but failed to yield to the oncoming truck traveling at high speeds. An aerial view of the scene shows her vehicle slammed from the driver’s side across the median before coming to rest on the edge of the highway’s opposing lanes. Savannah’s classmates posted sad condolences on Facebook: ‘We will miss your beautiful smile, your laugh and your amazing attitude. Suicide is never the way to go. Dick Trickle Commits Suicide According to The National Enquirer NASCAR driver DICK TRICKLE has killed himself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department in North Carolina confirmed the news on Thursday after Trickle called the Lincoln County Communications Center and said that “there would be a dead body and it would be his,” WSOC-TV reported. Trickle reportedly took his life at 12:02 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Cemetery and his body was found by workers near his pickup truck after calls back to him went unanswered, RadarOnline noted. The Wisconsin native raced for 24 years, logging logged more than one million laps in more than 2,200 races and is believed to have won over 1,200 feature races. He was billed as the win-ingest short track driver in history. Trickle’s career highlights include racing to 67 wins in 1972, winning seven ARTGO Championships in nine years between 1979 to 1987 and was 1989 NASCAR Rookie of the Year. Trickle was nicknamed the “White Knight” as referenced by his sponsored SuperAmerica paint scheme, when he raced in Wisconsin. “I just read about Dick Trickle, met him during my season doing IROC series. He was a true Racer and will be missed. #RIP,” Triple Crown Champion JJ Yeley tweeted. NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Brian Scott tweeted, “RIP Dick Trickle. Limo Driver Arrested For Driving Drunk According to CBS Chicago A 54-year-old man is accused of drunk driving while transporting a bus full of high school students to the prom in Glen Ellyn last evening. 23 students from Oswego East High School were on that bus, says the DuPage County Sheriff’s office. And they noticed the driver – Richard L. Madison of Palos Hills – was driving erratically. So they told their parents, who notified two off-duty Oswego police officers who were working security at the prom. Madison was arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and reckless conduct. The DuPage County Sheriff say Madison was working for the Limos Alive Party Bus company based in Alsip. Its website says Limos Alive “will provide you with the ultimate party atmosphere to get you going along the way. Comfortable limousine style seating, laser lighting, stereo surround sound and mini bar.” It was Oswego east high school’s senior prom. and Kelsey Dano was expecting the night of her life. Instead, what she got, was the ride of her life. “I had a feeling he was drunk when we first went into the ditch,” said Kelsey Dano. Dano says 54-year-old Richard Madison drove into a ditch just as he was leaving the Oswego subdivision where he picked up 24 students. “We went out of the subdivision, but he cut through multiple subdivisions just to get onto the main raid and then he hopped over two medians,” said Dano. Madison was arrested when the group finally arrived at the prom site, Abbidington Banquets near Glen Ellyn, a 45-minute trip that took 75 minutes instead. “We got there, we got out of the bus or whatever, he kind of was stumbling and his eyes were really red,” said Dano. The film, which is based on the 1980s TV show, will star Denzel Washington as a covert operations officer who moves on to a life of atonement by helping people in need. Moretz will play a young prostitute, in a role that is being equated to Jodie Foster’s in Taxi Driver . The role was originally intended for an actress in her twenties, but Washington and director Antoine Fuqua ultimately liked Moretz’s on-screen chemistry with the star. The Equalizer is expected to be released April 11, 2014.

Otis Nixon Arrested For Crack Possession According to TMZ Former MLB star Otis Nixon was arrested over the weekend in Atlanta after cops say they discovered a crack pipe and what appeared to be several crack rocks inside his car … and it seems he’s using the infamous “the crack belongs to my son” defense. According to an incident report from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, 54-year-old Nixon was pulled over just after midnight on Saturday after witnesses called police to report a Dodge Ram weaving all over the road. During the stop, Nixon — who played for the Braves, Indians and Expos — was searched … and cops say they found a pipe for smoking crack cocaine in Nixon’s pants pocket and an item believed to be a crack rock in the driver’s seat. But that’s not all … cops say they found ANOTHER pipe and more suspected crack rocks in the floor board of the driver’s side … along with even more drug paraphernalia. Now get this — according to the report, Nixon told the sheriff’s deputy that the substance they found in his car was indeed crack cocaine, but he said the pipes and drugs belonged to HIS SON and that he had been planning to get rid of the pipe. Police say they conducted field sobriety tests and determined Nixon was NOT under the influence of crack cocaine or alcohol. Nixon was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of a drug-related object. Nixon — who played 17 seasons in the bigs and stole 620 career bases — is still in custody. Our cameras were rolling outside the club Saturday night … when Patrick went on the rampage, bitching about the DJ to anyone who would listen. “I’m gonna go beat the f**k out of the DJ,” he told a group of friends while outside the club. He then continued complaining to another friend, “Everyone around me wants to beat the f**k out of the DJ … [it sounds like Patrick says ‘gay boy’] … I’ll beat the f**k out of him.” “He kicks everybody out of his table, losing money for the club, losing money for the owner.” It’s unclear WHY Patrick was kicked out of the club … or even why he was allowed INSIDE the club in the first place, considering he’s only 19. Muslim Cab Driver Victim Of Hate Crime According to Raw Story A 39-year-old Muslim cab driver who served in the Iraq war says that an executive from an aviation company accused him of being a jihadist and broke his jaw in what activists are calling a hate crime. Mohamed A. Salim told The Washington Post that Emerald Aviation President Ed Dahlberg attacked him after he picked him up at Country Club of Fairfax in Northern Virginia at around 2 a.m. on Friday. Dahlberg had been drinking and was told that he would have to finish his open beer before getting into the cab. Salim recorded audio of the encounter on his cell phone. Dahlberg can be heard asking Salim, who emigrated from Somalia, to define “jihad” and then lumping him in with “radical f****** Muslims blowing people up all over the world.” “Denounce those m****rs now!” Dahlberg demands. “If you’re a f****** Muslim flying jets into the f****** World Trade Center then f*** you. I will slice your f****** throat right now.” After Salim threatens to call 911, Dahlberg can be seen grabbing for the cell phone. Salim said that Dahlberg left the cab, but then returned and broke his jaw before running into the woods. Dahlberg was charged with misdemeanor assault and police are determining if charges should be elevated to a felony hate crime. The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) on Monday said that medical records and the 11-minute cell phone recording were being used as evidence in the case. In a statement, Dahlberg’s attorney, Demetry Pikrallidas, admitted that his client “became rather emotional as the discussion turned to jihad and 9/11, and especially heated on the subject of jihadists who want to harm America.” Pikrallidas insisted that Dahlberg did not assault Salim. The website for Dahlberg’s company, Emerald Aviation, was offline for four days of “scheduled maintenance” as of Wednesday afternoon. A cached copy of the website listed him as the president and said he had “20 years experience in the field of business and commercial aviation” and was known for “transparent business transactions and always effectively representing the best interests of his clients.” Salim is a naturalized U.S. citizen and is an Army Reserve sergeant who has worked in intelligence and as a linguist. He served in Iraq and at the Guantanamo Bay detention center. “I sacrificed for this country,” Salim told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on Wednesday. “And I myself was fighting the terrorists and I’m against acts of violence. I’m not a terrorist. I’m not a jihadist. I’m American like you.” “Whether he’s guilty of assault or not is up to a jury to decide, but the video makes it clear that the guy is a bigoted a******,” Jalopnik’s Patrick George observed on Wednesday. “There’s no excuse for treating someone else this way.” Some folks need to take a racial tolerance class and chill the f*** out!

Man Takes Police On Car Chase According to My Fox LA A suspect in a stolen van crashed head-on into one of about dozen Los Angeles police cars involved in a nearly 40-minute chase that finally came to an end when police flattened at least two tires with a spike strip. The chase began about 1:15 pm near Exposition Boulevard and the Harbor (110) Freeway. Back on surface streets near USC, the driver drove through intersections without slowing and sideswiped or pushed other vehicles out his way at times. At 57th Street and Towne Avenue, the suspect swung around a corner and onto the wrong side of the road, where the van struck an LAPD cruiser head-on. The driver backed up and kept going. That could qualify the suspect to be booked for felony assault on a police officer. The van also was involved in at least two other minor accidents. Police on foot eventually slid a spike strip in front of the van, flattening at least two tires and slowing the chase. The van finally came to a stop near Vermont Avenue and 43rd Street at about 1:55 pm, with the driver getting out and running across traffic, then back across the road before slipping and falling on a wet stretch of sidewalk. Quite a week for the lost and found. First, a Utah man found a McDonald’s hamburger from 1999 in his coat pocket. Now a South Carolina woman whose wallet was stolen 23 years ago has gotten it back. Wallet Found 23 Years Later Jeri Cox Chastain was working at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Spartanburg, S.C., when her wallet was stolen along with her license and bank cards. That was 1990. On Wednesday, a man working in the Business Technology Center called police after finding a wallet in the ceiling of a second floor bathroom. An officer checked the wallet, and found a receipt from 1990 and the driver’s license with Chastain’s name, which at the time was Jeri Cox Maness. Police located Chastain, who said she plans to go to city hall to pick the wallet up on Friday, and she couldn’t be happier for one reason in particular: She will finally get back beloved pictures of her now-grown son.
