Alan Beiler is headed to prison. The 35-year old Amish Mafia star was sentenced yesterday to as much as 23 months behind bars, following his refusal to pull over last summer after Lancaster County police tried to stop him for an expired car registration. About a year ago, Beiler led cops on a wild, dangerous chase against traffic that resulted in one state trooper crashing and suffering a concussion. He pleaded guilty in May to charges of attempting to elude police, drug possession and driving with a suspended license. Amish Mafia returns for Season 2 on the Discovery Channel on August 13. Too Short’s efforts to evade police after being pulled over for DUI were quickly cut … short. The rapper attempted to bail, only to be tripped up … by the sidewalk. Best of all, it’s captured on a TMZ video for our entertainment. During the field sobriety test, Too Short can be seen chatting with a pair of police officers when he decided to simply take off – always a bright move. He then fell over, making a DUI charge (and laughs) a lock. After being tackled within seconds, Too Short was arrested . He was also charged with drug possession, but Short’s rep says the drugs weren’t his – and that he ran because he’s “had bad run-ins with law enforcement.”
Thug life… Gang Member Caught With 100 Bags Of Drugs In Rectum A New Jersey man suspected of being a gang member was recently charged with drug possession and intent to distribute after police officers found 100 bags of drugs stuffed into his donkey booty during booking. via News One An alleged Bloods gang member was caught with 100 bags of h****n in his rectum as a result of a routine traffic stop in New Jersey, according to a police report obtained by The Record. Rasoul H. Speight of Port Jervis, N.Y., and Gary T. Sylak of Shandaken, N.Y., were stopped by cops as they traveled north on the Palisades Interstate Parkway because their 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer had unclear license plates. When the officers approached the vehicle, they allegedly smelled “sticky-icky” and asked for permission to search the car. Though nothing was found inside of the vehicle, a records check revealed that both men had outstanding warrants for traffic violations. Both men were cuffed and transported to the Interstate Parkway Police headquarters in Alpine, N.J. During processing, Speight was found to have bags of heroin in his rectum and Sylak had a syringe and a spoon, both with heroin residue, inside of his jacket. That’s not gangster. There was some sort of altercation this morning, which resulted in Jenelle railing against him, using a string of expletives on (where else) Twitter. Amber Portwood is under close watch in jail, according to an inside source – her. A letter the Teen Mom train wreck wrote from inside jail claims that officials even made her use a flexible writing utensil to pen it … so she won’t shiv anyone. Prisoner-proof pens are standard issue with people viewed as violent threats, but Ambs says people think she’s a danger to society and she’ll end up in prison. “I don’t think I’ll ever take this sh!t for granted,” she says . “I’m scared I’m going to prison … All I think about is Leah and how she needs a ro-model (sic).” She adds, “I am a good person and I pray that I can change my life.” Amber wrote the letter to her brother last month after she was thrown in an Indiana jail for drug possession and failing to provide a urine test (as per her probation). She’s scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 27 for her probation violation hearing. She faces two years behind bars if convicted, which is not looking like a big stretch. She’s also staring at an eviction hearing in the meantime. Rough. In the meantime, here’s hoping she gets counseling while behind bars and reassesses her life … while having her belt and shoelaces taken away from her.
