Add this guy to our Hall of Fame for craziest mugshots ! A man with an American flag painted over his entire face was arrested for drug possession just hours after July 4 in a Florida nightclub, giving a whole new meaning to the phrase “America, the beautiful.” Miami Beach police arrested Eric Oram Butkiewicz, 31, at the club LIV in the Fontainebleau Hotel when security guards informed the authorities he was dealing drugs, Miami NewTimes reports. “I possibly have three Xanax bars in my possession,” he reportedly told the police. The officers subsequently found 13 Xanax pills in his shirt pocket. Butkiewicz was then booked with a felony possession. His arraignment is set for Aug. 3. SMH. What is it with these drug dealers failing to understand the concept of staying SUBTLE?!?! Source

Just because you had a baby doesn’t make you a mother…SMFH Kentucky Mother Trades Her Newborn Son For A Pick-Up Truck And Meth Three people in Kentucky face human trafficking charges after a mom allegedly traded her newborn for a pickup truck, then sold the truck for methamphetamine. Husband and wife Jeremy and Jamiee Brown pleaded not guilty this morning in Laurel County. They’re accused of swapping their 1999 Dodge Dakota for the baby boy in January, just after his mom Heather Kaminskey, 30, gave birth, MSNBC reported. Investigators say that Kaminskey, of Corbin, is still on the run and is wanted for drug charges. She was living in Florida before her son was born, but deputies told the Associated Press that child welfare agencies had already taken away two of her other children. “She fled to Kentucky to have the child and avoid that child being taken by social services,” County Lt. Rodney Van Zant told the station. Friends and even some authorities believe the Browns wanted the baby to care for it. “I honestly believe they had the best intentions,” Van Zant said. “But the way they went about it was the wrong way.” Kaminsky allegedly sold the truck for $800 and some meth shortly after the trade, WKRC reported. The Browns could see 20 years in jail if convicted. The baby boy — now six months old and showing no signs of abuse — is in protective custody. Guess crystal meth must be one helluva drug if it can turn white folks this ratchet. Images via WKYT Source

Apparently Mimi and Joseline aren’t the only folks on “ Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta ” with beef. This Tuesday, while most of us were too busy preparing to watch the NBA Playoffs, Karlie Redd and K.Michelle got it in on Twitter. Someone with a clearer mind must have talked the women into coming to their senses because they later deleted their tweets, but we were able to snag a few thanks to a couple generous folks who retweeted them. From what we could surmise, it seems that Karlie retweeted something offensive about K. Michelle because the girl was claiming #TeamKarlieRedd: But things quickly went… how do they say it? Oh yea. SOUTH!

Top DEA Michelle Leonhart Can’t Admit Marijuana Less Harmful Than Heroin Caught in a pickle, Michelle Leonhart, just can’t handle the truth: During a House Judiciary Subcommittee hearing on Wednesday, Drug Enforcement Administrator Michele Leonhart repeatedly refused to admit that anything was more addictive or harmful than marijuana. Democratic Rep. Jared Polis of Colorado pressed Leonhart on whether illegal drugs like methamphetamine and crack, as well as legal prescription drugs, caused greater harm to public health compared to marijuana. But within a three minute time-span, Leonhart dodged his questions eleven times. “Is crack worse for a person than marijuana?” Polis, who has called for an end the prohibition on marijuana, asked. “I believe all illegal drugs are bad,” Leonhart responded. “Is methamphetamine worse for somebody’s health than marijuana?” Polis continued. “Is heroin worse for somebody’s health than marijuana?” “Again, all drugs,” Leonhart began to say, only to be cut off by Polis. “Yes, no, or I don’t know?” Polis said. “If you don’t know this, you can look this up. As the chief administrator for the Drug Enforcement Agency, I’m asking a very straightforward question.” Leonhart said that heroin was highly addictive, but accused Polis of asking a “subjective” question. After being pressed further, she conceded that heroin was more addictive than marijuana, but added “some people become addicted marijuana and some people become addicted to methamphetamine.” Leonhart was nominated to be the Deputy Administrator of the DEA by then-President Bush in 2003 and confirmed by the Senate in 2004. She became the acting Administrator of the DEA after the former Administrator, Karen P. Tandy, resigned in 2007. Obama nominated Leonhart to the position in 2010. Turn the page to see this woman not be able to give a complete and decisive response to a simple question.

New York has been dishing out legal fades and edge ups to several drug kingpins in the past few weeks. The latest in the parade of yayo dons to get time in the slammer is Jamaican drug lord Christopher M. Coke, a notorious dealer whose manhunt led to a staggering 70-plus deaths in his native Jamaica. Earlier today, a federal judge in Manhattan dropped the gavel and gave the unfortunately named Coke 23 years in racketeering charges, reports the New York Times. Read The Rest At HipHopWired.com

Drugs are bad m’kay? Texas Mother Arrested For Putting PCP In Child’s Lunch Travis County sheriff’s investigators have charged a Del Valle woman after they say she put the drug PCP into her 6-year-old daughter’s school lunch, according to an arrest affidavit filed with Travis County courts today. Torina Ann Gutierrez, 34, faces a charge of endangering a child, a state jail felony. She is not currently in custody, according to jail records. The affidavit said that on May 4, Gutierrez’s daughter began acting strangely in her first-grade classroom, talking to people who were not there and saying she could hear “banging in her head.” A school counselor called Gutierrez to report what was going on, and Gutierrez said, “Don’t call EMS and don’t call (Child Protective Services), I’m on my way,” the affidavit said. Gutierrez picked the girl up from school, took her home and then called for paramedics, the affidavit said. The girl was tested at a hospital, which returned a positive result for PCP, a powerful and illegal hallucinogen, the affidavit said. She was removed from the home and placed with a family member. Gutierrez also tested positive for the drug, the affidavit said. The girl told investigators that Gutierrez made her lunch that day, and that after she ate it, she felt “crazy and dizzy,” and her lunch meat tasted like “fireworks,” the affidavit said. She called the drug “angel dust” and said she had seen the drug in her home before, the affidavit said. Source
