Just what in the hell is going on South of the border?? In the latest atrocity of the Mexican drug war, gangsters shot and tortured two men and then hung them alive from a highway bridge. A teenager, bleeding and screaming, was found dangling from his wrists over one of one of the busiest routes in Monterrey, the country’s third largest city. A man hung next to him was dead by the time rescuers arrived. The body of another man who tried to escape was riddled with bullets. Witnesses saw the killers get out of a van and toss the men – whose hands were bound with duct tape – off the bridge in broad daylight yesterday. One victim had a cellphone taped to his hands – apparently to suggest that he was murdered because he was an informant. Three days earlier, two men were hung by their necks off another bridge in Monterrey. One had their foot cut off. More than 35,000 people have been killed in drug-related violence across Mexico since 2006. This is outrageous! More than 35,000 people dead over drug trade?
