A fan reportedly rushed the stage and grabbed Justin Bieber from behind in Dubai Sunday, knocking over the star’s piano before he was hauled off by security. The National, an English-language newspaper in Abu Dhabi, said the attacker was “a youth in a white shirt and jeans” who charged the stage and the Bieb. Justin Bieber in Dubai A swarm of security guards rushed the stage and lunged at the attacker, with Justin Bieber managing to free himself and quickly dash safely to the side. Security tussled with the offender, who pushed the piano off its hinges, knocking it over and rendering it unplayable for the remainder of the concert. Amazingly, a rattled Bieber and his eight-piece band managed to finish the song while the attacker was taken off stage followed by the damaged piano. The man is nothing if not committed to his fans. Via Washington Times reports : An off-duty U.S. navy sailor wrestled a Dubai bus driver to the ground and beat him into submission after he tried to sexually assault her at knifepoint on Jan. 19, a courtroom heard Wednesday. The woman, 28, was on 24-hour shore leave in Dubai when she was attacked by a bus driver after he picked her up from the Mall of the Emirates shopping center. “I noticed he did not take the main road and when I asked him he told me not to worry,” she said, according to the Daily Mail. He then stopped where several other buses were parked and tried to kiss her. After she refused, he pulled out a knife and tried to force sex on her. Prosecutors said that she knocked the knife from his hand, broke it in two, bit him in the hand, forced him to the ground and locked him between her thighs, the Daily Mail reports. The man, known as K S, has been charged with attempted sex assault, threatening to kill, assault and consuming alcohol illegally, the Daily Mail reports. SMH. Do they chop off hands in Dubai? The nearly broke Lindsay Lohan is reportedly seeking half a MILLION dollars to promote an energy drink in Dubai … and if she can get it, well, more power to her. She’ll probably waste it, to be sure, but more power to her. Not that she necessarily will. The company is, understandably, balking at that absurd amount. “Lindsay wants $500,000 for an appearance in Dubai to promote Mr. Pink’s Ginseng Energy Drink, which executives are apprehensive about,” says a source. Mr. Pink is prepared to offer $200,000 plus travel expenses. Not a bad payday, but even that could be at risk due to her constant legal woes. Says the source: “The trip might not happen at all because of Lindsay’s criminal past and pending criminal charges. Dubai has very strict laws about convicted criminals entering the country.” Moreover, Lindsay is very upset about her financial problems and doesn’t trust her new lawyer, Mark Heller, to handle the Dubai travel issues,” the insider added. The troubled starlet, 26, was recently forced to move from LA back to NYC because she could no longer afford to pay the $8,000 monthly rent on her house. “Lindsay is being forced to live at home with Dina because she can’t afford any other options at the moment,” an insider said. “ Lindsay Lohan is broke , flat-out.” “She can’t even afford to rent a two-bedroom apartment in North Hollywood.” Living at home with mom was cramping LiLo’s hard partying lifestyle, and even that could be at risk. The $1.3 million Long Island mansion may soon be foreclosed on. Dina Lohan ’s financial problems have been well-chronicled throughout the years, as the world’s worst momager is reportedly more than $1 million in the red. Like mother like daughter. As for the energy drink appearance, “simply must happen for Lindsay. She is absolutely desperate for the cash,” the insider said. Cross your fingers.

Needing a break from her latest legal troubles, and always looking to save money when she’s broke, Lindsay Lohan jetted off to Dubai with mom Dina Lohan. Not before the star and her belongings were searched at LAX, however. Lohan was stopped by TSA agents at LAX’s security gate, who then proceeded to rifle through her Louis Vuitton bag, among other carry-on luggage. Somewhat astonishingly, she was allowed to go on her way! Good thing, too, because she can scarcely afford any legal trouble. She’s so far in the hole now, it’s a small wonder she has a roof over her head. At least LiLo ‘s UAE trip may be a positive one financially. She is reportedly en route to the United Arab Emirates metropolis to reportedly do some promotional work for an energy drink she endorses, Mr. Pink. No word if Mr. Pink is made from refined crack rocks.
