Kate Middleton Nose: Plastic Surgery Best-Seller!

Kate Middleton’s nose has become popular in the U.S. With women looking to undergo plastic surgery, that is. The New York Daily News recently highlighted a sudden surge in women asking for the Duchess’ nose. Says Dr. Stephen Greenberg of Manhattan: “It has become so popular that we have made a file of a dozen Kate Middleton pictures to show patients when they come in for their consultation.” The doctor has said that he already has 20 women scheduled to get plastic surgery in the next month, with each paying about $7,000 for the work. Lenox Hill Hospital’s Dr. Thomas Romo told the Daily News, “Women, especially over the age of 28, want the nose of a woman who is regal, refined and strong.” Kate’s nose is also natural-looking, which is key, as “they certainly don’t want the scooped out, upturned, over-affected, pinched nose of a pop star.” Apparently Kate Middleton’s nose has a feminine look, with a cute upturn at the end, and is in perfect proportion to her face, according to facial experts. According to ABC News, one woman, Jessica Blaier, wanted so desperately to look like Kate that she took one of her favorite photos of the Duchess’ nose . According to the report, Blaier paid $12,000 to have plastic surgery so that she could basically have Kate Middleton’s nose moulded on her face. Blaier, 21, later explained in an interview with Good Morning America , “Every time she smiled I was like ‘Wow! I want my nose to be like that’.” Possibly a little extreme, Jessica. But we’ll grant you that as celebrity noses (along with most other body parts) go, Kate ranks in the top tier!

John Edwards Has Heart Attack, Rielle Hunter Saves the Day, Tabloid Claims

Disgraced politician John Edwards suffered a heart attack scare in February and has been warned by his doctors to stop drinking, a tabloid report claims. Edwards “was at home when he started to feel pain and tightness in his chest,” a family source told the National Enquirer, the thorn in his side for years. The magazine claims that (who else) the 59-year-old former Senator’s girlfriend and baby mama, Rielle Hunter , came to the rescue in his time of need. “He was certain that he was having a heart attack, so he called Rielle,” the source said. “She rushed over from her place and drove him to the emergency room.” Edwards was warned that he needs to stop drinking, allegedly, and that his health may be in sharp decline in large part because of his alcohol intake. After reportedly being released from N.C. Memorial Hospital, Edwards returned to the Chapel Hill, N.C., estate he once shared with his late wife Elizabeth. He now lives there with his two youngest kids, Emma Claire, 14, and Jack, 12. He and Rielle are not living together, but may still be together … who knows. We’d say that none of this is true (and we might be right), but we said that about their affair initially when the Enquirer reported it, and look what happened.

Kate Middleton: Expecting a Girl?!

Is the pregnant Kate Middleton expecting a girl? A remark by the Duchess during her public appearance at the National Fishing Heritage Centre sent the royal baby rumor mill into overdrive yesterday. Greeted by adoring crowds, the Duchess of Cambridge, 31, was given a white teddy bear by a Grimsby, England, resident named Diane Burton. “Thank you, I’ll take that for my d–” Prince William’s glowing wife replied, appearing to cut herself off mid-sentence. Gotta mean it’s a girl, right? When another well-wisher then asked the royal if she was about to say “daughter,” Kate Middleton smiled, coyly replying, “We’re not telling.” Another witness, Sandra Cook, overheard this and told reporters: “I said to her: ‘You were going to say daughter weren’t you?’ and she said, ‘No, we don’t know.'” Remarked Cook, 67, to Kate: “I said, ‘Oh, I think you do’, to which she said: ‘We’re not telling.'” Kate, meanwhile, happily clutched the teddy bear gift. Privately, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently learned the sex of their baby, a palace source confirms, “but they’ve only told their parents” thus far. If it’s indeed a girl, it’s potentially historic news. The current ruler, William’s grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, recently decreed that, should he and Kate’s first born be a daughter, she will be called “Princess.” More significantly, the Succession the Crown Bill, overruling centuries of tradition, decrees that their first child will be the heir to the throne, regardless of gender. So basically, all hail the Future Queen (maybe)! The future British monarch is staying active before his/her big arrival, that’s for sure. Kate Middleton, Baby Bump Attend Swiss Wedding, Forego Skiing

Kate Middleton is certainly staying active during her first pregnancy – but not dangerously so. She went to a wedding in Switzerland, but did not go skiing. Kate Middleton in Switzerland Along with Princes William and Harry, she bundled up in daytime formal wear for the wedding of athlete pals Laura Bechtolsheimer and Mark Tomlinson. The next day, she opted for a much more casual look for a walk through the stunning mountainside at the Arosa resort while the brothers went skiing. In one of the most pronounced shots yet of the expectant royal’s changing shape, Middleton braved the cold in a short sleeve loose print blouse. The adorable, growing Kate Middleton baby bump was nicely accessorized by black skinny jeans and black snow boots. Isn’t she just the cutest? Bearing a striking resemblance to sister Pippa Middleton , Kate kept a serene expression behind sunglasses, her brown hair held back with a clip. A German tourist who spotted her told the Daily Mail: “She was walking down the hill with three men. She was very sweet and smiled at people who looked at her. She seemed to be taking in the scenery.” Meanwhile, for Saturday’s wedding ceremony, the Duchess wore a cream coat with brown fur trim and brown hat (by Lock & Co) plus a MaxMara dress. After the couple exchanged their vows at the chapel, Kate was seen outside “throwing white confetti in the air and laughing with joy,” an onlooker said. Kate was also seen walking her dog last week.

Sources close to the reality star say she consulted with physicians last week because she was experiencing pregnancy pains. Following an examination, the doctor determined that Kim’s condition was mostly stress-related. And we all know there’s only one stress in this woman’s entire life? The Kris Humphries divorce case! Kardashian’s health issues, after all, returned – more extreme than ever – just hours before she met with her attorney yesterday. Kim is reportedly very worried about the “long-term effects” the divorce-related stress could have on her baby and is really hoping all is settled some time in the next few weeks. Shame on you, Kris Humphries. Shame. On. You.

Oksana Baiul Sues NBC For $5 Million

Oksana Baiul is suing NBC and a skating program producer for $5 million for using her name and likeness to promote two shows that never ended up airing. The 1994 Olympic figure skating gold medalist claims that Disson Skating LLC offered her a deal to perform in two shows that were to air on NBC. Baiul declined, never receiving a contract or signing a promotional deal. Nevertheless, she says her name and likeness were used to advertise the show on two radio websites, and she also was named in a press release. The skater says her reputation was damaged because the incorrect publicity resulted in her being labeled a “no show,” making it harder to get work. That’s where the lawsuit arises. She’s seeking $5 million in damages from NBC Universal and the producer, both of which declined to comment.

Pregnant Kate Middleton and Prince William have escaped dreary, winter London for a babymoon holiday on the ultra-exclusive Carribean island of Mustique. Expecting their first child together, the Duchess, 31, and Duke, 30, are kicking back in a luxury villa with a $30,000-a-week price tag – with her folks! The babymoon is a family affair , apparently. The couple flew out a few days ago to join Kate Middleton’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton. With Kate completely recovered from the acute morning sickness that plagued the earliest days of her pregnancy, the twosome are ready to party. Well, within reason. She’s still carrying the royal heir(ess). But with Kate Middleton’s due date in July, and her health improved dramatically in the past few weeks, she’s earned a nice, fun babymoon vacation! Not to mention some much-needed family time. As long as there’s no repeat of topless photos that surfaced from their holiday in France – which we doubt, on the secluded island – all is well!
