This ain’t “All That” Amanda ! Via TMZ reports : Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI in West Hollywood early this morning … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us, Bynes was attempting to pass a cop car in her black BMW … when she sideswiped the right rear panel of the vehicle. She was pulled over and cops determined she was not fit to be behind the wheel. We’re told the 26-year-old actress was busted at 3 AM … she’s still behind bars. According to her booking sheet, Bynes is 5’7″ and 125 lbs. Her bail has been set at $5,000. Bynes has been frequenting the Hollywood party scene recently, hitting up several clubs over the last few weeks. He was charged with DUI and driving 70-mph in a 45-mph zone. He was also charged with failing to have insurance and reckless driving.
C’mon son… The captain of the ill-fated Costa Concordia had been drinking ‘with a beautiful woman’ at the ship’s bar before he sailed into disaster, it was claimed last night. Francesco Schettino, 52, has been arrested on suspicion of multiple manslaughter and abandoning ship when the cruise liner ran aground after sustaining a 160ft gash in the port-side hull. Six people are now confirmed dead and 14 are still missing. The sixth person – a male passenger – was found dead wearing a life vest on the second deck of the ship, according to an Italian news agency. That area of the boat was not submerged. One passenger has accused the captain of drinking in one of the ship’s bars on the night the vessel ran aground, before taking control after the crash. Monique Maurek, 41, from the Netherlands, said: ‘What scandalised me most was when I saw the captain spending much of the evening before we hit the rocks drinking in the bar with a beautiful woman on his arm. B-b-but wait it gets worse… ‘Most people didn’t even have any idea of what the evacuation warning sound would be. ‘It was only because some of us had already been on a cruise that we recognised that seven blasts of the horn was a signal to abandon ship.’ Phil Metcalf, whose daughter Rose was one of the last people off the ship, said she had revealed the captain allegedly abandoned ship in the early stages of the evacuation, leaving his staff onboard. He said: ‘Since the captain had left there was nobody, so everybody was left to their own devices hence some of the chaos, so obviously the crew took it upon themselves and decided in the absence of the captain to organise and try and help people.’ So this dirty son-of-a-beyotch jumped ship soon as isht got ugly??? Looks like more drama for Basketball Wives. Charlie Bell was arrested on October 21st for drunk driving in his hometown of Flint, MI. His court date was yesterday and he showed up to court…DRUNK! He blew a .09 at court. Bell was held in a holding cell until he got sober and had to return to court this morning. You must remember that he’s married to crazy a$$ Kenya Bell who tried to slice him with a box cutter in May. Still, she’s kind of hot so it’s all excusable. What is going on with little Orlando Brown? According to TMZ , when Orlando got arrested for D.U.I. last month, his blood alcohol level was a .17, more than twice the legal limit. And that’s not the worst part… 23-year-old Brown — whose pregnant girlfriend was a passenger in the car during the arrest — has been charged with 2 counts of DUI and could spend several months in jail if convicted. TMZ broke the story, Brown was originally pulled over for driving without a license plate just a short distance from his L.A. home — when cops noticed the smell of alcohol and arrested him. He’s due back in court later this month. You put your unborn child’s life in danger for a couple of dranky dranks and some thrills? Get your isht together, man! SMH at lil Teairra catching fade with one-time… Via TMZ: Teairra Mari is accused of doing the ONE thing you should never do after getting arrested for DUI … attacking a cop. Law enforcement sources tell us the 23-year-old actress/singer was driving a silver Infiniti through Beverly Hills around 3:00 AM, when she rear-ended the car in front of her. Police at the accident scene observed “signs of intoxication” from Teairra — and arrested her for DUI. One person who was at the scene tells TMZ Teairra was “really messed up … she couldn’t even stand.” And it gets worse … we’re told Teairra didn’t play nice while she was being booked and became “combative” with one of the arresting officers. Sources tell us one cop suffered a “minor cut” to his hand during the incident. As a result, Mari now faces multiple charges — including DUI and assault on a police officer. According to law enforcement, Mari is still in custody and bail has been set at $50k.

Another Day, Another DUI: Teairra Mari Gets Popped For Driving While Slizzard, Then Attacks The Officer Causing “Minor Injuries”
SMH… This fool had his 4-year-old daughter in the backseat and his 8-year-old behind the wheel!!! A man was arrested Sunday in Livingston Parish after state troopers discovered his 8-year-old son was driving the family from Mississippi to Dallas while the man slept, intoxicated. The father, Billy Joe Madden, 28, of Hattiesburg, Miss., was arrested and booked into the Livingston Parish Jail. Louisiana State Police Troop A received a call around 6:30 a.m. from a concerned motorist traveling west on Interstate 12 near Holden, said state police spokeswoman Melissa Matey. The driver said a green Chevrolet pick-up truck was moving erratically and a child appeared to be the driver. Troopers stopped the pick-up truck on I-12, just west of LA 447 in Livingston Parish. Madden was in the passenger seat while his 8-year-old son drove and his 4-year-old daughter sat in the back seat, Matey said. No one was injured. Matey said troopers determined Madden was intoxicated while interviewing him. Both children were turned over to child protective services and are awaiting the arrival of a family member. Officials booked Madden with allowing a minor to drive, keeping an open container in the vehicle, driving without a seat belt, two counts of child desertion and two counts of no child restraint. His bond was set at $1,474. What the hell was he thinking? We’re glad he opted not to drive drunk with his two kids in the car — but this is just as bad!!! Source
