Brother Trayvon EBONY Magazine Dedicates September Issue To Trayvon Martin With 4 Different Covers Via ClutchMagOnline Ebony Magazine recently released the cover images of its upcoming September issue and it’s clear the venerable publication is taking a stand. The September issue features four striking covers dedicated to the memory of Trayvon Martin. One cover features Martin’s parents and older brother, Sybrina Fulton, Tracy Martin and Jahvaris Fulton, while three additional covers feature celebrity dads–Spike Lee, Boris Kodjoe, and Dwyane Wade–with their sons. According to the magazine this “groundbreaking” issue will “explore concerns around racial bias, how to find solutions for those concerns and how to heal and move forward.” The editors of Ebony say the September issue was inspired by “the watershed moment experienced by the Black community after the ‘not-guilty’ verdict in the George Zimmerman trial,” and the magazine “devoted four separate September 2013 cover issues to Trayvon Martin and explores the ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws.” Sounds like an issue worth spending a couple dollars on. Siohvaughn Funches Files Motion To Continue Seeing Her Kids You can’t fight crazy with crazy Instead of her azz laying on the street pretending to be homeless, she should have been thinking of a way to better her situation. According to Gossip Extra Funches’ camp is filing a response to Wade’s motion to suspend time-sharing, saying there’s no legal basis for the request and arguing that Funches is no threat to the boys. As for the financial agreement that was to pay Funches $5 million-plus to go away announced with great fanfare Monday? It has yet to be signed! DWade is playing his hand lovely. He caused her to have a meltdown and make her look more crazy than we thought she was. SMH.

Ho. Sit. Down. Dwyane Wade’s Lawyers Release Statement Defending Him Against Poor Treatment Of Ex-Wife Siovaughn Saturday we posted photos of Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife Siovaughn protesting her baller baby daddy in the streets of Chicago making claims that she is both broke and homeless. Today, we received official word directly from Dwyane’s legal representatives stating that Siovaughn is (and has been) being paid $25,000 per month for several years now. “Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches have reached a financial settlement. The agreement was submitted in court last Tuesday, July 16 prior to Ms. Funches’ recent unfounded and erratic public display outside the courthouse this past Friday. Dwyane Wade has made several requests over the years to settle this matter, despite Ms. Funches having 16 different attorneys and 2 arrests throughout this process. Mr. Wade has provided a very generous settlement to Ms. Funches to continue to live a wonderful lifestyle for the rest of her life. Despite false allegations by Ms. Funches claiming to be “homeless” and “destitute,” Dwyane Wade has maintained over the years financial support to his ex-wife by providing her with income over $25,000 on a monthly basis, timely paid for her home mortgage, maintenance and security at the house, 4 cars, insurance, taxes and all of her attorney fees throughout this process. Ms. Funches has made a mockery of homelessness which is a serious and personal issue for Mr. Wade as his mother was homeless for a period of time when he was a child. Dwyane Wade was awarded sole custody of their sons by the court in 2011. The safety and wellbeing of his children are his main priority. Due to Ms. Funches’ current unstable mental state, her visitation will be determined by the court. The small protest held by Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches-Wade on Friday may have seemed a little screwy, but as she spoke with reporters about her reasons for being there, her ambitions became much more clear. Apparently, Dwyane signed their son Zaire up for some kind of basketball camp during Siohvaughn’s visitation hours. In addition to Dwyane’s reluctance to budge, the parenting coordinator reportedly told her that if she tried to keep Zaire from basketball, he would make sure she never saw either of her kids again. And that’s not even all of it. Her recent lawsuit with Dwyane fell through after she reportedly dropped the case. According to Siohvaughn, not only did she not withdraw the lawsuit, but she had no idea it was being withdrawn. Wait, whaaaat?!?! Siovaughn Wade Sits On Chicago Street In Protest Of Dwyane Wade Just when we thought the ongoing saga of Dwyane Wade and his looney tunes ex-wife Siovaughn had come to a close , here we are again. Yesterday Deadspin began receiving pictures from Chicago residents of Siovaughn sitting on a sweltering hot street corner ranting about how broke she is and how it’s all Dwyane’s fault! 2 weeks ago it was announced that Siovaughn was suing DWade for $1 million . She claimed that she was owed the money based on their divorce agreement that stated she would be paid royalties from his various endorsements with Gatorade, Li-Ning, etc. 3 days later (yes, 3 days) We received confirmation that Siovaughn had dropped the suit entirely, which led us to believe that perhaps Dwyane broke her off a couple dollars get her life together and avoid the courtroom. Now we’re not so sure about the money, but what we ARE 100% positive of is that Siovaughn is couple sandwiches short of a picnic. If she wants to put him on blast she needs to make her beef known, or forever hold her peace. Drake was denied entry to the Miami Heat locker room yesterday evening in amusing fashion, but made up for the slight later by partying with the team. The Heat finished off the visiting San Antonio Spurs in Game 7 Thursday, then polished off MANY bottles of champagne late into the South Beach night. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and company hit Story nightclub in Miami, partying until 5:30 this morning with Pat Riley, Gabrielle Union and yes, Drake : Drake Parties With LeBron Miami Heat Drake is famously tight with LeBron James, as the above clip shows, but even that wasn’t enough to get him into the locker room right after the win. Arena security negged the rapper as he attempted to come congratulate his boys, telling him “This is media, pure media.” Drake’s reply? “I am media.” LOL.
