TV Nudity Report: Game of Thrones Premiere [PICS]

The hype machine surrounding the new HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones promised viewers a king’s ransom of nudity- and the first episode, which premiered last night, delivered. First, the episode featured full nudity from British babe Esme Bianco as medieval hooker Ros, who bared boobs, bush and butt before spit-shining Peter Dinklage ‘s small but mighty dinklage just off screen. Gorgeous Emilia Clarke then made a nude debut for the ages, baring full nudity as Daenerys, daughter of the deposed king. In a kinky bit of incestous suggestion, Emilia was stripped naked by her (onscreen) brother, baring it all in the bath before her marriage to warlord Dragos ( Jason Momoa ). After the wedding, the newlyweds did it doggy style on the beach, with another look at Emilia’s boobs as the party favor. Ah, the fantastical land of Westeros, where everyone from a lowly (cobblestone) street walker to a incestuous princess bares boob, bush and butt. The only game these ladies are playing is with your boner! More pics after the jump!

Nudecomer Emilia Clarke is a Fantasy Made Flesh in Game of Thrones

You might not know beautiful Brit Emilia Clarke yet- she has appeared on the boob tube only a handful of times, in the Scyfy original movie Triassic Attack (2010 ) and on the BBC drama Doctors (2009) . But all that is about to change- you’ll soon be introducing your handful to Emilia when she stars in in HBO’s Game of Thrones . The big budget show adapts the fantasy novel series “A Song of Fire and Ice,” which has a large and obsessive following. Emilia has been cast as warrior princess Daenerys Targaryen , the last of a crumbling royal dynasty. For the highly detailed and faithful adaptation, Emilia had to learn the language of her characters’ people, Dothraki, with linguists standing by to correct her if she mangled the made-up dialect. But that wasn’t all Emilia had to learn for the show- she was also schooled in the ways of (onscreen) love in a series of sex scenes the producers tout as “graphic”. As executive producer David Benioff told EW : “We loved lord of the Rings, but you don’t really get the sense that any of those characters get horny ever.” In the first episode of Game of Thrones , Daenerys gets married and loses her virginity outdoors on a rock by the Irish Sea. Emilia has said that while at first she was insecure about being nude on camera, she quickly overcame it because the sex scenes are an important part of her character: “Her journey is the growth of a woman, and it’s a sexual awakening as well. We just had a laugh while filming [the explicit sex scenes], though. It was all giggles all the time for us, trying to keep a straight face.” Giggles or no, Emilia has yet to share a laugh with her dad and brother about her onscreen nudity- as she told MTV: “As soon as I’m in the character that’s it: You’re her, you’re not yourself. And they did it beautifully, they did it tastefully. [But] I’ll watch it first before my dad watches it…and my brother doesn’t know at all!” See all the breast nudity from the upcoming HBO series Game of Thrones – before Emilia Clarke ‘s family- right here on MrSkin.com!

‘Game Of Thrones’ World Is ‘Ruled By The Sword,’ Peter Dinklage Says

But his character, Tyrion, ‘uses his mind to equal other people’s swords,’ actor tells MTV News. By Kara Warner Peter Dinklage Photo: MTV News Any time a beloved book series is adapted from the page to the screen, readers inevitably find themselves hoping the adaptation will be faithful to the source material and anxious that it won’t be. With regard to HBO’s upcoming “Game of Thrones,” which is based on George R.R. Martin’s saga “A Song of Ice and Fire,” fans have been quick to jump onboard in support of HBO’s adaptation, particularly with the casting of Peter Dinklage in the pivotal and deeply complex role of Tyrion Lannister. In a nutshell, Tyrion, a disfigured dwarf, is the third child of one of the most cold, cruel and calculating families in “Game of Thrones.” Because of his appearance, paired with the fact that his mother died giving birth to him, he has been the victim of much cruelty from his family since he was born. MTV News recently had the opportunity to chat with Dinklage about taking on the role and how he came to love Tyrion as much as the fans do. “He comes from a very complicated family, and it really informs a lot of what he does,” Dinklage said. “He’s very intelligent, which is always a joy to play. In this sort of land where everything is ruled by the sword, he doesn’t take that. He doesn’t go through that door; he goes through door number two. He has a great facility with his mind, and he uses his mind to equal other people’s swords,” he explained. Given the actor’s experience with the fantasy genre, we asked him to explain how “Game of Thrones” is different from something like his work in “The Chronicles of Narnia.” “I wouldn’t be quick to even use the word ‘fantasy’ with this,” Dinklage said. “I know that’s what’s been used and maybe a lot of people would disagree with me, but I sort of don’t see it as a fantasy, at least from the stuff I’ve done that was truly fantasy. You know, where water creatures are coming out of the ground and lions are talking. That, to me, is a bit more fantastical,” he added. When pressed to categorize the show, Dinklage struggled to come up with one specific genre. “This is more of a human drama; human drama, that sounds a bit funny as well,” he said. “It’s hard to pinpoint what this show is, but that’s the strength of it. There are things lurking in the shadows a bit, which lend a fantastical element to it, but it’s more about humans, people, laughs, making each other’s lives a bit more complex.” “Game of Thrones” is set to premiere on HBO in April. Check out our other interviews with castmembers Sean Bean and Emilia Clarke . If you’ve read the book series, which genre would you put it in? Share your thoughts in the comments!

‘Game Of Thrones’ Actress Says Filming Sex Scenes Was ‘Really Scary’

Emilia Clarke talks about HBO’s adaptation of ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ novels, which premieres in April. By Kara Warner Emilia Clarke in “Game of Thrones” Photo: Helen Sloan/ HBO If you haven’t yet heard of HBO’s soon-to-be epic “Game of Thrones,” get thee to a bookstore stat! Or, for those intimidated by 800-page books, check out the network’s “Making Game of Thrones” site or one of the most comprehensive fan pages online, Westeros . The new TV series, which premieres in April, looks primed to be the next great show everyone talks about. Think “Lord of the Rings”-meets-“The Tudors” or a medieval “Sopranos.” Based on the “A Song of Ice and Fire” fantasy novels, it’s all about power and lust. The cast is full of high-caliber actors, many whom will be familiar faces, including Sean Bean, Lena Headey and Peter Dinklage. But before we get too carried away with hyperbole, MTV News had the privilege to chat with a few members of the cast, as well as the man behind the magic himself, George R.R. Martin, at the TCA press tour. First up was adorable and enthusiastic young actress Emilia Clarke, who plays one of the most dynamic and unknowingly dangerous characters in the series, Daenerys Targaryen (pronounced Dan-AIR-ee-us Tar-GAR-ee-en). Without giving away too much, Dany (as she is commonly called) is one of many characters who are involved in a few racy scenes, and given the fact that her character is still a teenager when she engages in those racy activities, we asked Clarke if she had any reservations about portraying those aspects of her character. “Obviously, knowing it was HBO and knowing it was going to be 100 percent tasteful, totally legit, everything is all wonderful,” Clarke explained. “And knowing the character, getting to grips with the character, knowing what needs to happen and what needs to be shown, as a young girl it’s obviously a huge thing and obviously really scary,” she revealed. Clarke added that she quickly got over her brief moments of insecurity. “You just overcome it, because as soon as I’m in the character that’s it: You’re her, you’re not yourself,” she said. “And they did it beautifully, they did it tastefully. I’ll watch it first before my dad watches it,” she joked. Does her dad know how much of his daughter will be shown onscreen? Or what the character goes through? “It was a dialogue with my mom, and my mom would tell my dad,” Clarke said. “And my brother doesn’t know at all,” she added, laughing.
