Dennis Rodman went positively ballistic today during an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo. While surrounded with several former NBA players, Rodman defended his trips to North Korea as a “great idea for the world.” But should the group, who is due to play in a basketball game tomorrow in honor of Kim Jong Un ‘s 31st birthday, really be in Pyongyang? Is this a good idea, considering North Korea’s human rights record? Cuomo also asked Rodman a serious question about Kenneth Bae, an American citizen who was arrested in November 2012, convicted last spring by North Korea of unexplained “hostile acts” and sentenced to 15 years in a labor camp… only for Rodman to FLIP OUT. Katherine Webb probably wishes the biggest scandal in her life revolved again around Brent Musberger again right about now. The model finds herself in trouble due to an incident on Twiter last night when the mother of boyfriend AJ McCarron wrote of an interview with Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston: “Am I listening to English?” The brunette beauty Favorited that Tweet, which led many followers to accuse her of racism. But Webb quickly addressed the issue and blamed the location of certain buttons on the social media service. “The idea that I am a racist is absolutely stupid and it needs to stop. I was scrolling through my TL and that tweet was accidentally FAV,” Webb wrote. Webb then lamented how the “friggin buttons are right under the actual tweet” when challenged by a user and said this sort of thing “happens all the time.” Dee Dee McCarron, meanwhile, has deleted the original message and Webb has taken to Twitter once more to state: “Any1 that knows our family knows we r far from racist. My tweet was not in anyway meant that way. I sincerely apologize if it offended any1.” We believe her. Now we’d just like to see some more Katherine Webb bikini photos . Please!
Let’s all hope the fourth time is the charm for Emily Maynard. The former reality star – who was previously engaged to Ricky Hendrick, The Bachelor Brad Womack, and The Bachelorette winner Jef Holm) has announced to Us Weekly that she’s agreed to marry Tyler Johnson. “We’re really excited!!” Maynard says . “He proposed to me at home and gave both [daughter] Ricki and me rings. It was so sweet! Ricki loves him more than she likes me!” The couple met a few months prior to Maynard starring on The Bachelorette. However, they didn’t become a romantic item until after Emily split from Holm. “We definitely are looking to get married sooner rather than later,” says the mother of one. “No point in waiting!” Maynard appeared on Season 15 of ABC’s The Bachelor and then anchored Season 8 of The Bachelorette, where she crowned Holm the winner of her heart. They broke up in October 2012. On January 1, Maynard posted the Twit pic above of her and Johnson and included with it the following caption: “It’s going to be a good year.”
Is The Bachelor Sean Lowe leading a double life? That’s the implication of the new issue of Life & Style , which says Catherine Giudici’s fiance is (hope you’re sitting down for these bombshells) … Obsessed with fame! Ordering shots at clubs! Flirting with other women! Hardly the Sean Lowe America grew to love, and root for, on The Bachelor, but the sad reality of who he’s become these days, at least according to L&S. Despite the good front the duo puts on, Catherine Guidici “can’t take it anymore.” Whether there’s any truth to this, of course, remains highly questionable. Nothing the couple has said or done remotely corroborates the celebrity gossip reports of their inevitable doom, however we have been wrong in this area before. We thought Emily Maynard and Jef Holm were built to last and that similar gossip magazine covers were complete nonsense. Then they turned out to be accurate. So … you be the judge. Meanwhile, OK! says Sean really, really is in love with Lindsay and Cat, is “not faking this for the cameras” and is facing an “excruciating decision.” In Touch tries a different approach, boasting, “Bachelor Sean tricked by their lies. Behind their sweet smiles, the Bachelor girls are not what they seem.” “Gold diggers obsessed with fame; Turned off by his ‘virginity’; A DUI, secret pasts, actresses pretending to be in love. Did he choose the wrong one?” LOLOLOL. ITW wins on style points. According to a totally unreliable celebrity news tabloid, Sean may be cheating … with Emily Maynard, who broke his heart on The Bachelorette last year. This is totally ridiculous for several reasons: Sean Lowe is the least likely person on Earth to cheat on anyone. There is NO CHANCE they got together without anyone noticing. Nevertheless, Star claims that Sean Lowe , 29, and Emily Maynard , 27, re-ignited their flirtation after coming face-to-face with one another at a VIP event. At the Bachelor mansion, no less. “Sean looked so nervous to see her,” an eyewitness at the soiree said, noting with complete certainty, “You could see the old sparks were still there.” And, after Sean told Emily about his engagement to (see link above), the blonde beauty soon became VERY interested – and is now texting him nonstop. “She texted him immediately after leaving and said she regretted not having chosen him,” the insider said, claiming she totally wants him back now. Is Sean Lowe the best star of The Bachelor in its storied history? Best is a subjective term, of course, but many viewers of the long-running reality show (17 seasons!) seem to think so, and the reasons why are manifold. For the past few seasons, the show has become more about The Bachelor spoilers and watching insane drama play out than about the quest for love. At least in the weeks between the premiere and hometown dates, it’s been mostly forgettable, however Sean Lowe is doing his best to change that. Passed over for being too perfect by Emily Maynard and dismissed by some fans early on for being too boring, the 29-year-old may in fact be the real deal. First and foremost, he’s a genuinely good guy. You can say that about a lot of people, sure … but a lot of Bachelor stars? Stories of Sean’s good deeds are more numerous than his shirtless photos. He’s never had an unkind word to say about anyone, and week after week, he appears more in more invested in handing out roses to find a wife. Even when it comes to tweaking the show’s dating rules to be more inclusive to the women, Sean’s looking out for others as well as looking for love. Those little things go a long way. The Bachelor Mid-Season Preview He’s also genuinely into a lot of the girls on the show. That could be a problem down the road, of course, but for now it’s endearing to say the least. AshLee Frazier, Desiree Hartsock, Catherine Giudici, Lesley Murphy, Lindsay Yenter, Sarah Herron, Selma Alameri … even crazy Tierra LiCausi . He seems like he’s genuinely falling for all of the above, or at least open to the idea. That makes for a more compelling season right off the bat. Part of the credit goes to the casting office for bringing on such a varied, diverse group of women to vie for Sean’s affections and injure themselves. Sorry, Tierra. You asked for that one babes. Sean Lowe failed to capture Emily Maynard’s heart on The Bachelorette. It certainly wasn’t for his lack of abs or commitment to physical fitness. In an interview and photo shoot at the Bachelor mansion in Agoura Hills, Calif., Sean Lowe stripped down for In Touch and opens up about being The Bachelor. “I’m very hopeful that I’ll meet a great girl,” said the 29-year-old Texan. “I would love to get married,” he adds. “I’m absolutely ready for love.” Does he find it? What is his type? “Honestly, I’ve dated all types of women,” he explains. “She has to be genuine, want the same things I want and have a great sense of humor.” Is this guy a good catch or what? The 6-foot-3 former Texas A&M linebacker, who works as an insurance salesman, is also as modest as he is magnetic . “Hopefully, people will see me for what I am: sincere, genuine and fun.” He explains, “I’m just a normal guy.” With an eight-pack it looks like.

In response to Trump’s pledge that he will donate $5 million to the charity of Barack Obama’s choice, provided the President release his full college transcript, The Colbert Report host has addressed The Donald and offered the following: $1 million to the charity of Trump’s choice… if Trump lets Colbert dip his testicles into his mouth any time prior to Halloween eve. Emily Maynard’s fiance, Ricky Hendrick, died in a tragic plane crash in 2004. Tuesday, on the anniversary of his death, The Bachelorette star tweeted a Bible verse as a poignant reminder that he is still present in her life and her daughter Ricki’s. Emily Maynard wrote, citing 1 Corinthians 2:9 … “However, as it is written: ‘What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived – the things God has prepared for those who love him.'” She also linked to the the above photo collage. “Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy,” she captioned the touching image above. Emily, of course, has found love (and reality stardom) twice in the years since – although things didn’t work out with Brad Womack or Jef Holm in the end. Still, the two were spotted together in Charlotte, N.C., last weekend, so perhaps there’s hope of a reconciliation? Only time will tell if it was more than a one-shot deal. Either way, Ricky will always be there for Ricki, and Emily.
