The Farrah Abraham sex tape is just days away from hitting adult video stores and sites near you, barring any last minute contract squabbles with MTV. Steve Hirsch, the CEO of Vivid Entertainment, says he’s ready to release it unless the network gives him a really good legal reason to shelve it for now. Hirsch wants to know if there’s something in her contract that would prohibit his company from releasing the Farrah Abraham sex tape it just purchased. Having paid big bucks for the rights to the Backdoor Teen Mom ‘s work, there’s no way he won’t release the tape, whether it’s this week or down the road. By sending an ultimatum of sorts to MTV, he’s going on record saying he wants to iron out any issues now, rather than face a frivolous lawsuit later. Farrah was allegedly paid nearly $1 million for the romp, which she planned to pass off as a “leaked” tape, but was really just a porn she set out to make. Whatever you want to call it, and whatever you think of her decision from a moral standpoint, her plan netted huge money, and the tape is about to go national. It’s unclear how the network could object. The original Teen Mom is over with, and we doubt she had any anti- James Deen pleasuring clauses to begin with. You gonna check out the Farrah Abraham sex tape? You bet! She’s hot! Maybe. Need to see a sneak peek first. No way. I refuse to acknowledge that disgrace of a mom! View Poll »

It’s pretty much the opposite of the oft-discussed Fifty Shades of Grey in terms of subject matter, but a just-announced Mister Rogers biopic got us thinking: Who should play the iconic, laconic PBS children’s TV host? “His keen ability to find good in anyone, or anything, will make for a truly inspiring cinematic experience,” producer Justin Nappi says of the film. Fred Rogers died in 2003 at age 74. An ordained minister, he hosted Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood from 1968-2001 and won countless awards. The biopic, A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood , will need the perfect star to embody his soothing, gentle, easy-going, mellow and optimistic style. Beloved TV stars Ty Burrell and Steve Carell, among others, could be good fits for his childlike ways. Who do you think should play him? Vote/comment below! Trick Daddy and Lil Wayne are not big fans of each other, but Weezy’s friend mentor Birdman has reportedly stepped in to quash this beef for good. Lil Wayne went ballistic at a strip club last month after a dude in Trick’s posse allegedly flicked a cigarette into the rapper’s dreads at a Miami strip club. Trick Daddy is bitter, claiming Tunechi got him blackballed from all the good strip clubs in Miami (really), leaving him to frequent butterface joints (really). Moreover, Trick insists he didn’t even do anything to Weezy. “If I wanted to start $h!t with [Wayne] he would have been in the hospital for a different reason,” Daddy boasted, harshly referencing Weezy’s seizures . Fortunately, Birdman stepped in to defuse the situation between the feuding rappers. He’s reportedly set up a dinner with the three of them to talk it out. What we wouldn’t give to be a fly on that wall. In other news, Mountain Dew dropped Lil Wayne as a spokesman because of the Emmett Till controversy and the rapper’s perceived lack of apology. Guy’s got beefs going left and right lately.

Lil Wayne will no longer be representing Mountain Dew. PepsiCo cut ties with its popular pitchman Friday over his controversial lyric mentioning 1950s civil rights martyr Emmett Till in the crudest of ways. “Beat that pu–y up like Emmett Till,” the 30-year-old rapped on Future’s “Karate Chop” remix , which was later pulled due to the offensive reference. Weezy recently apologized for (well, acknowledged) the controversy in a letter to Emmett Till ‘s family, but that apparently did not go far enough. PepsiCo released a statement asserting that Weezy’s “offensive reference to a revered civil rights icon does not reflect the values of our brand.” “We do not plan any additional work with Lil Wayne moving forward.” Tunechi’s rep confirmed the split with the food and beverage corporation, but called it “an amicable parting” of ways due to “creative differences.” When he was 14, Emmett Till was beaten beyond recognition in Mississippi in 1955 for allegedly whistling at a white woman and nothing more. Epic Records removed the obscene lyric from the song and issued an apology, and Weezy said he will not be performing it in any way again. Yet the Till family was still outraged by the lack of a sincere apology and called for Mountain Dew to sever its ties with the Young Money CEO. Point, Till family.

The Till family wants Lil’ Wayne’s head on a platter. Till Family Doesn’t Accept Lil’ Wayne’s Apology According to TMZ Lil Wayne’s “apology” to the family of civil rights icon Emmett Till was NOT REALLY AN APOLOGY … in fact, it fell way short … a rep for the Till family tells TMZ. Earlier today, Wayne fired off a letter to the Tills … to “acknowledge” the hurt he caused the family when he compared Emmett’s violent death with the violent way he has sex with women. Nowhere in the letter did Wayne say he was sorry for what he did. Now, Airickca Gordon-Taylor — Executive Director, Mamie Till Mobley Memorial Foundation and Till Family Representative — tells TMZ the family does not view the letter as a formal apology. “While it’s commendable that he has vowed to respect the legacy of Emmett Till and his memory to ‘not use or reference Emmett Till or the Till family in his music,’ this statement falls short of an apology, as none is mentioned.” We’re reaching out to Lil Wayne for comment — stay tuned. Maybe the Till family has a point. Yes he issued a statement, but he did not say sorry one time. Do you think Lil’ Wayne’s apology was sincere? Getty Continue reading

He may play Wolverine, but Hugh Jackman is also a beloved Broadway star who can belt out a show tune with the best of them. As a result, rumors of the actor’s sexuality have run rampant for years – and Jackman admits in the latest Hollywood Reporter that the chatter is finally getting to his wife. “Just recently, it bugs her,” Jackman said of what his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, reads online. “She goes: ‘It’s big. It’s everywhere!'” But the 44-year old Academy Award nominee makes it very clear in the interview: he only has eyes for the mother of his two children. “When I met Deb, it was 10 times better than my single life,” he gushes. “She was very beautiful. She was unbelievably fun– this energy, this spirit – irrepressible. And she had a confidence in herself. I had a massive crush on her instantly… “… she was thrilling to me. I was always really attracted to that.” Elsewhere in the extensive feature, Jackman says he turned down the lead in Chicago (which eventually went to Richard Gere) and also dropped out of Drive . Why has he never wanted to play James Bond? “I thought it would box me in too much,” he said. “My natural instinct is to keep as many doors open as possible.” But only in his professional life, people.

Getting ejected from the Heat game is the least of Lil Wayne’s problems this week. His remix of Future’s “Karate Chop,” which features Weezy making a degrading reference to Emmett Till, has been pulled by Epic Records. Many were up in arms over the lyrics about Till, an African-American teen from Chicago who was beaten and shot to death in the South in 1955. “We regret the unauthorized remix version of Future’s `Karate Chop,’ which leaked online and contained hurtful lyrics,” the label said in a statement. “Out of respect for the legacy of Emmett Till and his family and the support of the Rev, Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., we are going through great efforts to [take it down].” The Mamie Till Mobley Memorial Foundation’s Facebook page (named after Emmett’s mother) declared that Epic CEO L.A. Reid had contacted the family to apologize: “Mr. Reid stated the song was leaked out and he had not heard the lyrics.” “He is a man of integrity that values our family’s legacy and wouldn’t allow such heinous usage of Emmett Till’s name or dishonor his memory.” “We have yet to hear from Lil Wayne’s camp and he is the one that said it! It was all I could do to hold back my tears while engaged in conversation.” “Thank you Mr. Reid for now I can exhale.” The “Karate Chop” remix can still be listened to (for now) online. At the 3:14 mark in the song, Wayne says he’ll “Beat that p–sy up like Emmett Till.” Listen to it while you can, if you even want to. Future Ft. Lil Wayne – Karate Chop Remix
