Due to the delay, Future  will no longer join her for the US dates (once they’re rescheduled for 2019). Live Nation said in the statement, “Following her unforgettable VMA performance, Nicki Minaj has decided to reevaluate elements of production on the NickiHndrxx Tour. The outing will now kick off in Europe this coming February as planned. Nicki has decided to contribute more time to rehearsal ahead of the tour’s launch to make certain her fans get the absolute best quality show that they deserve. Due to scheduling conflicts Future will not be on the North American run. Nicki Minaj will be announcing new North American dates to kick off in May 2019. Refunds for the previously scheduled North American dates will be available at point of purchase, with new Nicki Minaj on-sale details announced soon.” The “Barbie Dreams” rapper also addressed the switch on Instagram, apologizing to fans while guaranteeing it will all “be worth it.” On Tuesday, August 21,  PageSix  reported that according to their sources, the NickiHNDRXX tour was in danger of being canceled because tickets “aren’t flying off the shelves.” Do you plan on attending the show when it hits your city? You just never know when he’ll be shooting his team to an NBA championship or dribbling them out of one (damnit, JR!). Regardless of his up and down plays, Smith’s been talented enough to cash in on some multi-million dollar contracts that have enabled him to amass one of the craziest sneaker collections in the game. Linking up with Joe La Puma, the NBA All-Star goes sneaker shopping with Complex at Stadium Goods where he talks about some of his favorite sneakers, sometimes squeezing into kicks that are a size smaller just so he can have some “flare” on the court, and how he’ll still rock the signature sneaker of a player he might have static with. “I’ve had bad relationships with people who’ve had their own signature shoe and still wore their shoe. I just tell them I look better in it than them,” said Smith. We wonder which people that could’ve been. Teyana Taylor Takes A Fall During NYC Show, Plays It Off Smoothly

Teyana Taylor refuses to take any true L’s. After ditching her tour mate , the G.O.O.D. Music singer took a fall while performing in NYC, but managed to play it off as smoothly as can be.  Reports TMZ : The crazy fall went down at PlayStation Theater in NYC where she was performing her set in the tour formerly known as the Later That Night tour (more on that in a bit). You see Teyana doing what she does best — move her body — when, outta nowhere, BAM … she slips. You can see her left foot lose grip … and though it looked like an awkward fall (that right knee appears to bend like no knee should ever bend), Teyana quickly gets up and doesn’t skip a beat. Drake ‘s new album, Scorpion , is doing well and he’s on tour with the Migos. So it seems the 6 God felt it was only right to hurl shots at Kanye West, while performing in Chicago.  Hitting Chi-Town for the “ Aubrey and the Three Amigos Tour ” on Saturday night (August 18), Drake decided to switch up the words on “Know Yourself.” Instead of rapping “Then Kanye dropped, it was polos and backpacks,” he flipped it to “Then Kanye flopped, it was polos and backpacks.” Nah, the crowd didn’t decide to turn on Drake for slandering their hometown product. Cold world. To be fair, you may have missed it unless you’re a devoted fan and familiar with the  If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late   song. Still, the audacity. Rihanna Documentary Coming Out Soon

Over two years after a Rihanna-approved documentary was first announced, director Peter Berg revealed that the film could arrive within months. In April 2016, Berg, whose action film “Mile 22” arrived, Friday said he was at work on a Rihanna film modeled after D.A. Pennebaker’s legendary Bob Dylan documentary “Don’t Look Back.” While the documentary, which reportedly captured Rihanna at work on her 2016 album “Anti,” was expected to arrive in 2017, Berg told Slash Film that the movie should be out within two months. Berg previously said the documentary would provide an “unfiltered look into Rihanna’s life and how she’s ascended to become a global icon.” READ MORE

Off the strength of Minaj’s revelation, Safaree claims he’s nabbed an offer for a book deal worth $500,000 and the opportunity to endorse Hairclub For Men. “Wow. woke up to a book deal offer for over 500K and an endorsement deal for hair club for men and that was the 1st offer,” he tweeted on Wednesday (August 15). “THANK YOU BABY guess imma add author to my long list of hustles.” READ MORE
