#E3: The Biggest Announcements From Microsoft’s Xbox One Briefing

  Source: Microsoft/Xbox / Microsoft/Xbox EA unofficially kicked off E3 2018  with their conference on Saturday, now it’s Microsoft’s turn to show gamers and loyal Xbox One fans what they can expect from the console. It was all about games as Microsoft came prepared with big reveals and plenty of exclusives. Microsoft clearly knows they lack significantly in the exclusive console games department. To remedy that issue they announced the acquisition of five major game studios to help them develop exclusive titles.  Ninja Theory , Undead Labs , Playground Games , Compulsion Games , and The Initiative will be joining the Microsoft Studios Umbrella . But we know why you’re really here, and that is for the games. So let’s hop into them, shall we? Halo Infinite They immediately started off their keynote with a bang announcing the latest installment in the famed Xbox FPS franchise. Now if you noticed, the next game will not be called Halo 6. I nstead, it is titled Halo Infinite , and this game will not be just a sequel but a fresh start for the 343 Studios game.  The announcement trailer does not reveal too many details about the forthcoming title but it does look like Halo will be going back to familiar territory as far as the game’s location and will center around Master Chief this time around. Lastly, it will also run on the new Slipspace Engine. It looks and sounds very promising, we are happy to hear that 343 heard our cries and gave us an authentic Master Chief experience. The Poop Police: New App Locates Dog Poop & Reads The Owner For Filth

It’s called the Pooper Snooper and it’s only one stop away from being a crime scene investigation kit. Here’s how it works: First, let’s say your strolling along in your neighborhood thinking positive thoughts when BAM…your new pair of Nikes squash into the deep crevices of dog poop. Pissed, right! Well with Pooper Snooper you can now make a pin of your location, similar to Google Maps, and press the “add poop” button. Then, you can take a picture of the said poop and add any linear notes crucial to the crime — e.g. color, shape, smell, size, etc. Then your info will be uploaded to the app and map, so future travelers can avoid a messy situation. With enough users, the uploaded poop warnings can start a trend in a particular neighborhood, letting folks know that people don’t know how to clean up in that area. It can shame dog owners and be used as a tool for environment officers. Pooper Snooper is the new free #app that enables individuals and communities to record and monitor #dogfouling . You can also record bin locations and use the app to help you find the nearest bin. This results in 42.5 million poops everyday. Gross. You can also use the app to record bin locations just in case irresponsible pet owners have problems finding a waste basket. “The data is instantly visible on a map in the app, revealing persistent problem areas where local authorities and communities can focus their attention,” said CEO of Pooper Snooper  Dave Kilbey . 2 Of Mary J. Blige’s New Jersey Homes Up For Foreclosure, Let’s Blame Kendu Isaacs

Source: Brian ZAK / Getty The legal and financial woes of Mary J. Blige have become public record after the messy divorce from her former manager and husband, Kendu Isaacs was finalized this year. In the wake of the divorce settlement, it has come out that two of Blige’s New Jersey homes are entering foreclosure and a bank wants the properties vacated immediately. Bossip exclusively reports : Last month, Apex Bank sued both Blige and Isaacs to foreclose on properties in Cresskill and Saddle River, NJ, claiming the pair hadn’t made payments in months. In the first lawsuit, Blige and Isaacs are accused of not paying down the $8.1 million mortgage that Blige used to buy the Saddle River estate for $12.3 million 10 years ago. The property boasts eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a studio, media room, library and staff quarters. The second suit accuses Blige and her ex of defaulting on another $2 million mortgage that she used to buy another place a few towns over. Blige bought that home back in 2001, and the 6,100 square foot home has six bedrooms, a master suite on its own private floor and sits on an acre lot. The bank wants control of the two homes and Blige and Isaacs out ASAP. It was unclear Thursday who lived in the properties, but one was taken off the market shortly after the couple’s divorce became final. Rae says that the upcoming third season of her show will pull a hot topic directly from social media and turn a focus onto toxic masculinity in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter . THR reports: What themes do you want to explore in the next season? I don’t want to give anything away! But I love black masculinity as it relates to black women. I think that’s something interesting that we haven’t gotten a chance to explore yet — and specifically toxic male black masculinity as it relates to black women. I’m trying to find a way to explore that and get a rounded storyline that isn’t preachy. What else can you tease about season three? This season is about adulting in a new way. I think we’ve watched our characters really fumble and fuck up — and in some ways in your 20s you are allowed that — but this season is about not acting like you’re naive anymore or that you don’t know better. Brother Love called into  The Breakfast Club earlier this week to promote the new season of The Four . While discussing the music competition show the crew steered the conversation to the much hyped Drake and Pusha T diss records . Love provided his thoughts on the lyrical bout. “It’s a part of hip-hop, man If you’re trying to be the best MC, I mean, there’s gonna be battles. At this juncture in time, it’s kinda safe. When we was having battles, it was getting unsafe. I think that this is the most skillful artist that Drake has come up against and, you know, Drake likes the smoke, he loves the smoke” he theorized. When asked about his decision on the victor he didn’t mince words. “[Drake] took the L.” Puff went on to cosigning Drizzy’s decision of not responding as per James Prince, founder of Rap-A-Lot Records. “I was in that same position with [2Pac’s] Hit ‘Em Up’ and I told Big not to respond, so I can understand because what B.I.G had written for them, it was going to get as bad as it got” he added. After dropping her new single, “Liberated”, Dej Loaf put up an Instagram post with a statement that read, “On June 8th, I am helping people get liberated. Visit New York City Hall To Have Your Marriage License Costs Covered By Me.” The caption added that couples were to arrive at 141 Worth St. in New York, NY beginning at 8:30 am.   Mad props to Dej Loaf for showing that love is love.

As of June 2018, the first driver’s licenses to women were issued — however, the ladies still have to seek a man’s permission to obtain one.  If you thought that little piece of chauvinism was extreme, you probably didn’t know that they aren’t usually allowed to use female models in the their fashions shows in Saudi Arabia or Qatar.
