This would mark the first time in history that a jazz or non-classical artist received the honor (even though many consider DAMN. to be a classic). Though he didn’t give a in-depth speech about the achievement, K. Dot did say it was “honor” and beautiful” to be recognized for his work as he’s “been writing my whole life.” Congratulations, King. The former That’s So Raven actor did the unthinkable and got a tattoo of former co-star Raven-Symone on his chest for reasons that can’t be good. Page Six reports : Her former “That’s So Raven” co-star Orlando Brown paid tribute to her in a very permanent way — by tattooing her face on his chest, which was debuted in a video on social media. Brown has made his mixed emotions about Raven very clear in the past. In 2016 troubled star Brown claimed he wasn’t asked to join the “Raven’s Home” reboot because of a romantic entanglement. “She’s far off into another land, mentally, to where she made a decision that she felt was better for her,” he said of the former “View” co-host. “If she thinks that that’s what she wants to do then I love her still and I’m still in love with her and she’s running from the D.” The outlet says Raven-Symone isn’t touching this struggle with a 10-foot-pole, steering clear of making any comments on the matter. Didn’t see this one coming at all. No one is truly untouchable on The Walking Dead , we learned that last season when we watched Carl succumb to a walker bite despite living well into the zombie apocalypse in the comics. According to a Deadline report , Rick Grimes time is almost up as well on the AMC blockbuster show. For 8 seasons fans have followed and watched Rick lose nearly his entire family and friends but never imagined his run was anywhere near. via GIPHY The show is still currently filming its ninth season and contracts are still being worked out, but no details have been revealed exactly how Rick exit will happen. According to the report, he will only appear in six episodes in the now Angela Kang ran show. When we last left Rick, he has overcome his greatest foe Nega n (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) but might have gained two new ones in former friends Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Daryl (Norman Reedus). Ironically Cohan was engaged in a contract dispute which has been resolved and her participation next season will be reportedly reduced to six-episodes as she focuses more on her role in the new ABC show Whiskey Cavalier. So with Rick leaving who is poised to take over? Fan favorite Daryl will lead the group according to the report. Reedus is reportedly going to receive a $20 million contract that is definitely enough incentive to stay on the TWD for the foreseeable future. There is no word if Danai Gurira will stop swinging her sword past season 9 and AMC declined to comment about the recent revelations. All of this news comes after TWD suffered a significant drop in ratings according to the shows viewership standards. The Long Beach rapper made what’s considered to be the world’s largest glass of gin and juice this past weekend at the BottleRock Napa Valley festival. According to Mercury News , the drink was 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide, and was made up of 550 liters of juice donated by Whole Foods, as well as 180 bottles of Hendricks gin. Warren G and Top Chef winner Michael Voltaggio helped Snoop with the elixir, which was an homage to his 1994 hit “Gin and Juice.” Once the drank was done, Guinness even gifted Snoop with a certificate for his record-breaking achievement.
