X is due to be sentenced in a hearing in Manhattan on Thursday for tax evasion charges and somehow, his lawyer think’s playing “Slippin’” and “Convo’” may help the judge to “understand [DMX] genuinely in his voice”. One guy was not about to let the police take him alive, so he conjured up his inner most James Bond, Ethan Hunt, and Indiana Jones to dodge 5-0 like the plague. Michael Maldonado was arrested on Monday during a traffic stop and was brought to Porter County jail in Indiana. When the squad car entered the building’s garage, Maldonado must’ve scoped the scene because when it was time to put the pedal to the metal, he was ready. According to The Times , Michael wasn’t secured properly in the vehicle and that’s why he was able to maneuver out the car and dodge underneath the garage door in such epic fashion. This wasn’t even the first time he tried to escape the police. When he was arrested the first time, cops had to restrain him then too. A glass crack pipe and hypodermic needle fell from his clothes during the traffic stop search, and he tried to make a run for it only to be subdued with a stun gun. Then he was handcuffed and tried to make a run for it AGAIN. So they had to put him in hobble restraints. You can’t blame the man for having vision. Michael’s freedom didn’t last long. His garage door escape was the last straw and he was eventually caught on Tuesday. He ended up being booked on a felony escape charge as well as felony counts of unlawful possession of a syringe and resisting law enforcement from his previous arrest. They even stacked some misdemeanor counts on Michael, including driving with a suspended license. It will be another four years before Tyrone Gilliams gets to enjoy that Man Cave at Chateau Sheree. On Sunday’ episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta , Sheree seemed excited that her boyfriend behind bars would be coming home soon. Now, it appears that she spoke way too soon. According to Radar Online , a judge has denied Tyrone’s plea for early release. He was originally locked up in 2013 for securities fraud and wire fraud charges that stemmed from a white-collar scheme to cheat investors out of $5 million. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his alleged part in the plot. In 2016, he tried to challenge the legality of that sentencing. When that was brushed aside, Tyrone filed a motion for reconsideration in January 2018. When he appeared before U.S. District Court Judge Deborah A. Batts earlier this year, he was shut down yet again. Tyrone argued that he wasn’t the ringleader in his scheme and that the government “improperly withheld” evidence in his case. Furthermore, he claimed that he had “ineffective” legal counsel during his trial. Judge Batts was unmoved by his arguments, and she stated in a March 20 ruling that he didn’t present any new evidence to help his case. With this latest failure, Tyrone won’t be scheduled for release until November 14, 2022. Sorry, Sheree. When Tiffany Haddish shared a juicy story about an actress that was “on drugs” trying to bite Bey’s face, Sanaa somehow became the target of suspicion. They Beyhive descended on Sanaa’s Instagram to sting mentions into swiss cheese. According to B. Scott , it got about as nasty as Beyhive swarms usually get. It’s not entirely clear how or why Sanaa was named as the possible nibbler. It seems like a fairly random claim to make, but she was at the party where someone supposedly tried to turn Bey into a snack. This article from Vulture could have something to do with it, though. One of its writers broke down a list of possible suspects. Rihanna, Queen Latifah, and Sara Foster were also at the bash. However, Rihanna and Latifah were cleared of any suspicion because friends usually don’t bite each other. Vulture’s social media snooping also placed Sanaa well within in Beyoncé’s orbit that night. Sanaa didn’t seem the least bit bothered by the hate, and she made a brief statement to swat the Beyhive away. Y’all are funny.
