Now that he’s found himself in a particularly sticky situation, the comedian an actor is getting ahead of an alleged sex tape scandal by apologizing in advance to his pregnant wife and children for what he calls a lapse in judgement. Taking to Instagram, Hart confesses, “I made a bad error and judgment and put myself in an environment where only bad things can happen and they did and in doing that I know that I’m going to hurt the people closest to me.” He goes on to say that becoming a megastar has put a “target on his back” and knowing that, he should have made better decisions. “It’s a sh-tty moment when you know you’re wrong and there’s no excuses for your wrong behavior. At the end of the day, I simply have to do better. But I’m also not going to allow someone to have financial gain over my mistakes and in this particular situation that’s what was attempted.” According to TMZ , someone reached out to Kevin Hart’s team with a video showing the comedian getting hot and heavy with another woman. The video allegedly cuts to a bedroom where two people are having sex, but apparently you don’t see Kevin’s face. The gossip site claims the owner of said video demanded a multi-million dollar payment in exchange for not leaking the video, however Hart chose to come clean instead. But one song in particular stood out from the rest. Hov dedicated his song “The Story Of O.J.” to football player/activist Colin Kaepernick and late comedian/activist Dick Gregory during his 90 minute set. “I want to dedicate this song to Colin Kaepernick tonight,” Hov said. “I want to dedicate this to Dick Gregory. I want to dedicate this song to anyone that was held back and you overcame.” Many believe Kaepernick, who is currently a free agent in the NFL, is being blacklisted for refusing to stand during the National Anthem in protest of this country’s history of police brutality. Widespread power outages in metro Atlanta Source: Hemera Technologies / Getty Not only are homes in the dark because of the widespread power outages, but many traffic lights at intersections are out too and that’s leading to an increase number of accidents. Police say when you come to an intersection where the traffic light is not working, treat it like a four-way stop, that means everybody stops and the cars that get to the traffic light first, go first. That also goes for an intersection with flashing red lights.

Serena has admitted that there were a few complications with the delivery which resulted with her staying in the hospital for an extra week. But baby and Serena are now home and healthy. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is concerned about the well-being of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s baby … so much so they’ve gone to court to make sure she’s protected. TMZ has learned the Dept. has gone to L.A. County Dependency Court so a judge can determine if Dream is safe. Kenneka’s name trended on Twitter yesterday after the story went viral, spawning numerous citizen journalists who pieced together their own respective theories. MUST READ: Mother Of Teen Found Dead In Freezer: ‘Someone In This Hotel Killed My Child’ Here’s all we know about the tragic case so far: 1.Kenneka Jenkins left home around 11:30 pm on September 9 to attend a kickback with friends at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center. 2. She was reportedly last seen by her friends in the early hours of the morning. Kenneka’s sister last spoke to her at 1:30 am around the alleged time she went missing. 3. The friends called Kenneka’s mother, Teresa Martin, around 4:30 am to inform her they couldn’t find Kenneka. Martin rushed to the hospital and asked hotel staff to see surveillance video, but was referred to police, who instructed her to wait. 4. 19-year-old Kenneka Jenkins was found dead in a walk-in freezer in a vacant area of the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center. 5. Irene Roberts appeared to be live streaming the “kickback” on Kenneka friend’s Monifa Shelton’s FB page. Kenneka can allegedly be seen in the reflection of camerawoman’s sunglasses in the final moments before she went missing. The video and other social media posts are being investigated by police. 6. Kenneka’s alleged voice can be heard in the background of the video. 7. One of the girls on the live Facebook video reportedly works at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center where Kenneka partied and eventually died. 8. Martin claims police told her Kenneka drunkenly stumbled into the freezer, fell asleep and died. 9. Investigators have access to surveillance footage and have been questioning witnesses, however, they have not released information about how Kenneka died or got into the freezer. 10. During a recent Facebook live protest and press conference, the mother said, she’s been getting different stories from both the police and friends. “I’m getting a bunch of different stories from friends and police.” 11. A video of Kenneka and her friend, who was reportedly with her before she disappeared, appear in this video on Monifah Shelton’s Facebook page. 12. Citizen journalists have pieced together different theories and timelines in an attempt to solve Kenneka’s mysterious death. 13. Countless infuencers like Tami Roman have taken to social media to voice their opinions about the case. We pray Kenneka and her family get the justice they deserve. Source: Jesse Grant / Getty Jesse Williams and his soon-to-be ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee have had a bit of a messy split. After previous reports that Aryn wanted sole custody of their kids and the reported backlash from Jesse , it seems the two have finally come to equal terms. According to TMZ , the estranged couple will have joint legal custody of their two children. This means that all decisions regarding their kids’ health, welfare, and upbringing will be made together. The documents for the agreement were obtained by TMZ, which reportedly says neither parent can make derogatory statements about the other in front of the kids. They also can’t use their kids as messengers. The agreement also states that neither Jesse nor Aryn “shall introduce a person with whom he or she has a romantic relationship to the children until the relationship has endured at least 6 months.” The agreement doesn’t describe the physical custody arrangement. Jesse has been romantically linked to Minka Kelly , who could part of the tension between Jesse and Aryn. But thankfully, when it came to their kids, they were able to put differences aside to equally support them. We’ll keep you updated if more divorce drama should surface.
