The family aims to confront Kelly at his Chicago Trump Tower residence, but they hope law enforcement officials will provide protection. TMZ reports : Gerald Griggs — an attorney who reps Joycelyn Savage’s family — tells TMZ he and the family are actively working with prosecutors in Illinois to conduct a new welfare check on Joycelyn at Kelly’s Trump Tower pad. Griggs says the Savages believe Joycelyn is living there, too, along with Azriel Clary. Both women were at R. Kelly’s court hearing over the weekend, supporting him. Griggs says Chicago PD conducted a welfare check in January, but he doesn’t trust they did a thorough job. He says the fam wants one done when they can be there to witness it. The Savages ultimate goal hasn’t changed — they’re hoping they can somehow get through to Joycelyn and convince her to leave Kelly. Los Angeles Clippers Doc Rivers used a timeout during a contest to urge the Staples Center crowd to stand and clap for Nowitzki. ESPN reports : Dirk Nowitzki had no idea why LA Clippers coach Doc Rivers called a timeout with 9.4 seconds remaining and his team leading by nine points Monday night. Rivers’ reasoning became clear seconds later when he walked to the scorer’s table, picked up the public address announcer’s microphone and gave an impromptu tribute to Nowitzki, the legendary face of the Dallas Mavericks franchise who is in his 21st season. “Dirk! Dirk!” Rivers hollered, gesturing to the Staples Center crowd to show its appreciation to the all-time great who was playing perhaps his last game in the arena, then pointing toward Nowitzki. “Let’s go! The international trailer runs at around two and a half minutes, revealing more of the chilling figures known as The Tethered who stalk the Wilson family as they attempt to have a quiet vacation. Us features Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, Elisabeth Moss, Tim Heidecker, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Anna Diop. The film will air at this year’s SXSW on March 8 and to wider audiences on Mar 22. Actually, it’s more like a sexual assault tape since the victim was reportedly just 14-year-old at the time the film was made. Reports TMZ : Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ … attorney Michael Avenatti will turn over a 55-minute VHS video Monday to Cook County prosecutors. We’re told the video shows R. Kelly having sex with the same 14-year-old girl depicted in the first video Avenatti obtained, which was shot in 1999. This second video was shot around 2000. We’re told, just like the first video, there are multiple references to the girl being 14 years old. Our sources say R. Kelly is repeatedly “coaching” the girl through various sexual situations. At one point, we’re told R. Kelly is seen choking the girl while having anal intercourse. Our sources also say there’s a part where he takes some sort of lotion and “sprays” it all over her face. We’re told he then chokes her, mounts her from behind and turns her face to camera for a reaction shot. Word is Avenatti is also seeking a third video. Also, he plans to go after R. Kelly’s “enablers” who have allegedly aided him in getting away with supposed abuses for over 20 years. R. Kelly has been indicted and charged with 10 counts of criminal sexual abuse. Kelly is still inside of a jail cell this morning as his lawyer, Steve Greenberg says the 51-year-old singer does not have the money to immediately post his $100,000 bail . According to Newsweek , Greenberg told reporters on Saturday that he is confident Kelly will be able to produce the money eventually. The singer also owes $162,000 in back child support to ex-wife, Andrea Kelly . Greenberg also said that Kelly’s defense team is pleased with the bail amount, given the severity of the counts against his client. Kelly is being charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. “Right now he’s presumed innocent,” he said according to CNN. “We haven’t seen any reason to believe that these allegations are credible. Mr. Kelly is strong, he’s got a lot of support and he’s going to be vindicated on all these charges—one by one if it has to be.” Kelly has long denied the allegations against him.
