Nice to see Lamar Odom isn’t afraid to take some parting shots at Khloe Kardashian’s ex James Harden now that he’s out of the picture. As we previously reported, Khloe dumped James for cheating on her, putting the NBA superstar on blast publicly for straying to boot. Odom, who is still married to Khloe (and who cheated on her rather rampantly himself in 2013) cannot hide his delight over the split. According to Lamar, the Houston Rockets player was nothing but a “groupie” and Harden’s “cheating doesn’t surprise [him]” whatsoever. Says a source close to Odom in the wake of the breakup: “He only wanted to get with Khloe so he could date a famous woman. He was using her name to gain fame in the entertainment world.” “To be in the blogs and to be invited to some of the hottest places in LA … the NBA didn’t get him poppin’ and on the scene, Khloe did.” “He was one of her groupies. Lamar knew that all along.” Harden was pissed that Kardashian called him out on Kocktails With Khloe, and we’re guessing he won’t take kindly to this diss either. Calling someone a groupie is usually not a compliment. As for relations between Khloe and Lamar, no one ever seems to have a clear read on what’s going on in their tumultuous relationship. This is, after all, a couple that was about to divorce for very good reasons until he OD’d in a Vegas-area brothel and she called it off. Then, perplexingly, they did not reconcile and she continued to date Harden … only to dump him and say she’d remarry Odom one day. Probably not if reports of Lamar Odom spying on her are true, but the odds of Khlomar living happily ever after have improved at least. Still a long shot, for sure, but modestly improved odds. Girl Suspended From School For Wearing Natural Hair Tayjha Deleveaux is a popular student at the CR Walker Senior High School in the Bahamas. Earlier this month, she was sent to the principal’s office and later suspended for rocking her natural hair . According to BBC reports: For this, she was allegedly threatened with suspension by her school principal, T. Nicola Mckay. Local media reports say her appearance was deemed “untidy,” her hair seen as “unruly” and against school rules. In one report, the principal said she was trying to clamp down on students wearing their hair in a way that “looks like it would not have been combed for days.” This upset Tayjha Deleveaux’ mother, who posted her daughter’s picture to Facebook with a message in defence of her hair, saying she was “standing up” against “foolishness”. The debate hit a chord with many people on social media, who posted pictures of their own hairstyles using the hashtags #supportthepuff and #isupportthepuff. The country’s ministry of education has now responded in a Facebook post. “We are fully cognisant of the sensitivity of this matter and are confident that after review with the school administrator, the school board and the individuals involved, the matter will be amicably resolved,” the ministry wrote. But others took to Facebook in support of the school’s actions. “The principal never said she had a problem with natural hair… all she wants is for them to keep it neat together and groomed,” wrote one user. The former singer named the pair her executors, and, according to the will, they’ll get Matthews’ 2007 Saturn, a Buick Encore, a $39,000 diamond ring, another $7,000 in jewelry, the contents of her house, a sword collection and 40 percent of the publishing and movie rights to her autobiography, “I Blame Vanity.” The Harpers will also get 75 percent of all the money in Matthews’ checking and savings account, though the will doesn’t specify how much money was in those accounts.
