Source: Michael Short / Getty Not lost in the bevy announcements Apple made which included Apple News+, Apple TV+, and a credit card the company that Jobs built revealed it’s new video game subscription service Apple Arcade. When it launches the service will feature over 100 exclusive titles and a bevy of cool features, but we don’t know exactly how much it will cost you. Apple Arcade’s primary focus is to help gamers discover new games which used to be a task in the App Store because there is just so many to choose from once you start searching. Apple Arcade will give subscribers a new tab to explore the games that would otherwise get buried in the App Store. Part of the money that comes from the subscriptions will help fund the developers who made the games. Once you are subscribed the games will be all-you-can-play meaning outside of the subscription fee, you won’t have to dish out an additional penny for DLC or any other updates. You will also be able to play all titles offline, so if you are always on the go, this is a huge deal. Subscribers can also play the games across Apple’s family of devices which includes, iPhones, iPads, Macs and Apple TV and can even pick up exactly where you left off in the game before you switched the device. As far as games are concerned Apple did show a glimpse of a new Sonic game, a reimagined version of the Arcade classic Frogger. Apple has done some heavy recruiting as far as studios are concerned with Annapurna Interactive, Bossa Studios, Cartoon Network, Finji, Giant Squid, Klei Entertainment, Konami, Lego, MIstwalker Corporation, Sega, Snowman, ustwo games, and others helping bring exclusive titles to the service. Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi, Ken Wong, and Will Wright are all on board to help deliver unique titles out the 100 that are coming when the service launches in this fall. Again no price has been revealed, but we are definitely curious to see how Apple Arcade will stack up against Google’s recently announced Stadia video game streaming service. You can get a glimpse at what’s to come from Apple in the trailer below and let us know if you are excited about the new video game service from Apple in the comment section below. — Photo: Michael Short / Getty
Source: Hindustan Times / Getty Well Damn One could probably blame Justin Bieber for a lot of things. Bizarre, yet entertaining antics ? Yes. Pop songs you can’t get out of your head? Maaaybe. But environmental destruction? Who would’ve thought. This is what one Iceland community is claiming after the Biebs shot his music video in the country. According to Page Six , Bieber filmed his 2015 video “I’ll Show You” at the 2-million-year-old epic canyon Fjaðrárgljúfur. Now, ever since Bieber showcased the beautiful grounds, the area has been flooded with visitors, causing destruction of the canyon’s sheer walls, its narrow pathways and its vegetation. Things apparently got so bad the Icelandic Environmental Agency had to close it down. IEA official Daníel Freyr Jónsson said, “This canyon was somewhat unknown… The great increase in foot traffic began after Bieber came.” Oops. Guess it’s too late to say sorry. You can watch the frolicking video that eventually wreaked havoc on the lands below.

The NAACP Image Awards are just around the corner and we, as a culture, get to watch Black folks shine and receive all the things they deserve without caucasious interruptions. Over the years, we’ve seen people boycott the Oscars, Golden Globes and the Emmy’s for not being inclusive enough when it comes to nominations. But in the same breathe, we forget to acknowledge ceremonies like the Image Awards that have been giving Black actors, actresses and directors their flowers when the other shows were leaving African-American talent on the backburner. Hit the flip to check out all the times the NAACP Awards honored Black stars while the other award shows were sleeping on ’em.
Kevin Hunter chose not to say anything when rumors of his infidelity spread like scandalous wildfire across the Internet. But the polarizing husband of Wendy Williams now has something important to say. In the wake of the talk show host admitting this week that she’s residing in a sober living facility in order to deal with her ongoing substance abuse issues, Hunter has opened up to Entertainment Tonight. “Wendy is doing well. We’re doing well as a family. We are moving forward with working on her sobriety and doing the work to help others, not just ourselves,” said Hunter. Having been married to the star since 1997, Hunter added : “It is a family process. Anybody that has to deal with this knows this a family process… and we are dealing with it and moving forward.” Williams has said in the past that she struggled with cocaine use. However, there was no indication that she had relapsed or fallen off the wagon until she candidly addressed her viewers on Tuesday. “For some time now, and even today and beyond, I have been living in a sober house,” she says in the video below, explaining that no one outside of her husband knew about this situation until she made it public and adding: “Nobody knew because I look so glamorous out here. “After I finish my appointments, seeing my brothers and sisters, breaking bread, I am driven by my 24-hour sober coach back to the home that I live in here in the tri-state with a bunch of smelly boys who have become my family.” Wendy Williams Breaks Down, Reveals: I’m Living in a Sober House Earlier this month, Williams and Hunter started the 888-5HUNTER hotline. It is meant to assist those affected by drug addiction and substance abuse. “So, this is my autobiographical story, and I’m living it. I’m telling you this,” Williams’ said on air, fighting back tears. The doors at Williams’ sober living home are locked and the lights are turned out at 10 each night. “So I go to my room, and I stare at the ceiling and I fall asleep to wake up and come back here to see you. So that is my truth,” she shared, to applause from the audience. “I know, either you are calling me crazy or the bravest woman you know. I don’t care.” Williams and Hunter, meanwhile, were recently in the news for another personal reason, unrelated to her addiction. The latter has been accused of cheating big time on Williams ; of having a long-time mistress and an entire second life outside of his marriage. Williams has even discussed this rumor on her talk show, never exactly denying it, but saying she and Hunter aren’t ending their relationship any time soon. “You can believe what you want, but… I stand by my guy. We commuted this morning,” she said in early January, adding: “All is well in Hunterville. Don’t believe the hype and if there was hype, believe me you – I would let you know.” View Slideshow: 19 Times Wendy Williams Has Totally Sucked as a Person
