Mark Evans, Adele’s father, admits he hasn’t always been a great dad, however he still wants to reconnect with the singer and meet his grandchild. The feeling is not mutual, apparently. Mark Evans told the Daily Mail he desperately wants to rekindle his relationship with the “Someone Like You” songbird, but that he’s the only one. “I’ve left messages on her phone, I’ve written to her and I’ve sent her birthday and Christmas cards,” Evans said. “But it’s like I’m dead to her.” “I’m not interested in her celebrity status or her money,” he added. “I just want my daughter back and I want to be a proper granddad to the little one.” He means Adele and boyfriend Simon Konecki ‘s 3-month-old son, whose name is unknown (she was spotted wearing a necklace that says “Angelo”.) British celebrity gossip tabloids have reported Angelo James Konecki is the child’s full name, although Adele has yet to publicly confirm any of this. Her estranged father is NOT pleased with the name, if that’s it. “I’d hoped so much that she would put my late dad’s name, John, in there somewhere, but alas it looks as if it is not going to be,” Evans said, sadly. “I’m not sure why she’s chosen James, other than a reference to James Bond, and God alone knows where Angelo has come from. It’s very L.A., isn’t it?” Evans laments “missing out on so many of the joys of being a grandfather, simple pleasures like taking him out for a walk in his buggy” and the like. As Evans says he misses his daughter, he won’t be watching her performance of “Skyfall” at the Oscars, though “I know she’ll win [for best song],” he assures. “But I won’t even watch … it would upset me too much to know that I was watching something that my dad never got to see. I’d break down and fall apart.”
Jenelle Evans and estranged husband Courtland Rogers continue to air their grievances / marital problems on social media, and it’s getting uglier by the minute. The pregnant MTV star tweeted of a possible miscarriage and of plans to divorce Courtland yesterday, then filed assault charges against her husband of 51 days. She’s also accused Rogers (left) of cheating on her – a charge that he’s now turning back around on the Teen Mom 2 mess, who she says is boning Gary Head. Head (right), Evans’ previous paramour, met up with her last night. “OMG please somebody tell me she did not go see Gary the first day we are apart! Please be fake!! Did she really do that,” Rogers tweeted upon hearing about this. “Everybody tell Jenelle thank you, she just committed adultery!” Gary Head , who was also accused of assaulting Jenelle Evans during their relationship, denies it, saying, “Just because I’m with my ex does not mean I’m f–king her.” “I’m being a friend. Not a man whore.” For his part, Courtland Rogers, 27, says he “never cheated” on his spouse at ANY point and also adamantly maintains that he never hit Evans, 21. “No I did not hit Jenelle I swear to God! She makes all that s–t up and then runs to Gary’s house? Really? Now I have, like, four charges of assault on a female? F–k that s–t.” It’s been an eventful week. The two got into an epic fight Sunday; Evans was hospitalized for a possible miscarriage Tuesday, accusing Rogers of abandoning her during the crisis. After announcing she wanted to get a divorce “ASAP,” she then accused Courtland Rogers of being unfaithful … and later of abusing her and their unborn child. Just last week, the couple confirmed Jenelle is seven weeks pregnant. Don’t look for them to patch things up like she often does, either. Her live Tweeting of the fallout would indicate that Rogers’ stock is only plummeting further in her mind. Expect to hear about a Jenelle Evans divorce sooner rather than later.

We’re now a scandalous family… In news that is most definitely not meant for children, Patrick Leach – the 27-year old son of the woman who created everyone’s favorite purple dinosaur – has been arrested for attempted murder. According to TheAcorn.com, Leach is accused of shooting a man in the chest on January 9. Few other details, including motive, are available at this time – but authorities say they have come across evidence that connects Leach to the crime. He was arrested in Agoura Hills, California, while the victim was treated at the hospital and is expected to recover. Patrick is the child of Sheryl Leach, the founder of Barney & Friends . He is now free on $1 million bail.

A kiss cam for fans to smooch their imaginary friends. An air guitar contest. Freedom general manager Josh Anderson said the event is a great way to generate “buzz” for the season, adding of any controversy that might arise: “I don’t know who we’d be offending. After sharing a photo of her bare baby bump yesterday, she Tweeted some additional confirmation today: The Teen Mom 2 star’s husband told Star earlier this week that they are expecting. Jenelle and Courtland then confirmed the pregnancy in many, many Tweets. They married in December after a few months of dating. Evans, 21, is already mom to son Jace, 3. Rogers also has a child from a previous relationship; one complicated enough that it caused a brief split with Jenelle over New Year’s. The couple reconciled shortly thereafter … in a big way, apparently. We know Courtland has seen Jenelle Evans nude at least once, are we right?! “Check out my ultrasound picture. If you look closely you can see on the bottom left hand corner it tells you how big the baby is and how far along I am. So excited!” “I circled where the baby is located since its really hard to see,” she added. “I’m seven weeks now and was six weeks and two days when the ultrasound was done.” Courtland Rogers is excited to be a parent again too. “Feels great to be sober and actually get to experience all of this. Kevin Clash, the embattled voice of Sesame Street’s beloved Elmo, is now facing new allegations that he had a sexual relationship with a second underage boy. As a result, he has resigned from the PBS show he has been a part of for decades. In a statement released Tuesday, Sesame Workshop said : “Sesame Workshop’s mission is to harness the educational power of media to help all children the world over reach their highest potential.” “Kevin Clash has helped us achieve that mission for 28 years, and none of us, especially Kevin, want anything to divert our attention from our focus on serving as a leading educational organization.” “Unfortunately, the controversy surrounding Kevin’s personal life has become a distraction that none of us want, and he has concluded that he can no longer be effective.” “[He has] resigned from Sesame Street. This is a sad day for Sesame Street.” The accuser, who’s now in his 30s, filed a lawsuit against Clash, claiming the two met on a gay phone chat in 1993, when the accuser was 15 and Clash was 32. He says Clash “trolled gay telephone chat line rooms to meet and have sex with underage boys.” In the lawsuit, filed in federal court in NYC, he says Clash “groomed [the accuser] to gain his trust by, among other things, taking him to nice dinners and giving him money.” Kevin Clash , now 52, allegedly “preyed on teenage boys to satisfy depraved sexual interests.” Although the sex occurred nearly 20 years ago, the accuser did not take action until today. Why? Because “did not become aware that he had suffered adverse psychological and emotional effects from Kevin Clash’s sexual acts and conduct until 2012.” One can’t help but think Sheldon Stephens ‘ similar accusations against Clash – which he recanted in a settlement he wants to undo – played a role too. Miley Cyrus enjoyed a family reunion of sorts on Sunday night. The singer and three of her siblings (Braison, Brandi and Noah) joined parents Billy Ray and Tish backstage at New York City’s Ambassador Theater, where Billy Ray is starring in the Broadway musical Chicago . The members don’t see a lot of each other, but at least things are looking up after Billy Ray rambled last year about Miley being attacked by Satan . So glad to be back with my daddy (@billyraycyrus) for the first time in 3 MONTHS!! He was so great on broadway,” Tweeted Noah, while Miley added: “What a dope morning.
