Chad Ochocinco’s fiancee Evelyn Lozada may 86 the couple’s wedding for good because she suspects 85 has been cheating behind her back, according to new reports . The Basketball Wives reality star recently confronted the Chad after she became suspicious about his recent behavior … and apparently wasn’t moved by his reaction. The couple hasn’t split up, but the wedding is off … for now. Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco are (were?) set to marry this summer . While Evelyn hasn’t “officially” cancelled the wedding yet, things aren’t looking good right now. It’s still unclear if this will be resolved in time … or at all. To make matters worse, Chad and Evelyn were supposed to begin shooting their new reality show in just three weeks. That plan is also now up in the air. Lozada was also at the center of cheating allegations recently – with Terrell Owens no less – but this time it’s Ocho who’s supposedly been running around. In a recent interview about the wonderfulness of being her (including her sex life or lack thereof), Jennifer Williams was asked about her breakup with Evelyn Lozada , which mostly played itself out in subliminal tweets. And she confirms that their friendship is in fact dunzo. At the moment anyway. Yeah we don’t speak If you follow me on Twitter, I don’t do subliminal tweets. I don’t throw jabs at my friends. I just kind of feel like even if were not speaking or whatever the case is like if you have my phone number, just text me or whatever. I don’t feel the need to put stuff on Twitter I kinda of use twitter for whats its suppose to be for like networking but it is what it is but yeah she threw a couple of jabs at me on Twitter and I’m not entertaining it because I don’t feel like that’s the arena to do so. I don’t have a problem with her. She has one with me. I definitely think there’s a bigger issue, but you guys will have to tune into Season four to figure it out. But is it really, REALLY over, or are they just on a break? Anything is possible, to be honest with you. The whole reason why we’re not speaking, I think is really trivial. And I feel like there’s a bigger issue but honestly, I don’t have a problem with Evelyn she has a problem with me and at this point I’m like listen ‘whatever your problem is I can’t be bothered like I’m trying to do bigger and better things’. I am at a point in my life where I’m getting rid of all the negative energy in my life, including my soon-to-be ex. So my thing is like nobody is exempt at this point and if your bring some negative energy and drama in my life like I am good. Look who’s got words to say in his defense all of a sudden. Almost four months after pleading guilty to having unlawful sex with a minor and being sentenced to less than a year in prison , Shane Sparks has written an open-letter to the world to let us all know he really wasn’t responsible for taking advantage of a 12-year-old. To the dance industry, peers and fans, “Within the last few years of my life I have encountered many difficulties, all while being unable to freely speak and share my side of the story. The truth of the matter is that when I was in my early twenties, over 17 years ago, I began seeing a young lady who I thought at the time was of age. She was an employee at (a well known Los Angeles) dance studio, where I was a dance instructor. My biggest regret and mistake was not making sure that she was over 18 when I began a physical relationship with her. This young lady’s mother was fully aware and knew that her daughter and I were seeing one another, and consented to the relationship, while leading me to believe that her daughter was older. Nevertheless, I apologize to her and her daughter for any harm I may have caused them. For a few years now, I’ve had to deal with the public humiliation and personal strife of being condemned by heinous and false accusations. The case is now over and I was eventually charged and convicted of one count of having sexual relations with a minor, and my punishment was to engage in counseling, which I have already began, and I may have to complete four months in a private jail facility. After my case was over, TMZ released an inaccurate story stating that there were six other ladies who had been assaulted by me which is completely false. Statements by my attorney and the prosecuting attorney from the District Attorney’s Office will confirm how false and misleading TMZ’s story was. I am disappointed and hurt that TMZ would report such a false story without first checking the facts, by contacting the District Attorney’s Office. Deputy District Attorney: Alison A.W. Meyers wrote a legal statement proving that I was cleared of TMZ’s accusations stating that other minors came forward as victims. “While the case was pending against Mr. Sparks, no other chargeable victims ever came forward to discuss with me any allegations of the defendant having (sexual encounters) with them when they were underage.” – DDA Alison A.W. Meyers I am taking all the necessary steps to move towards a positive path and clear my name so I may be remembered as a man of faith, and a talented dancer/choreographer, and leave behind a legacy my loved one’s can be proud of. I can only hope that people will finally hear my side of the story and be forgiving instead of believing false accusations that the media highlights. I would like to thank my family, friends, and supporters for standing by my side and providing me with their strength during this trying time in my life. Sad, sad, news out of New Orleans. Remember the viral video of a teenager getting spanked on Youtube for his gang affiliations? Well, the once-comical story took a horrible turn. According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said Michael Taylor, 16, was found shot to death shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7 when deputies responded to a report of gunshots in the area. Taylor had been shot multiple times. Sgt. Larry Dyess, JPSO spokesman, told the Times-Picayune that authorities had no suspect or motive in the incident. Taylor’s mother, Kimberly Ward, told the newspaper that she kept strict tabs on her son, even making him stay on the sidewalk in eyesight of their home when he went outside. The night of the shooting, she said, Taylor received a text message from a friend at about 8 p.m. and went outside to chat. “She said she called him back inside a few minutes later to find out what was going on, and he told her he was just talking and went back outside. A few minutes later, her daughter received a text message saying that Taylor had been shot, and then another saying he was dead,” the newspaper reported. “Ward said she rushed from the house, driving around the neighborhood looking for her son, but didn’t find him until she was coming back to her apartment complex. That’s when she saw his body on the cold sidewalk, clad in the red sweatshirt she’d noticed when he left the house. “I came home and saw my son on the ground,” Ward said. There aren’t any suspects in the case. It’s just so sad. We thought that maybe the embarrassing video would help him get on the right path. This just brings tears to our eyes. A man who allegedly fired shots at the White House in attempt to kill President Barack Obama in November is due back in court. The Idaho native, Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez, is due back in court for a hearing on Wednesday. The evening of Nov. 11, when Obama was out of town, Ortega allegedly fired an assault rifle at the White House. Ballistic glass stopped one of the bullets from smashing through a window of the living quarters of the executive mansion. People who know Ortega said he acted strangely in the months before the incident. They suggested he believed he was Jesus and used to call Obama “the devil.” Preliminary psychiatric screening found him competent to stand trial but federal prosecutors are asking for further extensive tests.
