New images and behind the scenes peeks are steadily emerging over at The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo ‘s Tumblr Mouth Taped Shut , including a new piece of maybe-poster art for the December 21 thriller. But there’s something familiar in the way Daniel Craig’s face is split by Rooney Mara’s shadowy profile. Was someone over at Sony marketing borrowing from the Apple playbook?
It took several cops to pull Ray J out of a Vegas nightclub this weekend — after the singer popped rapper Fabolous in the face — and TMZ has obtained footage of the post-fight ejection. Ray was hanging out at Moon nightclub in The Palms casino — when a Twitter feud between him and Fab turned violent … in person. Ray says he was briefly detained by cops — but as we previously reported, he was not arrested.
I went to Justin’s concert on March 16th, which was the best concert I have ever been to. After the concert, my mom said, “Okay well you’re lucky you saw him tonight cause you’ll probably never see him again”. This made me so depressed! I was like, “Mommmmm how could you say that, of course I’m going to meet him one day!” So everyone finds this so hard to believe, but I actually met Justin by coincidence TWO DAYS after the concert! I mean of all people to bump into Justin Bieber, me?! An insanely huge fan of his with posters all over my wall and the one known at school as the Justin Bieber-obsessed girl? It happened six months ago and I still can’t believe it. My friends and I went to Oxford Street (a big shopping street in London, UK) after school on a Friday and my friend and I weren’t sure if Justin was still in London. We really wanted to find out, but we were pretty sure he had left for Manchester already. We were both so desperate to see him. My friend saw someone tweet that Justin was at this hotel, which was really close to where we were on Oxford St, so we decided to go have a look. We walked to the hotel and saw a big group of beliebers outside. We asked one of the girls if he was there and she was like, no sorry Justin’s gone…(bitch!). We were walking around the hotel area and bumped into RYAN GOOD! He was awesome and I was shocked but we got a group photo with him. I asked if was Justin around, he was like I honestly don’t know! We went back to Oxford St for a while and then it started to get late, so we went to this pizzeria. We met up with my friend who got me the Justin Bieber doll which sings OLLG. While in the restaurant, we were all imagining if Justin were to walk in. We finished dinner and headed to the tube station. On the way to the tube, we passed by the hotel. Suddenly we noticed that most beliebers had left but there were still like 7 or 8 standing behind the banners. Then we noticed someone familiar standing outside. It was KENNY HAMILTON! We started casually walking down the road and went right up to Kenny. We asked if Justin was here and he said, “Yeah he should be down in sec”. I started freaking out. I mean words can’t describe how much I love this boy, he is my whole life right now. Justin came out shortly with Jaden, Alfredo and some other people. Then he walked over and came straight to us for some reason, which pissed off some of the beliebers who were screaming in his face saying they’d been there since the day before or something ridiculous. I was there standing on the road holding my JB doll because it didnt fit in my bag. Justin was the sweetest person ever, he was like, “Are you guys together? Do you wanna have a group photo cause I have to be real quick!” Nothing came out of my mouth cause I was so shocked bit my friends were like Yeah! Alfredo took our photo, it was amazing. After we took the photo, I did something really weird and crazy. I touched his face! You could say it was a mini slap but I didn’t mean it, I just did it without thinking. It was like I was checking if he was real. I was just thinking is this actually happening? Is this actually Justin Bieber? He gave me a weird look but I’m sure he gets fans doing crazy things like that all the time. He was just so nice! In the photo I kinda look like I’m grabbing his jacket but I was about to put my hand on his face. Lol. He said bye and smiled at us, got into the car and drove off. I tried to act cool but as soon as his car was out of sight, I was running down the road screaming with my hand in the air like, I JUST TOUCHED JUSTIN BIEBER! It was the best night of my life and after that experience with him, it’s encouraged me to help other beliebers meet him, so now whenever people ask for help I’ll help them, whether that is signing twititions or tweeting Justin and the crew. I know I’ll see him again one day and hopefully get to say more to him, and maybe apologize for randomly putting my hand in his face. That’s my Bieber experience. -Miimi @miakbieber See the article here: I went to Justin’s concert on March 16th, which was the…
Brad Pitt, this week’s EW cover boy , has reached a career high. Promoting Moneyball , filming World War Z and having met the love of his life, with whom he raises six kids, it’s hard to imagine things getting much better. “That was just a great collaboration that turned into a greater collaboration,” he says of meeting Angelina Jolie on the set of the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith . Not that there haven’t been some low points along the way. Pitt admits the couple may want to rethink their policy of never working at the same time – it helps the family, but means they can’t make movies together: “We should be doing them together. That’s what we should do. We should be doing everything together. Then we could work less and have more time off.” Like sabotaging Jennifer Aniston’s fake wedding ? Sorry. Fans likely wouldn’t complain about a Brangelina blockbuster, although they’ve made it work quite well with their present arrangement, so we’ll have to see. In the meantime, just bask in the hotness that is Brad.
The late Russell Armstrong had a history of domestic violence dating back long before his assault on estranged wife Taylor became public knowledge. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars’ five-year-old daughter Kennedy never saw Russell attack Taylor Armstrong, however, a new report says. Entertainment Tonight , who aired this Taylor Armstrong abuse photo and spoke with the reality star, made the revelation on its program Wednesday. ET reported that six weeks before he hanged himself (or was murdered , according to some people), Russell sought to change his will, although he never did so. The program also delved into Russell’s past violence towards women. Armstrong had two separate restraining orders filed against by him, one by his ex-wife, and one by an ex-girlfriend, as well as a battery conviction in 1997. Russell married Barbara Armstrong in 1997 and separated shortly after their son Aiden was born. She alleges he hit her while she was six months pregnant. “Russell threw me to the ground and slapped me across the face,” she said. “The police were called because Russell hit me, blackened my eyes, kicked me in the back, threw crystal drinking glasses at me, and spit on me.” Barbara also states in a sworn declaration that Russell “pleaded guilty to battery and said that he understood that he [needed] anger management. That was the first such program that Russell was ordered to attend.” Barbara divorced Russell, remarried and moved to Arizona, but Aiden continued to see his father every other weekend, flying to Los Angeles to do so. On August 6, 2004, Barbara claims she was called by Russell’s then-girlfriend, Claudia Haro, who told her she “Saw Russell slap Aiden across the face, very hard. This slap was so hard that Ms. Haro heard it across the room.” “Ms. Haro has seen and heard Russell slap Aiden’s face on other occasions.” Barbara subsequently got a temporary restraining order against Russell and requested that an off-duty police officer monitor visitation with Aiden. Haro also submitted a sworn declaration stating Russell hit her too. You can follow the link for more details of the brutal history he allegedly has.
The ‘American Pie’ star recalls a prank played on him in this Saturday’s episode. By Henna Kathiya Chris Klein on “When I Was 17” Photo: MTV Chris Klein was already 20 when he played all-American lacrosse-player Oz, one of four friends trying to get laid by prom night in “American Pie.” But the movie’s hijinks and pranks weren’t far from his real-life experience in high school. In the latest episode of “When I Was 17,” airing Saturday at 11 a.m., Chris reminisces about a prank that was played at his expense in high school. “I went to public school, but I myself had a uniform, which was a white T-shirt, loose blue jeans and Airwalk shoes,” says the actor, who is reprising his Oz role for next year’s “American Reunion.” “Oh, and then there were the necklaces,” he adds, recalling the beaded necklaces in school colors that were made by the cheerleaders. “I was a huge fan of the necklaces.” Because the actor wore the same outfit without fail every single day, his fashion sense was something of notice for his fellow classmates. “One day, I walked into school and all of a sudden there is a bit of an uproar and everyone is clapping and laughing and having a good time. I look around and nearly everyone in my class was dressed exactly how I dressed every day,” he says. “It was dress like Chris Klein day.” His whole class showed up to school wearing white T-shirts and blue jeans, making sure not to forget the key element: the beaded necklaces. His classmates punked him for sure, which probably made acting in “American Pie” a piece of cake. For more stories from Chris’ youth, don’t miss the new episode of “When I Was 17,” also featuring Amy Lee and Theophilus London , airing Saturday at 11 a.m. ET on MTV. ‘You may never again be able to touch your face without asking yourself where those hands have been,’ one critic says of germ thriller. By Kara Warner Jude Law in “Contagion” Photo: WB Perhaps the most terrifying film opening in theaters this weekend is not one full of high-pitched screams, blood and guts, but rather the discomfort and cringing that accompanies the spread of killer germs. “Contagion” — featuring an all-star cast that includes Matt Damon, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, Laurence Fishburne, Gwyneth Paltrow and Marion Cotillard — demonstrates how quickly a cough can turn into a worldwide epidemic, as the characters reel from the rapid progress of an airborne virus that kills within days. Ordinary citizens are forced to come to terms with disease and death, while the medical community scrambles to find a cure and control the hysteria that spreads along with the virus. With a certified fresh rating of more than 80 percent on Rotten Tomatoes , “Contagion” seems to be creeping out moviegoers in the best and most realistic way possible. The Story “Global in scale but very particular in focus, ‘Contagion’ unfolds as an engrossing, believable search for Patient Zero and an effective vaccine. (‘It’s not a good time to be a rhesus monkey,’ remarks one character dryly.) More grounded in science than suspense, its rhythms evoke the steady beat of the crime procedural as the Centers for Disease Control (represented by Laurence Fishburne, Kate Winslet and a terrific Jennifer Ehle) and the World Health Organization (fronted by Marion Cotillard) work to save lives and stem panic.” — Jeannette Catsoulis, NPR The Direction “From his very first independent films through the “Ocean’s” trilogy and the widely misunderstood, little-seen “Che,” Soderbergh has viewed human life and human actions from a voyeuristic, almost clinical perspective, and in that sense a movie about disease and science and bureaucracy — about systems, rather than people — is a perfect fit. … There’s really no arguing with “Contagion” on technical grounds. The story it tells is based on sound epidemiology (even if some individual plot events are implausible) and the composition and editing are masterful. Instead of the usual two and a half hours of a Roland Emmerich-style disaster flick, this one is an economical 105 minutes, none of them wasted.” — Andrew O’Hehir, Salon.com The Cringe Factor “What we have here is one of the finest “breakdown of society” movies I’ve ever seen. If you’re the type of person who finds the opening credits montage the most frightening aspect of Romero’s original “Dawn of the Dead,” the instigating event to the apocalypse in “Contagion” is (sigh) a very real threat. Read “Flu” by Gina Kolata — or better yet, don’t, because maybe you like sleeping at night.” — Jordan Hoffman, UGO The Final Word: Pro/Con/Pro Style “If you’re looking for some kind of poetry — some exalted dramatic arc that lifts this narrative out of the ordinary — you won’t find it here. ‘Contagion’ is as straightforward as an episode of ‘CSI,’ but it’s gripping from start to finish. Now, excuse me while I wipe down my computer keyboard. — Leonard Maltin, IndieWire “Juggling multiple plotlines proved successful in Mr. [Soderbergh]’s ‘Traffic’ (and even more so in Alejandro Gonz

As previously reported from several media sources, Teyana Taylor got into a fist fight with movie director Jean-Claude La Marre on the set of Gang of Roses 2. She says it was self defense, that the Gang Of Roses director should never put his hands on a female. Check out the statement Teyana Taylor told Global Grind about the incident below. “Honestly at this point you know how when you’re just tired of all the drama, I’m just so over it and what that story (TMZ) sounds like, honestly it sounds like he was trying to promote his movie, that’s all that is. At the end of the day you don’t put your hands on any female, it was very unprofessional. That whole environment was very unprofessional, very inappropriate. It was just things that my eyes shouldn’t have seen. For him to put his hands on me was really hurtful. I don’t have a dad, I never had a dad and I ain’t about to have one today. I have never had a man raise his hand at me. It’s very emotional for me, it’s a very sensitive subject and at the end of the day, right is right and wrong is wrong. You never put your hands on a female. Period. When I came on set there was no food, there was no hair stylist, no make-up and the trailer was the size of my tub. I had to get my agent and my mom, who is my manager, involved and then we started getting hair and make up, but that only lasted for one day. He was just mad because I came in there and he felt that I was about my business and he didn’t like that and it felt like he already had a grudge against me. I was really supposed to only film for five days. The day me and him got into that altercation, that was day seven. Out of the kindness of my heart I came to do extra scenes for him so he would have an ending to his movie. On that day, my face was very, very swollen because of a problem with my tooth. That tooth thing was no joke. I could’ve died right there on set and he wouldn’t have even cared. That’s the point because he was more worried about himself. It was about him wanting to get his movie done so it was like, forget her tooth, her face is swollen but I want her to film more parts and I really don’t care if her face is swollen. He didn’t care and it took him to ignore my illness more than three times for me to finally raise my voice. I walked up to him and I was like — I walked to him crying, like my tooth is really hurting, my face is getting worse, I really have to go and he was like “Yeah okay … whatever…” He turned around and kept going about his business. So I raised my tone and I said look, I can’t wait a minute, I can’t wait two minutes, I can’t wait a second, I really, really need to go. He turned around and he said ‘Don’t f*cking scream at me b*tch’ and smacked his hand across my face and from there I defended myself.” Follow Me On Twitter @ itsJazzyFBaby Recent Posts: Bow Wow & Teyana Taylor On The Set Of Madea’s Big Happy Family [EXCLUSIVE CLIP] Teyana Taylor Poses For Nouss Somme Jewelry Revealing Teyana Taylor Photos Leak… Again & Again
‘I remember I asked Eminem to hold my Moonman,’ she tells MTV News. By Christina Garibaldi Lady Gaga accepts the Best New Artist award at the 2009 Video Music Awards Photo: Christopher Polk/ Getty Images The 2009 Video Music Awards belonged to Lady Gaga . She stunned us on the red carpet, wearing a Jean Paul Gaultier gown with Kermit the Frog on her arm, and shocked us onstage with her blood-soaked performance of “Paparazzi.” In 2010 , Gaga returned to the VMAs and made everyone’s jaws drop again when she hit the stage in her infamous meat dress . Yet, out of all of her iconic VMA moments, there is one that really stood out for Mother Monster: her win for Best New Artist. “I will always remember Best New Artist,” Gaga told MTV News. “I just remember that I won and I was surprised and I was really taken aback.” Eminem presented Gaga with the award that night, and she is still a bit embarrassed about asking him to hold her newly acquired award as she peeled off her face-covering red-lace crown to thank her Little Monsters face-to-face. “I remember I asked Eminem to hold my Moonman,” Gaga recalled. “And than he sort of looked at me like, ‘Are you f—ing kidding me?’ But he’s really cool, so it was fine.” We can’t say that we blame her for what she did, since she said there were a million different things running through her mind when they announced that she was the big winner. “It was a super surreal moment, where you have to think very quickly,” Gaga said of accepting her Moonman. “You can’t hear yourself, because they are screaming so loud, and you don’t have an in-ear [monitor] and you’ve got a microphone and you’ve got to get everything out, and I just remember I said, ‘To God and the gays,’ and I remember when I was done, I thought that was the right thing to say.” But we weren’t just transfixed by what Gaga was saying; we also couldn’t take our eyes off of what she was wearing. Gaga hit the stage in an Alexander McQueen dress, complete with a crown and her face covered with red lace. What the viewers didn’t know is that Gaga never planned to show her face during her acceptance speech. “I think I had been told and asked profusely by my label to take it off if I won,” Gaga said of removing the mask. “I was like, ‘I’m not breaking the fourth wall of this performance.’ I gave them this whole sassy answer. Then I got up there, I just got so overwhelmed, and I ripped it off, and I’ll never forget that moment. The first time that MTV recognized me, that changed my life.” The 28th annual MTV Video Music Awards will air live Sunday from Los Angeles at 9 p.m. ET/PT, following the Selena Gomez-hosted pre-show at 8.
