Gay Musician Tapes Adult Film On Westboro Baptist Church Lawn The hate-filled folks of Westboro Baptist Church got an raunchy rude-awakening recently when a punk-rock band who are also LGBT supporters did the unthinkable right on the church lawn. via Huffington Post The Westboro Baptist Church’s Kansas compound recently became the setting for a [freaky] flick filmed by a bisexual punk musician. Yes, really. Gawker first brought attention to the Westboro [triple X] stunt in a post published Oct. 3. Bisexual bassist Laura Lush, of the punk band Get Shot!, headed to WBC headquarters on Sept. 30 to film herself m*st*rb*ting at the location, according to the group’s Facebook page. “The Phelps family and Westboro Baptist Church are ridiculous and do nothing except spread hate and cause controversy,” Lush in a press release posted on the page. “As a bisexual woman and the bass player of a ridiculous punk band, I wanted to spread my legs and cause controversy.” There’s no question that Westboro Baptist Church is known for doing things as equally, if not more, offensive and disrespectful than this (like t hreatening to protest at the funerals of the Sandy Hook students )….but do you think these punk rockers took it too far or do these sorry excuse for “Christians” deserve any and everything form of backlash that they get? Chris Brown and Drake have buried the hatchet. Rumors have surfaced in the past week that they’ve let bygones be bygones, and now it’s been confirmed. Not only that, it appears they’re collaborating on new music together. “Hangin with Drake in the studio,” Brown wrote on Facebook today. Chris Brown is clearly turning over a new leaf. He’s Tweeting his support for gay rights … he’s in the studio with Drake … what the heck is going on here?! In any case, bro time is a promising turn of events for the pair. The Chris Brown-Drake feud has been long-simmering, and escalated to the point where their respective posses came to blows last year in a club. The W.i.P. club melee led to injuries, lawsuits and rumors galore, with Drake saying after the fact that the “feud” was all his rival who refused to let it go. Looks like he now has. A source says they cleared the air at last month’s IHeartRadio festival in Las Vegas, with the “Started from the Bottom” rapper visiting Brown’s dressing room. “They made peace and are cool now,” a source says . “Rihanna is in the past. They decided to start fresh and be cool with each other and they are now.” No word yet on the nature of today’s meeting, or whether they’re discussing the Rihanna “Pour It Up” music video right now, but we’re glad the beef is quashed.

Justin Bieber Announces #MusicMondays," Slew of New Singles to Come

Justin Bieber would like you to forget that he was carried up The Great Wall of China this week. And also that an attorney believes him to be immature . The artist instead would like fans to focus on one thing and one thing only: his music. His upcoming NEW music, that is, as Bieber announced yesterday the creation of #MusicMondays: he will release a new track online every Sunday at midnight for 10 consecutive weeks. And the excitement will begin next week with “Heartbreaker,” as teased in the following Tweet: “Sunday Midnight #heartbreaker #MusicMondays #10weeks.” JB also changed his Twitter bio description to read: “#MusicMondays is about to begin – SO MUCH LOVE FOR THE FANS…you are always there for me and I will always be there for you. MUCH LOVE. thanks.” Bieber first teased Heartbreaker in July via a new perfume ad. But followers will hear the entire track in just a few days, followed by another a week after that… and then another… and another after that. We likely need not even ask, but: Are you excited for #MusicMondays, Beliebers?

Grandpa Writes Harsh Letter to Daughter, Shames Her For Disowning His Gay Grandson

An unnamed grandfather recently penned a letter to his daughter, criticizing her for the homophobia that apparently led her to disown his gay grandson. The letter has since gone viral after FCKH8, the gay rights group that first obtained the note, shared it on Facebook and captioned it simply, “Go Grandpa!” The group says they “were blown away by how this guy stands by his grandson and stands up against his own homophobic daughter. This is real love!” The letter came in response to the “hurtful, narrow-minded and backwards” daughter, who had kicked her son out of the house after learning he was gay. This isn’t the first letter to make the online rounds after someone came out as gay, but is particularly moving coming from a grandpa raised in another era. It certainly flies in the face of the stereotype that people from older generations are less likely to be tolerant and accepting of such family and friends. He’s not pleading with Christine to accept the boy, either. He’s hurt by her actions , which he calls the real “abomination” and “shame” in the family. While we’re on the subject of disowning people, he adds, considering it done – at least until this mom finds her heart, in which case give us a call. Some have, inevitably, questioned whether the letter is real. We’d welcome any insight you can provide on that, if you have any one way or the other. But regardless, the message resonates. Don’t you agree?

So sad. Man Killed After Being Thrown From Party Bus This young man had his whole life ahead of him. SMH. According to The NY Daily News A 24-year-old California man died early Sunday after he was thrown from a party bus onto a highway and struck by several cars, police said. C.J. Saraceno was partying with pals for a friend’s birthday around 12:20 a.m. aboard a limousine bus traveling on the 101 Freeway near Universal City at when the accident occurred, police said. Passengers told Saraceno’s father that C.J. was changing music near the front when the vehicle made a sudden turn, causing him to tumble through the door. California Highway Patrol said the Connecticut native was hit by several cars. The horrific accident closed a stretch of the freeway for about three hours, local KTLA reported. The drivers that struck Saraceno pulled over to the side of the highway. It’s unclear how fast the bus was traveling at the time. No arrests have been made, though an investigation was ongoing, CHP said. Saraceno, who according to his Facebook page went to Tufts University, moved to L.A. from Connecticut two years ago and worked for NCLUSIVE, a digital design agency. “Our company is a family made up by every individual member, and C.J. was a one of a kind from the day he walked through our doors,” NCLUSIVE CEO Jesse Richman said in a statement Sunday. “He is loved more than we can express. C.J. and his words will never be forgotten.” It’s phucked up to be on a party us where you’re suppose to have a good time and get thrown to your death. Prayers go out to his family. Bart Colantuono Dies; Ax Men Star Killed in Helicopter Crash

Very sad news this week out of Oregon: Bart Colantuono, a pilot best known for his role in the History Channel’s Ax Men , died in a helicopter accident near Detroit Lake on Monday. He was 54 years old. According to Portland’s KPTV, Colantuono was picking up a load of logs from the National Forest (en route to building a deck in Idanha, Oregon) when the crash took place. Federal aviation investigators are looking into the cause of the incident, but witnesses say they heard logs fall to the group prior to the helicopter tumbling down, suggesting Colantuono released them because he was aware something was amiss. Colantuono was the only passenger in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. A native of Indialantic, Florida, Colantuono had over 15,000 hours as a pilot on his resume before this tragedy took place. “We are extremely saddened to learn that a member of the Ax Men family, Bart Colantuono, passed away yesterday,” a statement on the show’s Facebook page reads. “All of us at HISTORY and Original Productions, along with our Ax Men team, would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Bart. He was an important part of Ax Men when he appeared in Season 2 & 3 and his talents will be greatly missed.”
