Jesus take the wheel… Kim Burrell Calls Gay People “Perverted” In Video Gospel singer Kim Burrell is getting rightfully dragged for a gay bashing sermon. The songstress who’s featured on the Hidden Figures soundtrack, was seen in a video giving a sermon where she called gays “perverted” and suggested that they’ll perish in 2017. “In 2017 you’ll die from it,” said the singer. “I came to tell you about sin. That sin nature. That perverted homosexual spirit, and the spirit of delusion and confusion, it has deceived many men and women, and it’s caused us pain on the body of Christ,” said Burrell. “You as a man, you open your mouth and take a man’s penis in your face, you are perverted… You are a woman and will shake your face in another woman’s breast, you are perverted.” Burrell has since apologized for the sermon in a Facebook live video… “We’re not in a war against flesh and blood,” said Burrell. “I came on because I care about God’s creation and every person from the LGBT and anything else, any other kind of thing that is supporting gay… I never said LGBT last night. Kris Jenner Pays Emotional Tribute to Debbie Reynolds

Kris Jenner has penned a tribute to Debbie Reynolds. And we don’t even have anything negative to say about it. While it’s typically a reflex at this point to mock Jenner for everything she does or says, the reality star has taken a few moments to relate to Reynolds as a mother. There’s nothing to make fun of about that. The beloved former actress, of course, died from a stroke on Wednesday . Alongside a black and white photo of Reynolds with her two children, Carrie and Todd Fisher, Jenner wrote the following on Instagram: Absolutely heartbreaking and unimaginable. As a mother I cannot imagine the pain and heartbreak of losing a child. A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and a true Hollywood legend… Debbie Reynolds, you will be forever missed but never forgotten!! My love and prayers are with Debbie and Carrie’s family… Jenner is a mother of six. Reynolds was known both for her long and impressive acting career, but also for the close bond she shared with daughter Carrie Fisher. And Fisher died just a day before Reynolds. In response to both passings, celebrity reaction and fan reaction has been both swift and sad. There have been a number of moving tributes, although we may have now found a new favorite. It tragically comes to us from Todd Fisher, Reynolds’ second child, and it features an incredible drawing of his mother and sister. “This is a beautiful love story to witness in my 58 years. I miss them both so much. Love is everlasting,” Todd wrote as a caption to this image: The drawing was created by Ricky LaChance. It depicts Carrie and Debbie with their arms wrapped around each other’s shoulders. The former is dressed as her iconic Star Wars character, Princess Leia; while Reynolds dons a yellow raincoat, just like Kathy Selden, her character in 1952’s Singin’ in the Rain. “What a glorious feeling I’m happy again,” it says above the photo, which is a lyric from Reynolds’ musical comedy. Fisher died on Tuesday after suffering a major heart attack last Friday. Within 24 hours, Reynolds also passed away, saying on her death bed that she just wanted to be with her daughter. Heartbreaking stuff. Prior to Reynolds’ death, the log-time actress thanked everyone for their prayers in a statement shared to her Facebook account. “Thank you to everyone who has embraced the gifts and talents of my beloved and amazing daughter,” Reynolds wrote on Tuesday, December 27, adding: “I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop.” And now Reynolds has joined her at that stop. I always laugh when “celebs” get new hair cuts or hair color and people actually act like it matters – and by people I mean the media that is so starved for content – looking for anything good, different, intersting, click bait-y – that will garner views, lure ad sales, make them fucking matter… Well let me tell you…no one gives a fuck about Bella Thorne’s new hair, and if they do give a fuck about her new hair, you should probably avoid them..because they are clearly creepy.. In fact if you meet a person who even knows who Bella Thorne is…you should probbaly avid him, and definitely don’t let him babysit your 14 year old daughter…because motherfucker is a creep… And the fact that I know who Bella Thorne is, or that I follow her along with 7,500 other girls I think are worth fucking – because they post slutty content – and slutty content in a world filled of slutty content – is still slutty content….that we don’t need tabloids, or anything to send out way…it’s like nothing we can do can angle a story – better than just following these idiots on their own social channels – reminding me that my big fail in life was not starting Youtube / Instagram / Facebook and other social networks these people use to polarize their bullshit existence… Instead I write badly written content about jerking off to their shit, and I don’t like hearing about other people jerking off, why would anyone want to read about me jerking off…hence why I am a failure.. Scandalized Teacher And Son Found Dead In Apartment This is so sad . 36-year-old Felicia Barahona, a former teacher at Dewitt Clinton High School, was found dead in the living room of her West Harlem apartment with an electrical cord tied around her neck Monday, according to NY Post reports. Her four-year-old son Miguel was found dead in the bathtub, where he’d drowned. Both were discovered around 8:30 am after the building super called 911, revealing he’d climbed onto the fire escape outside their third-floor apartment on West 153rd Street and spotted Barahona’s body on the floor from the window. The super had gone to investigate after smelling a foul odor. Police haven’t revealed whether they’re seeking a suspect or if the deaths are believed to be the result of a murder-suicide however, a police source says Barahona’s body is believed to have gone undiscovered in the apartment for three or four days. Barahona previously made the news in 2013 after school officials revealed she was axed from teaching high school science classes after entering a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student. The teacher/student relationship started out as a friendship when the teen was 15, but became sexual after his 17th birthday. A report by the Special Commissioner of Investigation revealed Barahona and her teen paramour were sleeping together unprotected five times a week, as the teacher had told her student “not to worry” about contraceptives. The pair ultimately went their separate ways before their son Miguel was born. Some other strange details about this case include reports that Barahona described Miguel as a girl in Facebook photos from 2013 and even dressed her son in pink. Apparently, that practice had continued as a neighbor said she still would see him dressed in girl’s clothing. “It is odd to see the little boy sometimes dressed up like a girl. Also the little boy runs up and down the hall and I never see her saying ‘Be quiet’ or ‘Come back here’ or anything,” Barahona’s neighbor from across the hall, Javier Yudelka said. “He’s just allowed to run around and do what he wants.” Another friend told the Post Barahona also had an 8-year-old daughter who didn’t live with her, but that she “really loved her children.” The friend asked not to be named, but said Barahona was taking classes and teaching at John Jay College before she died, revealing the two took a final exam together at John Jay Thursday, Dec. 22nd for a forensic science class. “She even messaged me later in the day, about the exam,” the friend said. “We were all worried about the exam. She was just such a great person and extremely nice. I just don’t understand how this happened.” The holidays are such a tough time for many people. Tricia McCauley, Actress and Yoga Instructor, Found Murdered

Tricia Lynn McCauley, a Washington D.C. yoga instructor and former actress best known for her role in the 2006 film Step Up, has been found dead. She was 46 years old. McCauley was reporting missing on Christmas Day. Her brother later confirmed his family’s worst news on Tuesday morning via Facebook, writing that Tricia’s body had been found. Area police officials then held a news conference shortly afterward and also announced the sad news that McCauley was killed. According to reports, McCauley raised the concerned of her loved ones after she didn’t show up for Christmas dinner on Sunday. McCauley had last been seen in the 2000 block of North Capitol Street NW at approximately 4:30 that same afternoon. Her corpse was discovered around midnight insider her car, and there are signs that she was killed in a carjacking. Authorities, however, have not yet confirmed the details surrounding this death, though we do know how it was discovered. An Advisory Neighborhood Commissions commissioner says officers initiated a stop on her vehicle and found McCauley’s body inside. That took place early this morning. Police took the driver into custody, who appeared to match the description of the person of interest who cops say may have been operating the missing car. Police say the suspect was also wanted in conjunction with a robbery at a CVS in D.C. yesterday, during which he allegedly assaulted store employees. McCauley’s brother wrote on Facebook earlier: “Tricia is gone, they have found her body.” “Thank you all for your work, support and love.” “To all of her DC family, I know she truly thought of you that way, thank you for being there for her all these years. Hang on to each other.” McCauley appeared in Step Up (mostly as the stand-in for Jenna Dewan), The Paper Girl and a short film in 2012 titled “Never Dream: The Beginning.” Following her brief acting career, McCauley also became pretty well-known in the D.C. area in a different profession – as a yoga instructor. “Let me express on behalf of all of us in Washington D.C. our deepest condolences to her family,” D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser said at the press conference. She’s not a huge name celebrity, but she had a family and friends and loved ones, and like so many others, she will be truly missed. She joins this list of celebrities who also passed away in 2016, a year that cannot come to an end fast enough at this point. As previously reported Azealia went off on Nicki after she sneak dissed her in her video game app. “Don’t get mad, get even. Slim down a bit (especially in your neck and arms). Decrease the butt just a bit. […] McDonalds sells a lot of burgers but no one is telling McDonald’s that they’re the pinnacle of cuisine and taste. This is true of you.” Now she’s explaining why the post mysteriously went missing on her Facebook page. “Deleting posts is not a sign of cowardice,” said Azealia. New Hampshire Mans Sets Twin Sister On Fire In Front Of Her Children “I did it, I lit her on fire” Those are the words that Dwayne Crawford said to police officer Brendan Ryder who saw Dwayne’s twin sister, Tamika Crawford, laying severely burned as he responded to a call about a fire. According to ConcordMonitor , Dwayne doused his sibling in gasoline, set her ablaze and showed little to no remorse over it. As Tamika Crawford was brought to an ambulance, she corroborated her brother’s admission, yelling, “my brother did this, my brother did this … you have to arrest him,” Ryder wrote. When Ryder conferred with two other officers at the scene, he learned that Dwayne Crawford had separately confessed to them that he “did it,” Ryder wrote. Tamika Crawford also told an officer that she had “divulged her two juvenile sons and Concord Fire that Dwayne had poured gasoline on her and lit her on fire.” What type of monster do you have to be to set your sister on fire in front of her children??? Hamilton Electors: Group Secures 20 of 37 Electoral Votes Needed to Reject Trump?

By now, you’re probably aware of the movement within the Electoral College to prevent Donald Trump from becoming the 45th President of the United States on January 20. But in case you’ve spent the past five weeks unable to hear any media reports over the sound of your own weeping, allow us to bring you up to speed: While the last sliver of hope for Democrats and moderate Republicans remains the longest of shots, it’s not entirely impossible. As we reported last week, it’s beginning to look as though there’s growing support for  Trump being stopped by faithless electors . Republican elector Christopher Suprun has vowed to vote against Trump, and he’s encouraged others to follow his lead. One Florida elector has decided to step down rather than cast a vote for Trump, but he’ll almost certainly be replaced by someone willing to toe the party line. So that means the 36 more Republican electors would need to defect in order to prevent Trump from being appointed America’s next president. Seems like too much to overcome, right? Not necessarily … The Hamilton Electors (so named for the Founding Father’s  Federalist Paper No. 68 , from which they draw their inspiration) aren’t losing hope for two very important reasons: For one thing, there are reports of a new strategy, wherein Democratic electors would not vote for Hillary Clinton, but choose a suitable Republican. The goal? Encouraging their GOP counterparts to follow suit for the good of the country and elect a suitable alternative like Mitt Romney or John Kasich. Additionally, rumblings from within the EC are offering hope to electors who may have been on the fence due to concerns that their dissent is fruitless. There’s strength in numbers, after all. But can they get the numbers – and have enough faith in one another to follow through on this? Harvard law professor Lawrence Lessig tells Politico: “Obviously, whether an elector ultimately votes his or her conscience will depend in part upon whether there are enough doing the same.”  “We now believe there are more than half the number needed to change the result seriously considering making that vote.” Lessig – who has been offering free legal counsel to potential faithless electors – says he believes at least 20 electors are planning to defect. If that were true, the Hamilton movement is already succeeding to a degree, and could snowball, picking up more supporters as it grows in size. “[Electors] are looking at is the best chance we have of stopping Trump than at any other point during this process,” Lessig says. The Republican National Committee, for its part, maintains that Suprun is the only faithless elector that they are aware of, Meanwhile, Salon reported Tuesday that potential Hamilton Electors have been threatened with political reprisal. The Electoral College results won’t be known until December 19, when the group of 538 meets to vote on the presidency. Whatever the outcome, this is the first time in modern history that the EC’s final tally is considered anything less that a sure thing. That fact alone should remind Trump of how much work he has to do if he’s genuine about his professed desire to re-unify a divided nation. Think he’ll listen to that message? Jana Duggar: Still Not Courting, Still Slaving Away For Family!

Jana Duggar, despite all the exciting courtships involving her siblings in recent months, and years,, is still hard at work for her family. Yes, with Jill, Jessa, Jinger married and Joy-Anna Duggar courting, everyone is moving on … except the eldest daughter of the family. If you watch Counting On online or follow the family’s comings and goings on social media, you’ve most likely drawn this exact conclusion: Jana works hard so her sisters don’t have to . That is pretty much accepted fact at this stage. But it begs the question of just how voluntary this all is, and the motivations behind it: Is the soon-to-be 27-year-old (she and twin John David are the second oldest of Jim Bob and Michelle’s 19 kids, after Josh) upset about it? Outwardly, at least, she seems very happy. Whether she’s chaperoning birthday parties, putting up Christmas decorations around the house, or fixing shower heads, she’s all smiles. Because she commits herself to behind-the-scenes work, Jana is seldom (relatively, at least) featured on her family’s social media. Still, there are exceptions to this rule. Before Jill shared photos of stillborn Jubilee , the family was seen celebrating their 19th surviving child Josie-Brooklyn’s seventh birthday. “Happy late birthday post, Josie (even though you don’t have Facebook)!” the Duggars wrote on Facebook, along with the pic above. “Every day we see you continue to grow into such a wonderful and sweet young lady with a loving heart,” they added. “Everyone had a fun time celebrating Josie’s 7th birthday at our local bowling alley and going out for ice cream afterwards!” Front and center was Jana. This is a recurring theme Duggar Nation has clearly noticed: Jana only seems to warrant a mention when she is hard at work – around the house or outside of the house, but always for others. She also appeared in photo fixing a shower head with a friend (above), showing off her many talents that her family puts to good use. Are they doing so at the expense of her personal life, though? Accounts vary, with some sources claiming Jim Bob won’t let her court, implicitly or explicitly, because he needs her to take care of the kids. Other sources say the right one simply hasn’t come along . Yet. In 2015 it was reported that Jana turned down Zach Bates , who really wanted to go to the next level, after “secret chaperoned dates.” She hasn’t named names herself, but did recently reveal this: “There have been different guys who have come along and asked, but they haven’t been, I don’t know, the right one.” “It can be tempting, like, ‘Oh, I really want to be married.'” “Because in those moments, your siblings that are married and have little ones are going on dates and doing their thing.” “It’s like this weird in-between stage,” Jana reflects. “I’m not a younger one, but I’m not an older, married one with kids.” The latest Duggar to start courting is Joy-Anna, who recently entered into a relationship with Austin Forsyth, a family friend for years. Jana … is still doing her thing, as she has for years. Despite constant speculation surrounding her life – which even included unfounded Jana Duggar lesbian rumors – she seems content. One can assume, and hope, that when the time is right, our girl will find someone to spend her life with, and that we shouldn’t worry.  Given that she appears to be the sweetest, most wonderful human being ever created – not to mention gorgeous – she’ll have options. Jill Duggar: Did She Lie About Returning to Central America?!

When the Duggar family returned to television with Counting On, it was unclear if they would be able to find an audience. Their first reality series was beloved by millions, but many of those fans turned their back on the family in response to the horrors of the Josh Duggar sex scandals . The family’s new show has cobbled together decent enough ratings to remain on the air for three seasons, but it’s widely believed that many of the new viewers are “anti-fans” who “hate-watch” Counting On. For the most part, we imagine that it’s all the same to the Duggars, so long as people are tuning in. However, on several occasions, they’ve experienced the downside of their new anti-fan base: These people are quick to pick up on and point out any and all deceptions or questionable behavior revealed on the series. The latest has to do with Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard’s missionary work in Central America. After ten months in El Salvador, Jill and Derick made a temporary return to Arkansas earlier this year, but they assured fans that they would be returning to Central America in due time. Several months later, the couple is still in Arkansas and planning to spend the holidays at home with their families. Which would be fine – were it not for the fact that they’re still collecting donations for their mission work. Last week, Derick tweeted about being at the San Francisco airport on a layover en route to somewhere else. The Facebook page Duggar Family News: Life is Not All Pickles and Hairspray pointed out that he doesn’t seem to be headed to Central America – and he appears to have no shortage of travel funds. “The Dillards said they would be back in Central America by now. They lied,” wrote the page’s administrator . “For some reason Derick flew to San Francisco on his way to somewhere else. I didn’t do great in geography but I’m pretty sure you don’t fly from Arkansas to San Francisco to get to Central America.” The page added: “He doesn’t think he needs to give his donors any information about how he spends their money. He’ll drop clues but he won’t come entirely clean.” If the family issues any statement on this at all (big if ), they’ll likely dismiss it as overly-concerned nit-picking from some obsessive fans. But misappropriation of charitable donations is a huge deal, and while it may not prevent you from getting elected president, it could signal the start of yet another Duggar scandal.
