(Photo by Noel Vasquez/GC Images) Jay-Z Claps Back At Zimmerman On New Single Hova had enough. DJ Khaled’s new single “ Top Back ” dropped yesterday and it has taken over the internet. The song featuring Beyonce and Future has quotable’s for days but everyone is stuck on the bars directed at George Zimmerman. Jay-Z raps “Meanwhile Georgie Porgie sinnin’ and sendin’ me threats.. Save your breath, you couldn’t beat a flight of steps. Try that s–t with a grown man, I’ll kill that f–kboy with my own hand.” This clap back comes in response to Zimmerman’s threat earlier in December that he would feed the rapper to an alligator: “I would beat him as if I was Solange…And he would find himself coming out of the south side of a gator if he comes to Florida and bothers my family.” Zimmerman’s threats came after he reportedly caught Jay-Z’s film crew on his property filming for his Trayvon Martin special. Geri Lavrov/Getty Images Wake Forest Student Ryan Wolfe Cries “White Underprivilege” On Tucker Carlson Show This might just be the saddest story about racism we’ve ever reported. Sike! Last night Twitter began twittering about Fox News reporter Tucker Carlson’s interview with Wake Forest student Ryan Wolfe. You see, Wolfe is upset that the University won’t take action after his classmates clowned the isht out of him following a pre-election panel discussion hosted by Wake Forest Republican groups where he expressed his conservative views… The classmates “bullied” him by handing him a box of saltine’s and in a group chat during the event, a student photoshopped his face… on a CRACKER! Lead story at the top of the hour over on Fox News: pic.twitter.com/4Ut4BwqDbV — Ryan J. Reilly (@ryanjreilly) March 1, 2018 The twitter thread was off the chain… You really need to see the video to get the full effect: pic.twitter.com/1ZBEGYEvfM — Andrew Lawrence (@ndrew_lawrence) March 1, 2018 So we went looking for the video. Wolfe basically went on Tucker’s show to cry about reverse racism because after he complained for the University to take action he was told that his classmates were basically justified because of Trump’s election. He even tried to throw Melissa Harris-Perry into his argument. GTFOH! Sorry, but we couldn’t hear the end of the video we were laughing so hard when Tucker Carlson called dude BRAVE to come on the show… Bullying and online harassment is wrong, but do either of these guys realize that BLACK people and people of color actually RISKED THEIR LIVES and the LIVES of their family members just to have the simple right to get an education, vote or be treated like an equal in public? White privilege is something else, ain’t it?! Continue reading →
90 Day Fiance star David Toborowsky married Annie, even though she’s twice his age and his … well, he didn’t exactly win over a lot of viewers. But while David is dismissed as a “deadbeat” by his daughter , it looks like he has a better relationship with his son, Jacob, who is 18 years old. Jacob Toborowsky is currently recovering from a gunshot wound to the face, and David is thanking fans for their prayers as his son struggles with recovery and complications. Guns are scary, folks. David took to Facebook a few weeks ago to share the unfortunate news with his followers: “On behalf of my family we wanted to thank each and everyone of you for the thoughts and prayers that have been sent and said for Jacob Toborowsky.” Jacob is, of course, his son. He spelled out his name so awkwardly so that he could tag him in it. The shooting, which is said to have been accidental but is nonetheless serious, took place on January 28th. “He was shot in the face by a so called friend in a senseless stupid act. We will continue to monitor the situation on a legal front to ensure that justice prevails.” We have an update on that, as well. His son is alive, but undergoing medical treatment. Because he was shot. In the face. “Jacob went to Texas today to continue his recovery and possible surgeries. I will update as I can.” He thanks everyone for their support, prayers, and well wishes. “Again, we thank you from the bottom of our heart for the prayers and ask for continued prayers as he has a long road ahead of him.” And, of course, there are updates. “I wanted to give an update on my son Jacob,” David writes in a separate post. “He had surgery yesterday down in Houston. The damage to the muscles in his face are more severe than 1st thought.” Complications can be absolutely brutal. “The main part of the bullet was removed.” This was not a Dick Cheney situation — the gunshot came from a handgun. “Please keep him in your prayers as the road he has is going to be long and hard. Thank you all again for the prayers, messages and thoughts.” And, in case anyone was worried about the photos of Jacob that David posted, David went ahead and posted a disclaimer. “I am posting these pics with his permission.” Jacob’s mother, David’s ex, has also spoken up: “He has to have surgery tomorrow to have a drain put in.” A very necessary drain. “He is accumulating fluid in the wound from the gland that was impacted from the bullet.” And until the fluid build-up can be addressed, Jacob won’t be able to recover. “His wound cannot heal with all the drainage.” But his recovery will take more than healing some tissue, unfortunately. “Then OT and speech therapy will begin as well. He will have to put bite blocks in his mouth to start trying to get it open.” OT means occupational therapy. There’s much more to recovery than waiting for the swelling to go down, folks. “I think I am still in shock from all of this.” Speaking to RadarOnline , David Toborowsky gives further details on Jacob’s condition . “Jacob had his surgery on Thursday to remove the bullet.” That, of course, is only a small piece of the surgical puzzle. “A significant amount of tissue was damaged. He will never be able to fully open his mouth all the way.” Heartbreaking. “A lot of scar tissue had to be cleaned to remove the bullet. There is a lot of deep-tissue scarring.” He shares what his ex had also revealed. “He’s going back into surgery on Tuesday. They need to put a drain in for the gland to heal. He was in a lot of pain this weekend. It’s worse than we thought.” David has also shared what’s happening in Kentucky, on the legal end of things. “The Commonwealth of Kentucky charged the other kid with 1st degree assault and will go before the grand jury next month.” Accidental or not, a teenager should know better than to, you know, shoot their friend in the face. It’s easy — the vast majority of people spend their entire teen years not shooting people. Real actions should have real consequences, right? Jacob is certainly facing consequences for the gunshot. And Jacob will have to live with the aftermath for the rest of his life. View Slideshow: 90 Day Fiance Couples: Who’s Still Together?
Back in March of 2017, Jinger Duggar wore pants in a photo that was posted on Instagram by her husband, Jeremy Vuolo. That may not sound like a big deal, but throughout her entire upbringing, Joy was never allowed to wear pants, and she dressed in below-the-knee skirts at all times. Now, nearly one year after the start of her sartorial rebellion, Jinger has once again left fans floored with her fashion sense. The new season of Counting On premiered on Monday, and as you can see, Jinger tossed her family’s “modest attire” regulations out the window during a game of tennis with her husband, Jeremy Vuolo. As The Ashley’s Reality Roundup points out, viewers were quick to praise Jinger’s courageous disregard for her family’s ridiculous rules. “Oh snap Jinger! Sleeveless shirt and a short skirt. You better work that outfit,” tweeted one fan . “Jinger looks so happy and beautiful,” wrote another viewer wrote. “So happy to see her living life as a normal adult woman!” “Jinger in that tennis skirt… #Rebel #JimBobIsCrying,” a third remarked. Sadly, the #JimBobIsCrying hashtag didn’t trend internationally. But hey, there’s always next week! According to the strict guidelines under which the Duggar women are raised, women and girls must wear long skirts or dresses at all time as long as they live with their parents. When they get married, it’s their husbands who make the rules about how they’re allowed to dress. Jim Bob has reportedly clashed with Vuolo over the latter’s progressive (by Duggar standard) views, but at the end of the day, he has no choice but to respect Jeremy’s rules. Vuolo, a Texas-based preacher, addressed the topic of women’s attire in a recent sermon. “It is your liberty as to whether you dress modestly with a modest pair of pants, or with a skirt, or with a T-shirt, or with a blouse,” Jeremy told his congregation at Grace Community Church. “It is not your liberty, women, to wear sensual, seductive clothing that is designed to draw the attention of your brothers.” He clarified his views in an interview with The Inquisitr, saying: “The emphasis of the gospel is not food or clothes. Jesus does not save people to make them wear skirts.” Hard to believe, but the guy’s basically a lefty extremist by Duggar standards! We spent this weekend binge-watching a thrilling new series on Netflix called “Seven Seconds” which follows the family of Brenton Butler in their struggle or justice after a white cop accidentally hits and critically him. The attempted cover-up and its aftermath, which include extreme racial tension and the trial of the century… From creator and executive producer, Veena Sud (The Killing) comes Seven Seconds – a thrilling new anthological crime drama that explores the human stories behind the headlines. Watch the trailer below: What did you think? We had the chance to talk to one of the show’s stars, Russell Hornsby, who plays Brenton’s father Isaiah Butler. Seven Seconds BOSSIP: How is “Seven Seconds” different from so many of the headlines we see typically about white cops killing black kids? Russell Hornsby: This not your typical drama. The story has been ripped from the headlines in terms of a black teen who is slain by a white police officer, but normally you never really get to see what happens to the family. This kind of rips the curtain off and shows what happens once the cameras go away. Specifically in our storyline, what happens to the family, how they were affected, what happens to the parents, what happens to them as a couple as husband and wife, and probably more importantly what we haven’t taken note of, is what happens to black men… What happens to the husband. What happens to the father. I think oftentimes we’ve seen these stories through the lens of the mother, and rightfully so. I just think we’re at a time where there are fathers are there, there are fathers who did raise their sons and there are fathers who are affected by the tragic death of their child. For the first time, we’re able to see how this tragedy of how this affects the man who is given the duty of providing and protecting. When the notion of being able to provide is taken from you and being able to protect is taken from you, how does that affect you internally? And subsequently, how does that affect your relationships? Seven Seconds BOSSIP: Tell us about working with Regina King and the rest of the cast? Russell Hornsby: When you’re talking about the type of storyline, the type of drama, you need high-caliber actors with some gravitas, you need the kind of actors who understand the drama and the tragedy. These kind of characters aren’t for the faint. So you need people, actors that can go to a depth that isn’t usual. I think what we have with the cast, with Regina, with Clare-Hope and Michael Mosely and David Lyons, are those type of actors. Actors with immense talent and immense compassion. You have to really delve in deep and feel, be a feeling person and humanitarian to really feel that role and the actors on this project have that. BOSSIP: What kind of research did you have to do for this role? RH: Being a black man, you don’t have to go far for research. You can look at your life, look at the lives of people around you . I had to go a little bit deeper into my own life. Being a father of two I had to go deeper into the notion that I have to protect my children, I have to keep my children alive. What you realize seeing death by the hand of police or the hand of others, with no impunity you’re in a sense helpless. That’s a scary notion to realize that ultimately in this country, we’re in a sense at times defenseless. Seven Seconds BOSSIP: What do you think about the current state of race in the U.S.? RH: It’s new plateaus. Obviously, we’re further than we were 100 years ago or 200 years ago and we’ve progressed from where we were 50 years ago but we have a long way to go. There are new plateaus because of what we’re dealing with as a society when we’re talking about teenagers can be killed without recourse, black people can be killed without recourse. There’s still no justice. I don’t think it’s gotten better, I think it’s just changed. It’s also relative. We’re dealing in Jim Crow but we’re still dealing with an undercurrent of racsim that’s subtle. Some would say that’s worse. Also when we’re talking economic disparities, educational disparities that affect black people more disproportionately. There are more opportunities but they’re still just opportunities for some. I think you can’t say just because some people are able to go to school or some people are able to look at a job you can’t say, “Well why can’t you do that?” I think we lose sight of that, even as black people. It’s not that simple. There is a such thing as discrimination. There is a such thing as social injustice and these things affect our community. BOSSIP: What’s next for you? RH: I have a film coming up that I shot in Atlanta this fall called “The Hate U Give” based on the Y.A. novel of the same name by Angie Thomas. It was number one on the New York Times bestseller list basicaly for the last year, 45 weeks. I’m looking for that coming out some time in th efall. Myself, Regina Hall, Amandla Stenberg, Anthony Mackie, Issa Rae, Common. It’s a really great book we had a wonderful time making it. A turned into a wonderful script. I think it’s going to make a lot of noise and really impact audiences. Ariel Winter must have a hormonal issue….because she’s a fucking tank…which is funny because she posts workout videos on her social media all the time, and wears workout clothing, probably because they are the only thing she can squeeze into without accepting the fact that she’s a XXL, plus sized, a monster…. Looking at these pics of her walking, is like seeing a fat chick waddle through the grocery store….trying to buy more cake to fill the void that is in her soul from being some exploited by her family dancing monkey…or cow…that’s too fat to dance cuz the thighs rub together… So judging Ariel Winter by her tits she’s chopped off but that grew back cuz she eats too much, alone feels wrong….We should also judge her by the fat ass TO SEE THE REST OF THE PICS CLICK HERE The post Ariel Winter’s Getting REal Fat and Fatter of the DAy appeared first on DrunkenStepFather.com .
Travis Scott Spares No Expense For Kylie’s “Push Present” Travis Scott is out here applying pressure for new fathers/fathers to be by dropping one of the dopest “push presents” of all time on his boo Kylie Jenner. For those of you still unsure as to what exactly a ‘push present’ is, it’s a gift provided by the father of the child to the mother of the child congratulating her on a successful birthing process. Travis went out and spent a modest $1.4 million on a Ferrari. The V-12 engine capable of 788-horsepower and has the ability to go from 0-60MPH in under three seconds is bound to have all the soccer moms jealous. Fellas thinking about getting the mother of your child the same gift? Thats unfortunate because the car is rumored to have sold out before ‘the world even knew it existed’.
