Lauren Bushnell has officially left Bachelor Nation. And she’s done so for a different country entirely. By which we mean the following: The former Bachelor contestant is now engaged to a country singer named Chris Lane. The proposal took place on Sunday in the backyard of Bushnell’s family home in Oregon, with Lane telling People Magazine : “I knew she wouldn’t want some elaborate crazy proposal. “So, I decided to keep it pretty casual. “I asked her parents for different places in Portland I could potentially take her to, but after a lot of thought I decided doing it at the family cookout would be the most laid-back setting and that she’d appreciate the simplicity of me proposing to her in her parents’ backyard.” Lane added, provided a lot more detail: “I was initially worried that doing it on Father’s Day might not be the best move, but her dad, Dave, said that it could only add to his Father’s Day and that’s when I decided Sunday, June 16 was the day. “Shout out to Lauren’s parents, Dave and Kris, for having the yard in tip-top shape!” Bushnell is known to celebrity gossip followers for having won Season 20 of The Bachelor. She agreed to marry Ben Higgins immediately afterward, but the pair broke up in May of 2017 . The two even starred in a short-lived spinoff titled Lauren & Ben: Happily Ever After , but Bushnell later admitted she was anxious about committing to forever with Higgins. “I remember waking up that morning and I kind of had an idea that I was possibly going to get engaged and I remember having so much anxiety about it,” she told Reality Steve on his podcast anout a year ago, referring to the Season 20 finale and adding: “I remember being really anxious that morning to the point where like I kind of snapped at my producer, which I had never done.” Fast forward to this summer, and Bushnell is singing a far happier tune. “I can’t stop smiling,” Lauren wrote on her Instagram on Tuesday, confirming her engagement to Lane. “I feel so incredibly blessed that every misstep, mistake and heartache has led me to you. I couldn’t be happier to call you mine, forever. The journey was well worth it.” She continued: “Thank you Christopher Eric Lane for softening my heart and making it whole. “Never going to stop telling you how much I love you and I will hold onto you forever and ever! Lauren Lane has a nice ring to it.” Bushnell and Lane got together toward the end of 2018, about three months after she split from someone named Devin Antin. The stars made their public debut at the 2018 Country Music Awards, with Lane telling E! News on the red carpet: “She’s the first date that I’ve ever brought to any award show. She’s an amazing girl, no doubt about it.” In March, the pair moved in together in Nashville. The following month, while on the red carpet at the 2019 ACM Awards, Chris told E! News there’s “no doubt” he’s going to marry Lauren. And, would you look at that… he was right! View Slideshow: The Bachelor & The Bachelorette Cast: Their Hottest Swimsuit Photos Ever!
Javi Marroquin is wifing up his main squeeze. The Teen Mom 2 cast member and ex-husband of Kailyn Lowry popped the question to his longtime love this Memorial Day weekend. Suffice it to say, she said she'll think about it. J/K. Lauren Comeau and Javi, who also dated Teen Mom 2 co-star Briana DeJesus, have been over the moon for some time. Lauren gave birth to their first child last fall, and it didn't take long after that for the obligatory engagement chatter to begin. Well, consider the rumors over now. Javi spoke to us exclusively about his proposal — how he planned it, exactly what went down, and what they already know about the wedding. Congratulations to the happy couple on this huge milestone. Here are the awesome details of how it all went down … 1. Javi and Lauren Are Engaged! Their beautiful love story has quite the history, and Javi has given us ALL of the details on how this sweet proposal went down. Plus, more photos. … 2. False Start Javi and Lauren began dating back in July of 2017, but they called it quits just a few months later. 3. Breakup to Make-Up But in the end, love emerged victorious, and following Javi’s brief romance with Briana DeJesus, he and Lauren reconciled and set about the business of making up for lost time. 4. Many Hurdles to Clear Javi and Lauren have overcome a great deal to get to this point. Their romance started out as a long distance relationship, with Marroquin in Delaware and Comeau in Massachusetts. 5. Moving Fast So when they decided to get back together, Javi and Lauren didn’t leave anything up to chance. 6. Wasting No Time Within six weeks of confirming their reconciliation, Javi and Lauren announced that she was pregnant. View Slideshow
Last week, we reported on the sad news that Mary Duggar had passed away . At first, it was widely assumed that the 78-year-old mother of Jim Bob Duggar had died of natural causes, but that turned out not to be the case. As we later learned, Mary Duggar drowned under circumstances that remain mysterious to the public. And that was just the first of many controversies surrounding the death. Despite the fact that Jill Duggar was accused of “cashing in” on Mary’s passing by eulogizing her grandmother in a monetized blog post, she paid tribute yet again today. This time, the mother of two posted a photo from Mary’s funeral along with another loving message of remembrance: “Yesterday was a very hard, yet beautiful day,” Jill captioned the image. “The service was lovely and very honoring to my Grandma and the one she loved more than anyone or anything else, Jesus Christ!” she continued. “So many family members and friends came together and organized, supported and remembered the amazing woman she was!” Jill ended her post on a hopeful note adding: “Then there was a beautiful rainbow … a sign of God’s faithfulness,’ as Grandma would always say!” she wrote. “We’ll see you in heaven, Grandma! I know you’re enjoying your time with Jesus before the rest of us arrive!” Thankfully, no one criticized Jill’s post this time around. But the Duggar clan’s wariness regarding public opinion was evident throughout the memorial service: Several Duggar men took the stage to speak at Mary’s funeral — including Jim Bob and Michelle’s oldest son. Now, we probably don’t need to tell you that the Josh Duggar sex scandals remain a hot button issue, and the 31-year-old has not appeared on his family’s reality show in the four years since they went public. Rumors of Josh returning to Counting On have been circulating for years, but thus far, the family has not been so bold as to attempt to reintroduce him to the public. And it seems that’s not about to change anytime soon. A camera crew was present at Mary’s funeral, but sources tell Radar that precautions were taken to ensure that Josh did not appear on camera. “Josh spoke which caused the TLC cameras to immediately shut off,” says the insider . Smart move by both the Duggars and TLC. In all likelihood, there will already be some controversy surrounding the decision to televise Mary’s funeral. The last thing the network needs is to add fuel to the fire by making it Josh’s long-dreaded comeback episode. View Slideshow: Duggar Family: Secrets of Their Twisted Ministry Revealed
As has been well documented on this website — and as has been well chronicled on Little People, Big World — Matt and Amy Roloff get along extremely well. In the years since their divorce in 2016, the ex spouses have figured out a way not just to co-exist, but also to thrive as business partners and colleagues. Is all that about to change, however? Is all good will about to be thrown out the door now that Amy has leveled some pretty heinous allegations at her former husband? In her new book, A Little Me, Amy delves into the problems that plagued her long-time marriage to Matt, which produced four children and one very successful reality show. She says very explicitly that Matt developed a relationship with his current girlfriend, Caryn Chandler , back when he was still married to Amy. As their TLC show grew in popularity, Amy writes in her memoir Matt started “spending more and more time at the tavern he often frequented in the evenings after filming and working on the farm.” She never references Chandler by name, but she goes on to say the “farm manager” was “around more and more often.” (Indeed, it’s common knowledge that this is how Caryn met Matt and his loved ones; she worked on Roloff Farms.) “Then it dawned on me. Matt and our farm manager, who had been working for us a number of years by then, seemed to have more than just a working relationship or friendship,” she writes in this biography, adding in one charged chapter: “I saw messages, pictures, and other things that should not have been shared between people who just worked together and were still married to other people. “I was devastated.” Wow, huh? Late last month, for the first time we can recall, Amy also hinted strongly that Matt cheated on her with Chandler . “I think when you start looking before you’re separated in marriage, that is hard,” Amy said in a video at that time alongside her friend Lisa Dixon. She continued: “When you become involved or much more than just a friend, but you become more in a relationship than just say ‘Hey, hi friend, lets go out for coffees’ type of thing, I think that can be hard on the other person as well. “And I think that’s what happened in my case.” Matt has not yet responded to all Amy is asserting, either in her book or in this video. But she writes that she kept her feelings inside for “several years” in order to keep her family together… to no avail in the end, of course. “Because I didn’t say anything, my emotions and attitude came out in other unhealthy ways,” she recounts, explaining: “I took it out on Matt on camera sometimes instead of talking to him off camera, and that wasn’t right. I cried a lot over those next several years. I didn’t have a plan, and I didn’t know what to do.” Who would know what to do in such a situation? Amy gets into some pretty major detail in the book. She claims that Matt exhibited bizarre behavior, toward the end of their marriage — such as leaving a family trip to Memphis abruptly … and then returning days later, saying they needed to go home immediately if they had any chance of saving the marriage. Amy decided to stay on the trip in this case, with her kids and the production team to fulfill contractual obligations, but Matt took off again. She doesn’t really mention what could have been going on there. But it’s clear she was struggling for awhile. “I was scared and ashamed anything remotely like this could be happening,” she writes. “Was Matt really interested in someone else right in front of me? Why would he even go there when were still married? I kept quiet over the years. “I didn’t even think about divorce; I didn’t want it to be an option. I’ve never felt so alone, hurt, and betrayed in my life.” We have no idea if Matt knew Amy was going to write these things in her memoir, but the two made a jont public appearance in May and talked about the mutual respect that exists between them. “We like to say: There’s no Team Matt and no Team Amy,” Matt said. “It’s Team Roloff.” He added: “We still drive each other crazy. But then we respect each other as well.” View Slideshow: Little People, Big World: The Roloffs’ Shocking Scandals… Exposed! [Updated]

I need to figure out how I’m gonna do this I would get on the train and I would pay my own money to go to all the open castings.” Despite her passion she was always clear that modeling was a career path and not the sum of who she was. Oh, we have one. We already have a black girl with an afro . We already have this look already. This again? It’s important for people to understand. No! You can have ten, twenty, and they can still books jobs. There’s enough for everybody and if they don’t have enough jobs, they should make more jobs to include everyone.” The idea that the modeling industry should better represent the world it seeks to persuade is not a new one but it’s usually watch dog organizations leading the charge and not working models. “I just feel like there might be more space for just more! More inclusivity and more access for people to join the industry, because right now it’s just such a closed community and it’s just so hard for people who are not a part of it to just join in. It should just be easier.” Angelique is so passionate about it she plans to develop her own agency in the future to pursue the more she envisions. Chyna took to Instagram Saturday afternoon to blast back at her ex, pointing out the hypocrisy of his objections, considering he’d allowed their daughter and her birthday party to be part of a scene on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Blac Chyna (@blacchyna) on Jun 15, 2019 at 3:24pm PDT In an iPhone note dated June 15, 2019 at 2:51 PM Chyna wrote: As Executive Producer of my show, It is very unfortunate that Rob could not simply have an adult with me, “the mother of his child”, Dream Kardashian, appearing on my show “The Real Blac Chyna.” Had Rob contacted me directly rather than through his attorney Marty Singer, Rob would have learned about Dream participation in the show. First an foremost, I would never allow her 2-year-old daughter to be subjected to “long hours” on the set. Also, the very real and intense drama that happened between my mother and I, during the filming of “The Real Blac Chyna” took place outside the presence of my daughter. I would never allow my daughter to be present as me and my mom tried to work through our many issues to reach peace in our relationship. Again, had Rob directly contacted me to discuss, he would have learned that as the Executive Producer of my show “The Real Blac Chyna,” I have the ability to control which scenes are included in the sow. However, I also would have pointed out to Rob the hypocrisy of his family’s insistence that Dream appear on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” in the family’s desperate attempt to boost the dismal ratings for their stale and contrived show, without my approval, Including an entire scene being Dream’s birthday party, again without my consent. My show is about my life and my kids are a huge part of my life. It’s really sad that everything I do to better myself or my family the same people have something to say to stop or hinder it. Welp… We’d say she made some valid points. All we want to know is, has anybody asked Dream if she wants to be on either side of her family’s reality tv cameras? What do you think the outcome will be for Rob and Chyna’s latest dispute?
Jenelle Evans has been in a great big mess for over a month now. Probably the biggest mess of her life, which is saying a lot. Her husband killed her dog, she lost her Teen Mom 2 gig, and CPS removed all of her children from her home. It's been rough. But throughout the whole thing, Jenelle has been uncharacteristically quiet. She's given statements and interviews here and there, but not much, and she hasn't addressed the situation much on social media at all. Until now! 1. This Girl … Jenelle … well, she doesn’t always make the best choices. 2. The Truth Actually, she pretty exclusively makes terrible ones. 3. Surprise! Her worst choice? It’s tough to say, but it’s really looking like it’s going to be getting with David Eason. 4. This Guy David is just the worst, but nobody has time to list every single bit of proof of that. For now, let’s just stick with the fact that he murdered Nugget, the family dog, and after police began investigating him, they believed he was so dangerous that they advised CPS to remove all the children from his care. 5. Wow It’s apparently a big deal, and a very difficult thing to do, this emergency removal, but David warranted it. 6. The Kids And so now Kaiser is with his father, Nathan Griffith, and Ensley is with Jenelle’s mother, Barbara, who already has custody of Jace. View Slideshow
