My name is Tyler, I am 16 years old and I live in southern California. On Easter weekend I was dragged against my will to Big Bear California with my family to spend the weekend up in the mountains. On April 7th, 2012 after my family and I went to the zoo we went to the Vons to pick up a few groceries. As I was walking to meet my parents at the cash register I glanced into the aisle way and saw someone who I swore looked like Selena Gomez. When I told my parents of course they didn’t believe me but my mom insisted on me going to take a picture. Well I went to go find her again but I think I startled her….and she walked away. My mom saw her again in another aisle and this time there was Justin Bieber. I had never thought I’d be as starstruck as I was at that moment. The body guard told us no pictures please and Justin explained to us that he was enjoying his time off and I respected that . May I mention that Selena Gomez is stunning without any makeup on. As we were leaving the store, the couple also happened to be walking behind us, and Selena realized it and said “hi again!” . Granted I was still starstruck that I was even standing 24 inches within the hottest celebrity couple, and my parents conversed with them for a little. My phone unfortunately died in the store, and I had wanted a picture so badly, so Justin, as kind as he was finally agreed. We all went in between the two cars and snapped the photo, with “Big Bear Blvd.” in clear sight behind us. To be completely honest, the couple was very down to earth and super sweet to take a picture considering it was their vacation time. My name is Ariana and I live in Miami. This amazing day happened on February 4, 2012 . First off I’d like to say I never thought I would write my Bieber experience. I found out that Justin was coming to Miami to record his album, I got REALLY happy and all I ever thought was “Where’s this studio?” It was Friday, I woke up and I saw that there was picture of him holding some fans hands at the studio. I went crazy, screamed at the top of my lungs Lord Jesus. I started praying to meet Justin (it sounds crazy but that’s just how Belieber’s are). My dad was working so I was like ‘OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG when the hell are you coming back home?” He said “I’m coming back late”, I felt bad because I started screaming at him but I just needed to see Justin. Finally I got there with one of my friends and I see all these girls holding on to the fence. I was freaking out wondering if Justin already came outside. They told me that I just missed him skateboarding with his shirt off, but not to worry because he will be back out. My friend and I got the perfect spot on the fence. I saw white Kenny, Scooter, Mike, Lil Twist and Alfredo. I just started to get this feeling like, I cant believe this is happening, so we kept calling Justin. Then the doors to the studio opened. MY HEART DROPPED. Everyone was screaming and I was there in another world. I saw Justin smiling, getting out the door. I couldn’t believe I was seeing Justin and this time not only on TV or on the computer. He started waving to everyone and then just starts skateboarding. I threw my camera on the floor purposely so he’d give it to me. He’s like, “Who camera is this?”. I was shaking and stuttering but told him it was mine. His beautiful eyes looked at me and handed it to me. He started walking by the fence and just holding fan’s hands and he kept getting closer. Finally he got to me, I was just reaching out to touch his hand but no, he took 5 seconds of his life to turn my hand around and write on my wrist! After all I planned to say to him, I couldn’t. He was right in front of me and just smiled. I really wanna see him again, but I’m not gonna complain because I know there is Beliebers out there that never even saw him. To all the beliebers out there saying they’re never going to meet Justin or even see him, don’t stop believing cause it will happen one day. Yo my names Jordan, I’m 18 and I met Bieber on April 12, 2012 . I thought I’d just add something here cause it was a sick experience. I was waiting to get on my flight from LA to Ft. Lauderdale and there were no seats available anywhere, so I decided to just sit in one of the empty seats far from where they scan your ticket to get on the plane. As I’m sitting there all of a sudden Justin Bieber sat down next to me with his mom and security guards and I was like wtf!?! I said, “Yo whatsup Justin, can I get a picture with you?” and he said “Yeah sure come over here.” We all walked over to this hidden type area in the airport so I guess other people wouldn’t see him and he took a picture with me and he was really chill. I talked to Justin’s mom for a couple minutes and she was really nice and I told him good luck with more of his music coming soon. Then all of a sudden I was walking onto my plane and Justin was sitting 8 rows infront of me! I watched him for 5 1/2 hours to Florida tweet fans and sleep most of the flight. It was kinda freaky watching someone so huge only 10 steps from you for 5 1/2 hours. On April 17, 2012 I went to The Voice because I heard Justin Bieber was going to be there, I had to go! I had general tickets and it looked like we were going to get pretty crappy seats. We’ve been waiting and waiting for like 2 hours to at least get our wristbands. We finally got them and we got a blue one until this guy gave me a black one too. I was so confused because I now had 2 wristbands. He asked me if those 2 girls were my friends and I said yes. He’s said okay because I gave them black wristbands too. I asked what they were for. He told us we would be sitting in the PIT! I was freaking out! My friend Nicole was dying because she is in love with Adam Levine and Justin Bieber too. We waited another good hour and began walking toward the studio. We were waiting in line before going into the studio and Justin and Scooter were driving on a golf cart right by us! All I saw was Scooter because everyone was blocking my way. But that was still exciting for me. Anyways the show goes on, we meet The Wanted, they preformed right in front of us and talked to us. They’re such sweet guys! Then we met Adam Levine, Christina Auguilara, Cee Lo, Blake and then of course Justin Bieber. During comercial breaks I was like, “Adam tell Justin I said whats up” and he was laughing and said “Okay.” The show was so much fun! All I could think about was seeing Justin. I heard Carson Daily say, “and now it’s time to premiere the video,” etc and I hear Justin, I just couldn’t see him yet! My friend was like, “Omg he’s behind, you turn around!” I turned and I saw him standing there. Everyone around me knew I was such a huge fan, I was screaming and couldn’t help but have the biggest smile on my face and tears. He’s grown up and come so far and I’m really proud to say that I’ve been a fan since the very beginning. Then after they were like thanks for coming and he was saying bye to all the judges. I was so sad because I thought he wasn’t going to come close to me. All of a sudden I see him running up the steps and coming straight towards me and the rest of the fans. I was in total shock, I was speechless. All I could do was point to my cheek and he grabbed my hand and went, “Muuuuuaaaaaaaaaahhhhh” and kissed me. My friends were screaming in shock, we were so speechless!! After it was commercial break and the guy who was keeping the crowd going came and asked who did he kiss and I was like me! He was like, “How does it feel to be kissed by Justin Bieber and make everyone jealous” and stuff like that. I felt so happy, I couldn’t help but keep a smile on my face. Then I come home to find out that him kissing me was on TV! I was so happy because some people didn’t believe me. Justin is truly the nicest guy ever and he’ll never forget about his fans and how much you guys have impacted his life. We support him and he shows us his love for us back. Their new single, “One More Dance,” is a slow jam about needing to get back in the good graces of that one special girl and needing her to save him, well, another dance. Adding to the power of the ballad, the guys hooked up with super producer Babyface, who worked with the group on their ’90s mega-hits “End of the Road” and “I’ll Make Love to You.” “It’s one of those classic Boyz II Men/Babyface collaborations,” Nathan Morris explained to MTV News. “The music kind of brings the ’90s back, brings it forward to the new millennia, with more of an updated sound and more of an updated vibe. It’s something you would expect from us. It’s not too far to the left and it’s one of those songs that kind of makes people want to fall in love all over again.” The slower songs of the ’90s certainly seem to be making a big-time comeback, with even Usher abandoning his obsession with four on the floor to return to slower tempos like on “Climax.” “Dance” pays homage to that time when ballads ruled the airwaves and Top 40 radio. As Wanya Morris explained, now’s as good a time as any for that nostalgia. “I think it’s because people, they want to fall in love all over again,” he explained. “They’ve actually been in a situation where hip-hop has stood in the forefront of music and R&B kind of took a back seat and musical music has taken a back seat and they want to fall in love again. And, hopefully this album, Twenty, will help them in that journey to we find love again.” The guys are currently on the road promoting that album, and finding that their fans, both new and old, are pumped for their tracks, both new and old. “The cool thing about our fans is they span all types of age, groups, colors,” Shawn Stockman explained of the trek. “The problem we always had, if you could call it a problem, is that no one could pinpoint Boyz II Men fans because if you ever go out to a show you see everyone. My name is Alexandra. Not only was it April 13th , it was officially the best day of my life. Friday the 13th was not so unlucky for me at all! I found out that Justin was going to be visiting a school and I immediately begged my parents to take me. My mom agreed because she knows I have been obsessed with him for over 4 years. I missed school that day and waited for him to come for 3 hours. I was with my mom, my grandma, my best friend and my little sister. There were many cars that we thought were Justin but they were just decoys. One of the trucks was Kenny Hamilton. I could not believe that I saw Kenny and he rolled down his window to say hi. Everyone started to say how Justin was hiding in Kenny’s truck and how he didn’t want to see his fans. I immediately knew this wasn’t how Justin would behave, he loves his fans. Finally at 1:20pm, a tan GMC truck slowly made it’s way into the main entrance of the school. The truck slowly rolled down the windows and Justin said hi to his fans . At first there was an extreme pause because all of us were so caught up in the moment. We finally all realized and the screaming began. Justin asked if anyone wanted an autograph and I quickly threw my Justin Bieber notepad in the car and Pattie handed it to Justin. He signed it and smiled. While this was happening, he was holding on to my wrist . I realized that Selena was next to Pattie in the car and Scooter was in the back. There are no other words to describe Justin then absolutely flawless. There were many news cast and I got on the news many times for being the girl who was absolutely speechless. I was shaking and had so many emotions running through me at once. This moment still doesn’t feel real because for 4 years I have been a belieber and the day finally came when I met my idol. All I have ever wanted was to meet Justin Bieber and my dream has come true. This will be a memory that I will be able to tell my children when I grow up. Tensions initially escalated over Minaj’s accusation that a fan site had leaked some of her tracks and culminated in the rapper’s deactivation of her account. This move came as a shock to many of her fans, as Minaj was one of the most followed Twitter users in the world (she had more followers than Oprah!) and constantly filled her timeline with personalized responses to individual fans. It seems that maintaining such an open dialogue with her fans may have backfired as she formulated her last frustrated tweets including, “Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good f—ing bye.” While having a Twitter following in the millions certainly comes with perks, the negative comments undoubtedly wear on stars. Chris Brown has deleted his account and his tweets on more than one occasion, after getting fed up with comments from other users about his personal life. Brown and Minaj aren’t alone: John Mayer , Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato have all been Twitter quitters at one point too. Celebs ditch Twitter for a variety of reasons — after a scandal, over backlash from ill-thought-out comments, or sometimes just to focus on their career and not get caught up in the constant flow of communication the social-networking site thrives on. But it seems just as difficult to stay away. Brown, Lovato and Cyrus have all since returned to the site, while Mayer currently has a working account with zero tweets logged. But how long does Minaj have to decide about coming back to her millions of Barbz? According to a source at Twitter, after a period of inactivity (several months of not logging in), a deactivated handle can be reassigned to another user. However, before anyone thinks they can snap up the @nickiminaj handle in a few months, with a verified celebrity account, Twitter works with the user before any action is taken. So whether Minaj ever returns, no one should count on grabbing that user name anytime soon. My name is Jill and I am 16 years old. My Bieber Experience started on September 25th, 2009 when I found out Justin was going to perform at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City. I missed school so I could go to the concert early. When I woke up I was so excited and couldn’t believe that I was going to see Justin in concert. My mom and I got ready and took the train down to the city around 8. We got off the train and had to walk around 8 blocks to get to Time Square. While we were walking my mom asked me if I had the tickets, I checked my bag and there were no tickets! I started to cry because now I wouldn’t be able to go to the concert. My mom told me that I needed to calm down and she will figure something out. She called my house to see if my aunt could drive to the city and drop off the tickets because there wasn’t enough time for us to go back to my house on the train and get the tickets. We stopped at a FedEx and went on there computers. My mom went through her emails looking for the conformation number for the tickets and found it! She called the ticket company and they emailed us new tickets, I WAS SO HAPPY! When we got to the Hard Rock there were only 6 girls sitting at the door. The concert was first come, first serve so since there were only 6 girls I WOULD BE FRONT ROW! I sat down and and talked to the girls for hours. A little later, more people started to form a line behind us. Had more people came, more cops started to come to control the crowd. Around 5ish they started to let people in. I thought that since we were the first people we would be let in first, but that was not the case. They brought all the people from the other side of the street and let them go in-front of us. Thank God one of the mothers we were with knew someone. We then got escorted inside and next thing I know IM TOUCHING THE STAGE! Justin came out and everyone was going wild. Every time he came to the side of the stage, he would touch my hand and smile. I was wearing a Yankee hat that said Bieber on the side on my head and when he came over he took it and put it on his head. It didn’t fit him so he put it on the DJ stand. Thats all I was thinking about the rest of the night was him taking my hat and wearing it onstage. He finished performing and Fabulous came out to sing. My mom called me over and told me to try and get back stage. So I went to the door that lead to the back of the stage and there was a big security guard standing in-front of it. When he left to go check on something another body guard came to the door. I asked him if he could get my hat that Justin took. He told me that he would go check and come back. He comes back to the door and tells me to come inside. I WAS FREAKING OUT BECAUSE JUSTIN WAS IN THE OTHER ROOM. The man comes back and tells me that I CAN GO INSIDE AND MEET JUSTIN!! I was freaking out.. I didn’t know what to do! I get in the room and his mom and dancers were standing there. I started to talk to them about performing and what its like to hang out with Justin. They were all so nice. Then all of a sudden JUSTIN WALKS IN THE DOOR… He introduced himself to me and my friend Brianna. We talked for a good 45 minutes with him and got pictures. He saw that the hat he wore on stage was on my head. He was like OMG thats yours!! Thats such a cool hat!!
