Hey my name’s Jasmin and I live in Vienna in Austria! It had always been my biggest dream to meet Justin but since I live in Austria I never thought that it will become reality. When Justin said that there will be a My World Tour in Europe, I got so excited. I thought that he will finally come to Austria. Days went by but there was still no concert announced here. Soon all European concerts were announced. I was so upset.Also my friend Alexandra was very sad. We convinced our parents to fly with us to Germany for his concert in Berlin. After days of getting on their nerves, they finally said yes . You guys can’t imagine how much that meant to us. Then finally the day came. We flew from Vienna to Berlin and we even met other Austrian Beliebers on the plane! When the concert started, I began to cry. I finally saw my idol in person. Not on pictures or on Youtube, Justin was just a few meters away from us since we had very good tickets. I didn’t meet him though. Two days before I flew to Berlin I found out about different contests to win a Meet & Greet with Justin in Zurich (Switzerland) on April, 8th. Of course Alexandra and I entered all the contests. One was from a famous Austrian youth magazine, the other from an Austrian radio station called Hitradio Ö3 and the third was from an Austrian music store called Saturn. We didn’t think that we would have high chances to win since there are many Beliebers in Austria but then a few days before the concert in Zurich, Alexandra called me and told me that she got an Email from Hitradio Ö3 and that she won four Meet & Greet passes to meet Justin in Zurich . Alexandra and me were freaking out and immediately called our friends Stefanie and Sarah to come with us. Soon our big day came. We met with the people from Hitradio Ö3 at the airport in Vienna and flew with them to Zurich. After one hour we arrived and went to the Hallenstadion. We were so excited. When we arrived there we met other Beliebers from Austria which won contests to meet Justin in Zurich too. We went inside and then waited, waited and waited. Then finally it was our turn to meet Justin. I was shaking like crazy, then finally we saw Justin. He had a big smile on his face. He must have noticed that I was shaking because he said, “Hey everythings alright, I’m just a normal teenage boy”. I responded with “I know but you are Justin Bieber” and then we went up to him and took our photo. After that Alexandra told him to come to Austria and Justin was like “Hey that’s where Bruno is from” . You know the movie with the gay man. We all had to laugh and then I told him that he has many fans in Austria and that we would love to see him there. After the Meet & Greet we watched his concert for the second time. Singer confirms she’ll pull out of concerts this week to travel back to her native Philippines. By Jocelyn Vena Charice Photo: Michael Buckner/ Getty Images “Glee” star and singing sensation Charice’s father was murdered in the Philippines, and the family tragedy has prompted the singer to pull out of concerts on Wednesday and Thursday, according to The Associated Press. “I am very sorry to all my fans from Singapore,” she wrote on Twitter . “I am not going to be there to be part of David Foster and Friends concert. I have to go back to the Philippines as soon as possible to be with my family. I hope you all understand. I love you all and I will see you next year.” According to reports, her 40-year-old father, construction worker Ricky Pempengco, had been at a grocery store in San Pedro township near Manila when he came in contact with a drunk man. After he brushed up against the man, the man stabbed him with an ice pick in the chest and back. Police in the area report that a manhunt is currently under way and a reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest. Pempengco doesn’t appear to have been targeted, according to authorities. In another message to her fans, written in Filipino, the singer opened up about her relationship with her estranged dad saying, “We had a really great relationship” and “He’s still my Dad, after all.” Local reports suggest that Pempengco and Charice’s mother split when she and her brother were small. “I loved him and I will still love him,” she added about her father. Charice was first introduced to American audiences when she appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” in 2008, following that up with an appearance last year. My name is Linda Fernanda Zetina Hernández and I am from a small town in Mexico. The day Justin tweeted, “I’m in Mexico City” or something like that, I told my mom and she agreed to come with me to find him. We went to the city that is 2 hours away from my house. We went to his the hotel and we followed the cars Justin went in. In the end, I didn’t end up seeing him. Then my mom and I got to the Foro Sol but we didn’t have tickets. I saw a group of girls that were screaming and crying so I asked them what happened? They told me, “We have M&G passes” and I started crying. I was like, “Really?!” They say yeah of course but I was still crying. Then one man from the staff saw me and I started begging him to let me in with Justin, so he hugged me and said me, “YOU WILL BE MY SPECIAL GUEST”. I think that was the best thing that someone could told say to me. I started to shake and cry even more. Then I got in the M&G and Justin was so cute. I was in so much shock, I didn’t even tell him how much I love him, how many times I was dreaming of this moment, but no, I only started to shake again. Justin hugged me and said, “Take it easy”. I thought that my heart would explode. After that I went to his hotel again but he didn’t go out. Then the next day we went to the concert. My mom was waiting for me outside of the Foro Sol because she didn’t have tickets. My best friend Allie and I are HUGE fans of Justin Bieber! We live in Los Angeles so when we heard he was going to be on Ellen (which films in Burbank) we HAD to get tickets. Most people who go to Ellen reserve their tickets months in advance. My brother told me on SuperBowl Sunday that Justin would be on Ellen the following Wednesday, but since it tapes the day before they air, we knew we didn’t have much time to try and get tickets. We emailed Ellen that day and begged for tickets. By Monday night we still had not heard anything but we weren’t giving up hope. Ellen has a phone number that SoCal residents can call for last minute tickets the day of the taping. We called that morning and they said they would call us back if they had extra. In the meantime, Allie and I were at school. We came up with a plan to just drive down to Burbank and see what would happen. Even if we saw a glimpse of Justin, we would have been esthetic. We got down to the Ellen studio and got dropped off. We walked up towards the holding area for the Ellen Show and we saw a security guard. We asked her where we should go to see if we could get tickets. She directed us to a small podium where the producers were. We walked up to them and asked if we could by any chance get tickets. They asked who we were there to see and we said, “Justin Bieber!!!” and they said, “Hold on we’ll see what we can do.” We waited for about 5 minutes and they gave us tickets! We were in shock! We got into the studio and they sat us with other Bieber fans who we talked to in line and made friends with. The show began and when Justin came out, we screamed SO loud. He came over and said hi and touched our hands and I grabbed his hand twice. The second time I grabbed it, he winked at me! I wanted to DIE! The show was close to wrapping and our day was starting to end, when Ellen said she had a surprise for Justin! It was a golf cart and Usher was the one who drove it out onto the set! We went nuts and Justin had NO idea. Ellen chatted with them about the premiere of ‘NEVER SAY NEVER’ which was that night. On Wednesday after school in April, we went down to The Intercontinental where we thought Justin was staying because we thought he arrived. We were in the city for about 6 hours looking for Biebs when he didn’t even arrive, awkward. Anyways the next day, our parents let us take the day off for Justin’s concert and it was the most exciting thing ever to get ready to see our boy in the flesh! We went down to Acer around 12:00 and just waited to hopefully see Justin ride around on his segway. That didn’t happen. I first saw Justin play at a local mall in September of 2009. Since 2007, I have always followed him on Youtube and also when he created Twitter. I am currently living with a life threatening heart condition known as Uhl’s Anomaly and I am awaiting a transplant. Since I was just 9 years old, now 19, I always contemplated the idea of a wish from the Make A Wish of America Foundation. I changed my mind a billion times, plus times for the past ten years and just couldn’t settle on one. Finally at the beginning of last year, I settled on a wish. My wish was to meet Justin Bieber. Make-a-Wish flew my family and I out to Cincinnati, Ohio. The day finally arrived. The day of, we were driven by limo to the concert venue. We were brought backstage into his dressing room for a private meet and greet. I waited in the hallway for him to arrive more excited than I had ever been. I saw him walking towards me and couldn’t barely hold in the excitement. After he introduced himself, he invited us into his dressing room. While in there, he pulled out my chair and one for himself to sit next to me. We sat and talked for a while and I couldn’t stop smiling. He noticed my phone in my hand and asked if I would like to take a picture with it. Of course I said yes. Then we took pictures for a little while. I looked over and saw Sean Kingston sitting on the other couch. I couldn’t believe he was there too. Justin called him over and we all took pictures together. It was amazing. After signing some magazines and such for me, just as we were about to leave Justin told me to wait because he had a gift for me. He brought over a really big box. He opened it for me and inside was a brand new Epiphone guitar, which was an exact replica of the one he uses on tour. He signed my name with a heart and under it he wrote, “Never say Never” and also autographed it. He handed it to me and said never stop playing. We ended up taking some more pictures with the guitar. I was more excited because when taking the pictures, his arm was around me. I felt so special. This Make A Wish trip and thanks to Justin, for one day, I wasnt thinking about health issues or anything that was wrong. I was just happy. Ever since he wrote Never Say Never on my guitar, I live by it every day. I even have gone so far as getting it tattooed on my leg. Justin changed my life. What was really amazing about this whole experience was that I was his FIRST EVER Make A Wish kid. That made it even more special. Justin is such an inspiration to so many people, including myself. Now I’ll end it with this: I once finally got him to RT a quote I sent him on Twitter. He then became one of my followers. However, a few months later I was trying to direct message him and accidently blocked him instead. This removed him from my followers. So since, I have been trying to get him to follow me again. Luckily, I did. A few days ago he became a new follower of mine. I just want to say thank you to Justin for everything he has done and giving me something positive in my life at this time. He truly helps me through alot. I am currently in the hospital waiting for transplant and I even have a cardboard cut out of him in my room, along with posters and such.
