Farrah Abraham: Sex Tape Sequel is Old Footage (That I Didn’t Agree to Release)!

Farrah Abraham is adamant that she did NOT agree to the second sex tape that’s hitting the market next week, and she may be telling the truth for once. Well, partially. It sounds like Farrah legitimately doesn’t want this video to be released, unlike the previous one she tried to pass off as a “leaked” tape. Her lawyer adds that she did not give Vivid permission to release any sequels to her smash hit porno Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom. The lawyer says part two of the Farrah Abraham sex tape , Backdoor & More, is just extra footage from the first she filmed with porn star James Deen. That’s probably all accurate. The issue is that if it’s the same footage, she signed the rights away long ago. She made her (nasty bed). Now she must lay in it. According to the lawyer, Farrah is “a mother, a public figure, and an author,” and not a porn star … an empty argument, since she shot the porn last year. Steve Hirsch, Vivid’s CEO, disagrees , telling TMZ’s sister site Fishwrapper that he made Farrah who she is today, whether she wants to admit it or not. “Before the first video Farrah was just some throwaway Teen Mom no one cared about. That video made her the celebrity she is today. She’s a great porn star!” Hirsch is not wrong, in all seriousness. Farrah Abraham has become one of the biggest porn stars around, even when she’s not trying to convince people 24/7 that she’s not a porn star. In news absolutely no one could’ve seen coming, Farrah Abraham is set to release the long-awaited sequel to her notorious “sex tape,” Backdoor Teen Mom. The follow-up will be titled Farrah 2: Backdoor and More! Abraham, who made her porn debut with James Deen last year when she tried to pass it off as a leaked sex tape with her “boyfriend,” swore she’d never do porn again. So much for that. According to Farrah Abraham , in a new interview with In Touch , she endured beatings when she was a child and several brutal rapes as an adult. “Violence has been a big part of my life,” she says, claiming now-divorced parents Debra Danielson and Michael Abraham “would beat me with a belt if I acted out.” “I had cuts, bruise, welts, swelling and scars,” she tells the celebrity gossip site. “The abuse tore me down and at times made me feel like not living.” As a result, she turned to plastic surgery for a self-esteem boost, spending more then $30,000 on a nose job, chin implant, Botox and two boob jobs. “Abuse made me feel that I’m never attractive enough,” she says. “I try to be so perfect.” There was also the whole foray into porn. Sorry, “sex tape.” Speaking of which, she says she continued to endure more pain after the staged “sex tape” video with porn star James Deen “leaked” last year. In the PR blitz following its release, Abraham said she surrounded herself with “the wrong type of people” at porn conventions, strip joints, and clubs. “I was drugged and raped more than once. Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 2 Recap: When Jenelle Evans Met Nathan Griffith …

Jenelle Evans met Nathan Griffith, the father of her unborn child, Tuesday night on Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 2, and that’s not nearly all for the fab four. Medical problems, family court cases, custody battles, and even jail time are factors for her, Leah Messer Calvert, Kailyn Lowry and Chelsea Houska. What did we learn last night? Come along for THG’s official +/- recap! Naturally, most of the headlines regarding Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 2 are made by wild child Jenelle Evans, who was feeling down after her abortion. Jenelle is confident that she made the right call to terminate the pregnancy (with Courtland Rogers’ baby) but her pending court case is another story. Her lawyer Dustin advises her not to contact Courtland at all through the duration of her heroin case, which could drag out for months to come. Plus 100 . She got connected with Nathan Griffith , a guy that she raved to her mom ”plays football, goes to college, works at a resort, and is an underwear model.” Barbara is not impressed. Leah tries to teach Ali to swim, and she’s crushed regarding how many more difficulties and fears she faces than Aleeah due to muscular dystrophy. Ali struggles the entire time the family is at an amusement park, and Aleeah acts out because Ali and Adalynn consistently demand more attention. Leah also worries about the strain of raising her three girls when Jeremy is away for work, which takes up a lot of his time even though it supports them. In mediation, Kailyn’s lawyer advises her to consider offering week-long visits with Jo and Isaac during the summer, to help both with the switch. Jo’s lawyer says because Javi is in the military, they may face may more moves around the U.S. that will affect Isaac’s relationship with his dad. The case is delayed once again, so this was basically filler … except that Kailyn’s anxiety is rising and she doesn’t know how much of it she can take. Farrah Abraham is not smart. Like at all. For whatever reason, she continues to maintain that the video of her having sex with porn star James Deen last year was a “leaked” sex tape with a “boyfriend.” Despite the fact that it’s long established how this “sex tape” mysteriously obtained by a porn distribution company – she set it up – she keeps peddling BS. Seriously. You’ve got to watch this nonsense … Farrah Abraham on Couples Therapy She was caught in the blatant lie again and called out this week on VH1’s Couples Therapy, where she lamented people’s misconceptions of her. Sigh . Discussing the Farrah Abraham sex tape , and how it’s RUINING HER LIFE, she slipped and mentioned the camera person filming her and her alleged boyfriend. Now people think she does porn. Imagine that. After all, Deen has said he was paid for it, met Abraham right before they filmed the tape, and was asked to go along with this bogus story (he didn’t). Abraham has always said the porn she made with a porn star was actually a sex tape that was going to leak and she had no other choice but to profit off it. That may have worked for the Kim Kardashian sex tape , but it was never true for Farrah, and The Real L Word ‘s Sada Bettencourt called her out on it. Or more accurately, Farrah called herself out. Bettencourt asked why she hired a camera crew to film a sex tape, causing Farrah to slip and say, “No there was not, there was only me and the camera person.” Then she denied ever saying “camera person.” Obviously. “I don’t know if I ever said ‘camera person,'” she said, “but there was never a camera person.” “You did literally just say the words ‘camera person,'” Bettencourt noted. Jon Gosselin: Suing Kate Gosselin For Custody of Kids After Awkward TV Interviews!

Jon Gosselin does not hold back when it comes to Kate Gosselin, her lifestyle or her parenting. He’s upping the ante now, though, from a legal standpoint. His attorney, Mark Heller, is quoted as saying that a custody battle is looming between the two, and that the father of eight is looking to raise the stakes. Heller says Jon will “most likely” be taking legal action against Kate over what he perceives to be a violation of a provision of their custody agreement. Jon Gosselin Suing Kate? This latest beef between the long-feuding parents stems from a beyond awkward Today appearance by Kate and their 13-year-old twins, Mady and Cara. Jon’s negative response and then the twins staying mum about their dad on The View culminated in his decision to take action, according to his lawyer. Heller explained that their custody deal stipulates that if Kate leaves town or needs to leave the kids with a babysitter or nanny, Jon has first right of refusal. In other words, he can opt to have the children stay with him instead if he chooses, yet Kate Gosselin has never given her ex that privilege, Heller says. From his point of view, “that violated the custodial agreement,” Heller said. “She always places them with the babysitter instead of the father, to his disdain.” Jon also doesn’t spent as much time with them in general, despite the custody agreement, due to Kate’s “reluctance to abide by that provision for 12 months.” “It is his belief that [Kate] has violated the custodial agreement and is in contempt of the court order… She has clearly breached those very extensive provisions.” “It is his position that such conduct, and I agree, is not only contemptuous but there have also been attempts by her to alienate him the affections of his children.” “[Jon] has been deprived very serious parental rights.” Do you agree? Justin Bieber DUI Update: New Footage, New Charges

Early this morning in Miami Beach, Justin Bieber was arrested  for drunk driving. But that’s not all. TMZ now reports that the artist was booked for drag racing because his people actually sectioned off a residential street specifically so Bieber could go up against Khalil, a rapper who was also arrested at the scene. Justin was also charged with resisting arrest because he refused to take his hands out of his pockets when ordered to do so by police. In the following footage, we see fans surrounding Bieber’s yellow Lamborghini prior to cruisers and sirens then doing the same: Justin Bieber Arrest Footage Officials believe Bieber was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of his arrest. He failed a field sobriety test after getting pulled over and was taken to the police department for further examination. We can also confirm that Bieber had been partying at SET nightclub prior to getting behind the wheel and that a model named Chantel was in his passenger seat. This arrest is the latest scandal in a disturbing run of ridiculousness by Bieber of late.
