This time, the former songstress was caught up while having a vicious argument in the parking lot of a local gym just outside Atlanta. When cops came, they discovered she was drunk — although why she was sipping at the gym, we can’t be sure. But when cops took her in and started flipping her pockets and such, the found that she was also holding some tweeds for later, which made matters only worse. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have reached an agreement in their divorce settlement, and the details may surprise some. Fans speculated whether Rossdale would take his wife to the cleaners since the two never signed a prenuptial agreement (ah, romance!) and she’s worth a hellulva lot more than he is. According to California law, Rossdale is legally entitled to half of the assets the couple earned during their 13-year marriage. However, a source tells People that the Bush front man is settling for less and allowing Gwen to take the majority of their property. The two will share 50-50 joint custody of their three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2. Rossdale is not seeking child support. Rossdale’s guilt may have played a role in the settlement. After the couple split in August last year, it was widely reported that Rossdale’s torrid affair with the nanny is what prompted Gwen to leave. Rossdale would’ve gone from major douche to King Douche if he tried to cash in after pulling such a deplorable (if not classically trite) move. These days, it’s not uncommon for celebrities to come up with a collective name for their fans. The two-bit reality TV personality has chosen the name “RahRahs” to describe her fans, alluding to the last syllable of her first name, but it doesn’t seem to be catching on. Earlier this week, Farrah Abraham sat for a discussion with podcaster and noted douche-monster Nik Richie. The interview gained attention online due to Farrah’s claim that she’s “surpassed” Kim Kardashian in terms of popularity and general famewhoring (she might be half right). But because we’re committed to seeing just how deep Ms. Abraham’s idiocy goes, we forced ourselves to listen to the entire podcast, which as it went on began to sound less like an interview and more like Farrah and Richie competing for the title of “Nickelback of Human Beings.” First, Farrah cleared up the little whoopsie that happened last week, when she falsely accused a man of raping her . “I wasn’t raped,” she told Richie. “I felt like I was getting raped…I felt like I almost got raped. You’re violating me by looking at me. Don’t act like a rapist … I have a severe problem with that.” Ooooooh….she only felt like she was getting raped because she didn’t like the way an Uber driver was looking at her. It’s kinda like how we felt like we were being murdered listening to his podcast. We almost called 911, but then we remembered there’s a big difference between being the victim of a crime and imagining you’re the victim of a crime. Anyway, it doesn’t get much worse than making light of rape, but Farrah tossed in some casual racism just to remind us how repugnant she can be. Yesterday, we reported that Farrah Abraham had accused an Uber driver of trying to rape her in January 2015, an announcement she made during her podcast this week. However, her allegations were questioned when Uber representatives said Farrah had not reported the attack, and that they had banned the Teen Mom OG star after the driver reported that her friend spilled an alcoholic beverage in the car. The local police department had no record of a report, although Farrah said the cops had come to the scene. But now, Farrah claims to have photos and video of the incident, according to Radar Online. “I had my security & [boyfriend] Simon to witness the odd criminal behavior, as well [as the guy] was threatening to sue me for not giving him money for a ride I never took,” she told the site. “I have a video and pictures,” she continued. “The video shows cops took care of him as he chased me in front of cops.” Farrah also blames Uber for the attack and believes the company is just as accountable as the driver. “As far as I was concerned, Uber is just as much a part of this criminal and his actions as this driver was and I was not open to talking to Uber,” she insisted. “I no longer take rides from Uber.” Farrah did not say whether she would be releasing the photos or video to the public or how she plans to proceed. However, she has been retweeting numerous articles covering her allegations, so it appears as though she plans to address it somehow.
