Kim Kardashian is Really Getting Desperate Now

Kim Kardashian is klearly a woman on a mission at this point. With her and her sisters having all recently launched a new website and affiliated app, and with Kylie Jenner’s reigning supreme above all, Kim is needing to find new ways to lure in traffic. Well, new old ways, really. She’s just standing around in a black bra here. Kardashian is using the racy image to draw people to her official website, KimKardashianWest.com. The caption that accompanies this picture references a behind-the-scenes Givenchy fitting that fans can “unlock” on her site. It will cost $2.99 to do so, of course. According to a recent tabloid cover story, Kim is so angry over Kylie’s success that she may take her half-sibling to court . She’s allegedly irate that Jenner is copying Kim’s look and Kim’s path to riches (i.e. posing often without a lot of clothing on) and she believes she’s entitled to royalties as a result of Jenner’s emulation. Which is hilarious. The best part of this sisterly feud, of course, will take place when Kardashian grows so upset and so desperate to regain her status as the most popular family member that she resorts to the inevitable. But the model is already making $4 million per year , according to a new report, which is more than veteran catwalk walkers such as Jourdan Dunn bring home each year. But if you want to judge Kendall’s success by more than just her bank account, consider this: Vogue Paris just named Jenner a modeling “legend.” Kendall fronts one of the four covers just unveiled by Vogue Paris in horn of its 95th anniversary. The other three feature names with which you may be familiar: Kate Moss, Christy Turlington and Gisele Bündchen. Talk about some seriously impressive company! Jenner is coming off a busy New York Fashion Week in which she strutted her pretty stuff for Diane Von Furstenberg, Givenchy, Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs. She may or may not be dating Orlando Bloom , but in a few short years, she’s already at the top of the modeling world. That much is clear. Last week, footage that appeared to show Jessica Simpson drunk while co-hosting a segment on the Home Shopping Network made the rounds online. Jessica likes to get hammered , and shilling for her fashion line for two hours on HSN is a pretty small potatoes gig at this point in her career, so no one would be shocked if she decided to have a drink or twelve to make the experience more enjoyable. Jessica Simpson: Wasted on the Home Shopping Network? But now, Simpson’s reps are firing back against rumors that she was sloshed on the air and claiming that’s just how Jessica is all the time . Her team reportedly tells TMZ that “giggling and slurring is just part of her personality” and if you watch Jessica’s entire two-hour sales pitch, you’ll see that she’s totally sober . It’s a clever move, as obviously no one is going to sit through 120 minuted of Jessica selling “sexy” gray jeans just to see if there’s a moment where she briefly appears to be sober. Frankly, we think Jessica should just own it. When Johnny Depp gave a drunk speech at the Hollywood Film Awards, you didn’t see him making any excuses for it. The dude was sh-tfaced, and we all had a good laugh and moved on.  Jessica has two kids, an out-of-work husband and a billion dollar empire to worry about.
