Love and Hip-Hop stars Lyrica and A1 stopped by The Wendy Williams Show this week to share with the world the results of a paternity test and to reveal the gender of the baby. Remember: In season 5, K. Michelle accused Lyrica of cheating on A1 with his friend and Nicki Minaj’s ex Safaree . While the “Souky Souky” singer denied the rumors, Safaree played coy, admitting to having crossed the line with her. (Whatever that means) So in order to save her reputation, Lyrica went the Maury Povich route to prove that no man other than her husband was the father of her baby. During the interview with Wendy, A1 confirmed that he got the test done and that he WAS in fact the father! “I knew it, but things happen you know,” A1 confided to Wendy. Lyrics added, “Listen Wendy, I did this for him. … I wanted him to feel comfortable. I felt like since I was the one getting badge with the rumors he was owed that. I always knew.” Most importantly, they also announced they are having a little boy! Man Faces 6 Months In Prison For Pirating ‘Deadpool’ Who remembers these warnings? Welp, despite the popularity of online torrents and the trusty jailbroken Firestick…they were actually serious. One Fresno, CA man found this out the hard way. According to Gizmodo , 22-year-old Trevon Franklin was picked up by the FBI after sharing a pirated film via Facebook. Trevon downloaded Deadpool from Putlocker just one week after its release back in 2016 and shared the file in full on his Tre-Von M. King account, where it picked up 6,386,456 views. Users actually attempted to warn Trevon that he was flirting with danger posting a full flick up so brazenly, but he swore he had the cheat code. He posted: “I got the ultimate way out of this, yall might be surprised on how I won’t go to jail but just become more famous. I’m just sitting back smoking out my bong laughing at these mfs who think they know what they talking I haven’t sold shit to anyone, or made copies.” He then started a whole separate Facebook group, entitled “Bootleg Movies,” and posted a link saying “EVERYBODY JOIN” with the promise of more torrents posted directly to the page. Needless to say, the FBI noticed his complete lack of slickness and took him into custody in June 2017. He made a plea agreement with the government this past May for a reduced sentence. The government filed its sentencing recommendation on September 12, suggesting six months in prison followed by a one-year term of supervised release and $100 fee. Obama shared a powerful story about watching her father vote as a child in the clip, which is part of her “When We All Vote” campaign, an initiative that she co-chairs in an effort to spur voter registration ahead of the midterm elections. And to stand there, holding himself up, making sure he cast his ballot. I remember my father doing this exercise every single election.” Seeing her dad vote made Obama think about what a “special responsibility” it was — a right that African-American groups fought for during the civil rights era. Meghan Markle, like so many royals in ages past, is under siege by members her own family. In modern times, at least, they’re using interviews, not trebuchets. Her idiot dad’s cruel comments continue to be a thorn in her side during what should be one of the happiest times in her life. A source explains why she has not tried to reach out to him to plead for his silence — and why that wouldn’t work anyway. A source close to Meghan Markle tells The Daily Mail that Meghan has a very good reason for not speaking to Thomas Markle. “The only reason Meghan hasn’t spoken to her father yet,” the insider reports. “Is because she’s yet to hear from him in a respectful manner.” In fact, most of what she hears from him is just him blabbing into any microphone within arm’s reach. “Thomas,” the source says. “Is speaking to the press more than he’s reached out and spoken to his own daughter.” That’s not just cruel and embarrassing — it’s sad. The insider says that Thomas’ whining has been in bad faith, because he could have quietly gotten in touch with his daughter if that were truly his intention. “If Thomas truly wanted to speak with Meghan,” the source says. “He could easily have sent a letter to her mother.” The two may have broken up when Meghan was six, but they’re believed to be in contact. And Meghan’s mom, at least, has enough dignity to play a role in her daughter’s life. Thomas could have sent her a letter, the insider says, “and asked her to pass it along” to Meghan. The individual close to Meghan suggests that they know why he didn’t take this route after Meghan got a new number. “Unfortunately,” the source says. “That wouldn’t sell papers.” Thomas’ constantly whining to the press works well for him — he gets paid interviews — and for the outlets who grant the interviews. The insider notes that him acting reasonably would not pay well “or fit into his fabricated and salacious narrative.” That sounds harsh … but also true. If you read betweent he lines, it seems pretty clear that Meghan can’t trust her father enough to just call him. Why? Because if her pleas failed to convince him to stop, he would then have one more thing to use against her in new interviews. What’s more is that she can’t know for certain that he won’t secretly record her. It’s one thing for Meghan’s awful half-sister, Samantha Grant, to deliberately say cruel things about her. That just seems to be who Samantha is as a person. It’s another thing altogether for Meghan to feel like she can’t trust her own father, with whom she was very close. A recent report has said that Meghan will do anything to make her dad shut up , and that the Palace is condiering changing its policies. That could mean that Kensington Palace might, instead of sidestepping these interviews and stories, actually counter with their own narrative. It also means that they might establish a secure backchannel through which to extend an olive branch to Thomas to bring this nightmare to an end. Some fear that this embarrassing saga will deter future royals from marrying commoners — or marrying Americans. Still, this is the royal family we’re talking about. Fans of Teen Mom 2 have known for years that Jenelle Evans’ parenting is shoddy at best, abusive and criminally negligent at worst. But this past week has provided more evidence than ever before that Jenelle is unfit to raise children. It all started when Evans’ 4-year-old son Kaiser was dropped off to spend the weekend with his father, Nathan Griffith. Griffith’s mother, Doris Davidson, claims she immediately discovered several bruises on the boy. And when she asked how he got so banged up, Kaiser reportedly blamed his controversial stepfather. Griffith immediately dialled 911 to report the marks: “I received my child and he has marks all over him,” he told the dispatcher. “We asked him about it and he said David hit him with a stick.” At the end of the weekend, Nathan and Doris refused to return Kaiser to his mother, but were eventually forced to do so when an emergency CPS investigation turned up no conclusive evidence of abuse. Despite considerable protest from his father, Kaiser is now back with Jenelle and David in what his father fears is an abusive situation. But that doesn’t mean Nathan and Doris are giving up the fight. “Columbus County CPS has an open investigation on them still,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. And Nathan says he has evidence that will convince investigators that Jenelle should be stripped of all custody and visitation rights. Insiders say Nathan took photos of five different bruises on Kaiser’s body before he returned the boy to Jenelle. It’s unclear why this evidence didn’t persuade the original investigator that the 4-year-old is being abused, but Nathan is reportedly confident that the photographs will be enough to have Jenelle stripped of all custody and visitation rights. Of course, as longtime followers of this conflict know, Nathan has been trying to have his son removed from Jenelle’s home for almost a year, thus far to no avail. The custody battle began back in September of 2017. At the time, Nathan accused both Jenelle and David of using corporal punishment that left “bruises and markings on the child that are unusual and more than normal scrapes that a toddler may have.” Nathan also accused Jenelle of smoking pot while pregnant , something that she later admitted to. Shortly after Nathan’s original documents were filed, he accused Eason of punching Kaiser on more than one occasion. Eason has denied the allegation. David recently took to Instagram to attempt to explain Kaiser’s bruising to the public: “You couldn’t ask for a better kid,” Eason wrote. “Kaiser is more active than the rest and tends to be a little clumsy but he is a bruiser and nothing stops him when he is having a good time!” Needless to say, the comment aroused more suspicions than it allayed. It remains to be seen if Nathan is actually in possession of sufficient evidence to prove to the court that Jenelle is an unfit mother. On the track “March 14,” Drake admits he is the father of Sophie Brussaux’s son Adonis. “She not my lover like Billie Jean, but the kid is mine,” he spits. He continues: “Single father, I hate when I hear it / I used to challenge my parents on every album / Now I’m embarrassed to tell them I ended up as a co-parent / Always promised the family unit / I wanted it to be different because I’ve been through it.” Drake also addresses his son on the track “Emotionless” when he raps, “I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world/I was hiding the world from my kid.” There are still some questions about his relationship with his son but for now we do have Drake’s confirmation that he is the father.
