Wait, Mariah Yeater: who’s the daddy?!? This 20-year old has been in the news all week because she’s filed a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, alleging he knocked her up after a concert in late 2010 ( which he has denied ). But a woman named Frances Lippe has now come forward with major scoop related to this claim. Lippe tells TMZ that Yeater once dated her grandson, John Terranova. In December, about one month after she says Bieber got her pregnant, Yeater reportedly showed up at Lippe’s house and got into a major altercation with Terranova, stemming for her assertion that HE was the father of her child. Lippe says Yeater broke a window in the home and slapped her grandson three times in the face. Police were called to the scene and Yeater was booked on charges of battery. The family never heard from Mariah again. On July 6, she gave birth to a boy – and did NOT list anyone as the father.

Yes, Justin Bieber. We KNEW that little boy was poking and stroking. Via RadarOnline : A 20-year-old California woman has filed a bombshell lawsuit against teen pop icon Justin Bieber alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy, Star magazine is exclusively reporting in its new issue. Mariah Yeater is demanding the singer take a paternity test “to scientifically confirm” he is the father of the child, according to court papers obtained by Star. The papers were filed in late October and Yeater asks the court for Bieber “to provide adequate support for my baby.” In an affadavit signed under penalty of perjury Yeater says she was 19 years old when she had sex with the underage star backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles. Backstage? And you were more underage then her?? Dang, Bieber! Bieber’s reps have strenuously denied the accusations but a court hearing has been set for later this year. In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Bieber’s said: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.” We’d like to think that this 20-year-old woman wouldn’t put herself out there like that if… Oh wait, Maury Povich has been making a living off of unsure women and their paternity tests for years, huh. Wonder how much she’s gonna get for the exclusive interview about her night (or nights) of getting that fever from Bieber. That should pay for at least one year of daycare.
Bria Murphy, the 21-year-old daughter of Eddie, posed in Maxim magazine’s latest issue wearing bikinis her father likely wouldn’t approve of. But as the spokesmodel for Dark and Lovely hair products, it’s clear she’s becoming her own (business) woman. On her favorite body part: I’m most proud of my legs right now. Sometimes it’s my stomach. But lately I’ve been getting compliments on my legs. On her go-to drink: I love moscato, but if I’m out partying with friends, I have to admit I like the Patrón. On dating (and her dad): It can be kind of nerve-racking [to meet my dad]! My dad is really cool and laid-back, and, no, he doesn’t like his daughters having boyfriends. On the other hand, he has never been disrespectful or anything. He’s always been really nice to the guys. I think everybody wants to make my dad laugh. That’s everybody’s goal. I’ve seen them succeed a few times. Not all the time. On if she plans to follow in her father’s footsteps: I love his comedy, but his music is really great, too, so I love them both. I’d like to do comedies and horror. I love scary movies. Whenever they come out, I’m the first one in line. I just saw Insidious . I was kicking at the screen I was so scared! I love something that’s gonna make me jump, that will freak me out. I like the whole nervousness you get. On what she does for fun: Six Flags is my go-to park because it has big roller coasters. I love roller coasters. I actually like waiting in line sometimes, but if my dad’s with me we can cut the line. He’s really selective about what rides he goes on, but he did almost everything with us when we went to the Harry Potter park at Universal in Florida. We weren’t disguised. But I’ve seen it get hectic before, so we have to walk fast. Remember the shady racist couple we told you about last week? More information has become available about their crimes, including the revelation they allegedly killed a fourth victim, 54-year-old Reginald Clark. Police are also working to establish a motive for the killings of Leslie and David Jones Pedersen, the father and stepmother of David Joseph. According to the suspects, David Jones Pedersen was killed for allegedly molesting the younger Pedersen’s sister during childhood while his wife was killed for not intervening: A woman suspected in the slayings of four people in a Northwest crime spree has admitted to one of the killings, police in Washington State said Monday. Holly Grigsby told investigators that she fatally stabbed Leslie Pedersen, who is the stepmother of Grigsby’s boyfriend, officers said. Grigsby’s boyfriend, David Joseph Pedersen, is also accused in the killing spree that spanned Washington State, Oregon and Northern California. The couple is suspected in the murders Pedersen’s father, David Jones Pedersen, 19-year-old Cody Myers and 54-year-old Reginald Alan Clark, who was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head on Friday. Grisby, 24 said she and Pedersen planned to shoot David Jones Pedersen for allegedly molesting his sister when they were younger. Pedersen planned to shoot his father as the older man was driving the pair to the bus station in his jeep in Everett, Wash., police said. She told them that the pair then went back to the Pedersen home. This is where she allegedly stabbed Leslie Pedersen using two knives. Police say they believe Grigsby and the younger Pedersen then drove the Jeep south to Oregon with the father’s body inside. Days later, authorities say, either one or both of them came across Cody Myers at a jazz festival near the Oregon coastal town of Newport. Myers was shot in the head and chest outside of Newport and his body was dumped miles away, police say. The black Jeep, with David Jones Pedersen’s body inside, was found beneath a steep logging road deep in the Cascade Mountains. Meanwhile, police did not say how they had linked Reginald Clark’s death to the couple. The suspects were arrested north of Sacramento driving Myers’ Plymouth. They pleaded not guilty Friday to weapons possession and vehicle theft and are awaiting an extradition hearing. Earlier Monday, Pedersen told a California newspaper that he killed his father for molesting his sister when she was younger. He told the (Marysville) Appeal Democrat in Yuba County that he did it because it was “his responsibility to make sure it didn’t happen again.” An Oregon sheriff called their week-long road trip down the West Coast “a vicious vile reign of terror.” SMH. ‘It’s more ‘Rocky’ than it is Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em [Robots],’ director Shawn Levy tells MTV News of early skeptics. By Kara Warner Hugh Jackman in “Real Steal” Photo: DreamWorks For those who’ve been following the comings and goings of “Real Steel,” it’s a pretty well-known fact that when the project was first announced back in late 2009, the Internets lit up with comments and rants against the studio for green-lighting a Rock ‘Em Sock Em Robots movie. And while everyone is entitled to their own opinion, the problem with that perception, according to the stars and director themselves, is that it’s incorrect. “A lot people [say], ‘What is it, Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots?’ But it’s got a lot of heart,” Hugh Jackman told MTV News at the film’s premiere. “This movie is really about the relationships of everyone involved, and I think it’s going to surprise people. I saw it with my mother-in-law, my wife and my kids at the same screening, and they all were crying at one point, laughing, and they really got into it.” Director Shawn Levy admitted that he wasn’t bothered so much by the quick critiques as he was amused, because they were analyzing elements of the film they hadn’t seen and a script they obviously hadn’t read. “It’s more ‘Rocky’ than it is Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em. It’s all about the heart, it’s all about the characters,” Levy explained. “The action is great, and if you’re a young guy and you just want to come and watch robots wail on each other, great, you’re going to love it. But if you’re looking for more of an emotional experience, the movie is very much that.” Evangeline Lilly took the emotional aspect of the plot one step further and explained the film’s overall message. “I think the moral message here is: Never give up on yourself. Never sell out. Selling out is such a big thing nowadays, because our culture is so materialistic and money is everything, and in this film, this beautiful little boy played by Dakota [Goyo] will not sell out, and his father wants to, because his father, Hugh Jackman, is kind of pathetic compared to his son,” she explained. “His son is like, ‘Dude, I’m not giving up on myself, I’m not giving up on my robot, I’m not giving up on you.’ It’s beautiful, because it’s supposed to be the inverse; the father is supposed to say that to the son. So it kind of breaks your heart to see a son redeem his father.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Real Steel.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com .
