FBI Launches Investigation To Catch Racist Hacker Who Exposed Leslie Jones Yesterday, we reported that sad news that comedian Leslie Jones was hacked by cowards after nude photos were posted on her official website. According to TMZ , the FBI is already on the hunt for the geek… Sources familiar with the situation tell us, the FBI is developing a strategy for tracking down the person or people who hacked into her iCloud and cell phone and posted nude photos and personal information on her website. It’s unclear whether agents from the West Coast or East Coast will launch the investigation … Leslie lives in both New York and L.A. From what we can gather, this is exclusively an FBI investigation … we’ve checked with both the NYPD and the LAPD and they don’t have the case. A hacker tapped into the SNL star’s website and iPhone and proceeded to post a bevy of sexually explicit photos in addition to her passport, license and other identification. SMFH: SECOND Miami Police Officer Suspended For Involvement In Unarmed Charles Kinsey Shooting

Here we go again… Miami Police Commander Charged In Charles Kinsey Shooting Remember when we told you that the officer who shot unarmed Charles Kinsey was identified as Officer Jonathan Aledda? Well there’s a SECOND officer who’s been arrested for their involvement in the shooting. Commander Emile Hollant is accused of fabricating information (presumably in support of his buddy) who “accidentally” shot the unarmed therapist while “protecting him” from his autistic patient. NBC Miami reports: A North Miami police commander has been suspended for allegedly fabricating information about the shooting of an unarmed black therapist. City Manager Larry Spring Jr. said Friday that commander Emile Hollant is suspended without pay. Spring declined to give specifics about how Hollant allegedly fabricated information about Monday’s shooting of Charles Kinsey by Officer Jonathan Aledda. “He totally violated his trust from the public to protect and serve by giving misinformation to this department,” North Miami Councilman Scott Galvin said at Friday’s news conference. ” He not only jeopardized Mr. Kinsey’s life and the life of his client but he jeopardized the life of every police officer who serves this city.” Hilton Napoleon, Kinsey’s attorney, said he was disturbed by Friday’s development. “The fact that they were trying to cover this up initially is a huge problem,” Napoleon said. Aledda has been placed on paid administrative leave while the shooting is investigated. He is a four-year veteran and a member of the city’s SWAT team. SMFH…this is some bullisht but not surprising. Man Steals Identity To Escape First Wife, Catfishes New Family For 20 Years

Man Lives Under False Identity For Two Decades A Florida man — we guess? — was so desperate to get away from his ex wife that he assumed a new identity . The biggest issue is, the man he decided to become died a tragic death 25 years ago…and he started an entire new family under his name. Via NYDN : A Florida mother and son have learned that the man they knew as a beloved husband and father had lied to them all along. Richard Hoagland, 63, was arrested in the Tampa Bay area Wednesday for stealing and assuming the identity of Terry Jude Symansky, a man who drowned in 1991 at 33 years old, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Under his new identity, Hoagland met and married Mary Hickman nearly 20 years ago. The pair, who share a son, lived together in Zephyrhills, Fla., where Hoagland worked, invested in real estate and even obtained a pilot’s license, according to the newspaper. But in April, the real Terry Symansky’s nephew learned through Ancestry.com that someone had assumed his uncle’s identity, and brought it to the attention of the police. When Hickman was notified, she discovered documents in her home proving her husband was not who she thought he was. Hoagland, who had two different wives and four children in Indiana, disappeared from his home and was eventually declared dead in 2003. When he was taken into custody, Hoagland told officers he assumed the identity to get away from his wife, the Tampa Bay Times reported. Crazy! But the ex-wife’s statement on the matter gives some clue as to why he went to such dramatic extremes to get as far away from her as possible… Hoagland’s ex-wife in Indiana however, informed police her husband said he “had to disappear because he had stolen millions and was wanted by the FBI,” the newspaper reported. Law officials are currently investigating the claim, but records obtained by the Times show that Hoagland has never been arrested. Sounds like she’s a big time liar and so is he. They might have been great together before he pulled shenanigans to escape her.

Donald Trump’s Staff Writer Admits To Plagiarizing Michelle Obama’s Speech Looks like the Trump campaign was feeling the pressure from the media in regards to the #BeckyWithTheBorrowedSpeech scandal. A member of The Donald’s writing staff has finally come forward to claim responsibility for the words that were cribbed from Michelle Obama’s speech and ended up coming out of the mouth of Melania Trump. Via DailyMail An employee at Donald Trump’s real estate company has come forward to say she inadvertently spliced portions of Michelle Obama’s 2008 Democratic National Convention speech into the address Melania Trump delivered Monday night. Mrs. Trump’s speech drew instant criticism when a half-dozen lines were found to be in common with Mrs. Obama’s from eight years ago. Meredith McIver, an in-house staff writer at the Trump Organization and former ballet dancer, released a statement Wednesday saying she wrote down portions of the Obama speech – with Mrs. Trump reading them to her over the phone – and included them later in the draft she presented to Melania. ‘I did not check Mrs. Obama’s speeches. This was my mistake, and I feel terrible for the chaos I have caused Melania and the Trumps, as well as to Mrs. Obama,’ she wrote. ‘No harm was meant.’ Good news is Melania's speech got more publicity than any in the history of politics especially if you believe that all press is good press! — Donald J. Demi Lovato Wonders: What is Wrong with the World?!?

Demi Lovato is not just back on social media. Demi Lovato is back on social media… and better than ever! Earlier this week, the opinionated singer quit Twitter and Instagram . She was a bit vague at the time regarding the basis for her departure, but it seemed to come down to idiot trolls saying stupid things and ignoring all the good work Demi has been doing, such as the foundation she started for mental health care. It’s not difficult to see Twitter users laying into Lovato for being fat or something instead of caring about such an important cause. A mere 24 hours later, however, Lovato said f-ck this , she’s returning to the online platforms… “more honest than ever.” And she wasn’t kidding. Late on Thursday, Lovato made Kanye West proud by going on a rant against pretty much all of society. She made it clear that she thinks most people have their priorities out of order, caring more about celebrity gossip than politics or world peace. “The world is weird,” Lovato Tweeted. “I bet our country knows more about celebrities than they know about what’s happening over seas or global warming. “We complain about how unfair paparazzi and tabloid rumors are but still buy the magazines to find out who’s f–king who and who wore it best.” From there, Lovato shared an actual poll on her Twitter page. “How many people can name someone on the FBI’s top 10 most wanted list?” it asked, listing the following three options: “Is it our fault though?” Demi wondered. “Has society fed into it or is this just easy business with everyone from blogs to magazines trying to cash in? Who’s fault is it that teens can name more celebrity feuds than wars?” There are many points of view one could take on Lovato’s diatribe here. On one hand, she’s right of course. It’s hypocritical for anyone to think badly about Kim Kardashian for posing naked a lot… while then buying magazines about her or following her on Instagram. There’s clearly demand for celebrity gossip, which is why so many stars supply it. On the other hand, Lovato is biting the hand that feeds her a bit here. She has 41 million Instagram followers. But her logic, they should be watching CNN instead of caring about her collection of photos, right? It seems like Demi would be singing a different tune if this actually happened to her. Still, all that said…itis refreshing to see a celebrity at least acknowledge that there are more important issues out there than celebrities, isn’t it? Conan O'Brien opened his talk show on Monday night by saying he is not a “pundit or an expert.” But the comedian is a father of two, and it was as a father of two that he spoke to his viewers in his monologue. Eschewing jokes for a change, O'Brien felt a need to address the Orlando shooting that took the lives of nearly 50 people over the weekend. It took place at a gay nightclub called Pure and the atrocity was committed by a 29-year old named Omar Mateen. Someone on the FBI's watch list after the organization interviewed him in 2013 and 2014 for possible terrorist ties, Mateen was still permitted to legally purchase the guns he used in this heinous attack. This has become a point of contention and anger for those who believe America needs stricter gun control laws, especially when it comes to automatic weapons. And this is the side on to which Conan falls. O'Brien says in the following video: “At a time when we think we've heard the worst stories about senseless violence in our country, that it couldn't possibly get worse, the news out of Orlando yesterday is still impossible to fathom.” “That so many people can lose their lives so quickly because of one person's demented rage will never make sense and God help us if it does.” Mateen – who was shot dead by police after a hostage situation and standoff – used an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle to commit these murders. That’s the same high-velocity weapon used in the mass shootings in San Bernardino, California, last December; and in Newtown, Connecticut; and Aurora, Colorado. Conan told the audience, who applauded in response: “I am the father of two, I like to believe I have a shred of common sense and I simply do not understand why anybody in this country is allowed to purchase and own a semi-automatic assault rifle.” “These are weapons of war and they have no place in civilian life.” Added O'Brien: “I have tried to understand this issue from every side and it all comes down to this: “Nobody I know or have ever met in my entire life should have access to a weapon that can kill so many people so quickly.” Watch his speech below and decide: Do you agree? BOSSIP Exclusive: IRS Says K-Ci Owes Nearly $12K In Back Taxes

The Tax Man Is Going After The Jodeci Crooner The lead singer of 90s R&B group Jodeci is once again facing back tax trouble. The IRS slapped K-Ci, real name Cedric Renard Hailey, with a federal tax lien last month for $11,305, according to New York City Register’s Office. The lien states that the tax man has been trying to collect on the debt for the last 10 years. Records show the singer has struggled with paying his taxes ever since the height of his fame with Jodeci 20 years ago. But K-Ci’s current tax troubles are a far cry from 2003, when the IRS went after him for almost $400,000 in back taxes in both L.A. and his native North Carolina. If K-Ci doesn’t pay the lien, the feds could seize his property and garnish his income to satisfy the tax debt. BOSSIP’s attempts to reach K-Ci weren’t successful Wednesday.

Chicago Police Make Arrest In Shooting Death Of 9-Year-Old Tyshawn Lee Police announced that they had made an arrest in the death of Tyshawn Lee , a 9-year-old whose alleged gang-related slaying spurred outrage in Chicago. Chicago police detectives made “an arrest in the unspeakable murder,” department spokesman Anthony Guglielmi tweeted early Friday. It wasn’t immediately clear whether the person arrested is the one who authorities believe opened fire on young Tyshawn or was involved in some other way. The boy was shot in the face and back on November 2 as he headed to a park down the street from his grandmother’s house to play basketball, the Rev. Michael Pfleger said at the funeral. He was “lured” into an alley in what Chicago police Superintendent Gerry McCarthy called “probably the most abhorrent, cowardly, unfathomable crime that I’ve witnessed in 35 years of policing.” “We’re pretty sure that this is not an accident,” McCarthy said, claiming that the boy was targeted because of his “family relationship with a member of a gang.” “He was not a bystander.” Chicago was called the murder capital of the United States after it registered 503 homicides in 2012, more than any other city. Those numbers have ticked down, though the FBI’s 2014 statistics showing 411 killings still outpaced other cities (such as New York with 333 and Los Angeles with 260) with higher populations. The Auburn-Gresham neighborhood, where gangs battle over turf and the right to sell drugs, and where Tyshawn was gunned down, is among the most dangerous. When will the Chicago violence end?!
