Mariah Carey Releases Cover Photo For New Single Mommy banger and songbird Mariah Carey has been on her grind lately and she doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. In addition to recently signing a multi-million dollar contract to replace J.Lo as an American Idol judge next season , Mariah has also been in the studio working on her next album. Mrs. Cannon recently released this cover photo for her newest single “Triumphant” which features MMG moneymakers Rick Ross and Meek Mill. We think this cover bares a strikingly similar resemblance to her “Butterfly” album cover photo (shown below)… which was shot and released more than 15 years ago. Way to go Momma Mariah . F*ck A Thug: 21-Yr Old Preacher Shot To Death In Carjacking Making Late Night Fast Food Run! [Video]

SMH @ these guys killing this man for a Chrysler 300: Family and friends say a beloved minister was murdered Saturday in northwest Harris County, and now they need the community’s help to find the people who killed him. It happened around 1:30am at the Shadow Ridge Apartments in the 12200 block of Old Walters Road in north Harris County. Investigators identified the victim as 21-year-old Desmond Jones. He ministered and played music at several local churches and was well known in the Houston church community. According to Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies, Jones returned to the apartment complex after making a run for fast food. As he was parking, the suspects approached him and shot him twice — once in the head, officials said. The suspects reportedly stole the car Jones was driving and left him bleeding on the ground. He was transported by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Jones is survived by his wife and two young daughters. They were inside their home asleep when the shooting happened. Friends and relatives tell us the wife may even heard the gunshots. “She’s hurting but she’s doing well,” Pastor Chris Edwards said. A prayer vigil was held Saturday evening at the spot where he was killed. About 50 people gathered there, asking for the public’s help in finding the two men behind Jones’ murder. “We’re dealing with an innocent man losing his life at the hands of perpetrators who must be caught,” Bishop James Dixon said. The stolen vehicle is a silver 2012 Chrysler 300 sedan with chrome rims and Texas license plate number DS1-L815. The suspects are described only as black males. If you spot the vehicle, consider its occupants armed and dangerous.

Eff A Coldhearted Thug: 15 Dead And 50 Killed After Gunman Opens Fire In Aurora, Colorado On “Dark Knight Rises” Theatregoers

There has been a tragic shooting in Colorado at a movie theater during a screening of “The Dark Knight Rises.” At least 14 people were killed and 50 wounded when a gunman opened fire during an early Friday morning screening of the new Batman movie at an Aurora, Colorado, theater, Police Chief Dan Oates told reporters. The heavily armed suspect, who was wearing a bulletproof vest, was apprehended by police in a rear parking lot of the theater, Frank Fania, a police spokesman, told CNN. The suspect was not immediately identified, though Fania said he was believed to be in his early 20s. “He did not resist. He did not put up a fight,” Fania said. Police seized a rifle and a handgun from the suspect, and another gun was found in the theater, he said. ates said there was no evidence of a second gunman. Chaos broke out during the showing of “The Dark Knight Rises” at the Century Aurora 16 theater when the shooting began, police and witnesses said. “We saw people running around and screaming,” a man, who was not identified, told CNN affiliate KUSA. He said there was confusion in the theater when the shooting began because many believed the sound of gunfire was coming from the movie. Oates said that the suspect used some sort of “smoke device” before opening fire in the theater. Witnesses told KUSA that the gunman kicked in an emergency exit door and threw a smoke bomb into the darkened theater before opening fire. One movie-goer, who was not identified, told KUSA the gunman was wearing a gas mask when he released a smoke bomb and then began moving through the theater, randomly shooting at people. Cell phone video taken by someone at the theater showed scores of people screaming and fleeing the building. Some had blood on their clothes. One police officer carried a girl believed to be about 9 with gunshot wound to her back out of the theater, a witness said. “She wasn’t moving.” Authorities have also evacuated the suspect’s Aurora apartment building after “he made a statement about explosives” in his unit, Oates said. Of the wounded, at least 20 were being treated at the University of Colorado Hospital, said spokeswoman Jacque Montgomery. All of the wounded suffered from gunshot wounds, which ranged from minor to critical, she said. “They’re arriving by police, by ambulance. Some are walking in,” she said. Ten people were killed in the theater and another four died at area hospitals, Oates said. Hundreds of police officers descended on the theater, and the FBI has joined the investigation. “We were calling for help from every police and fire agency,” Fania said. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by this terrible tragedy. Sad that people can’t even go and seek entertainment without bloodshed. SMH. Source Photo Credit: Julie Miller/VanityFair

Update: Murderous Black Surgeon Found Dead Near His Buffalo Home From Self-Inflicted Gunshot To The Dome

The body of Dr. Timothy V. Jorden , the doctor accused of shooting and killing his 33-year-old ex-girlfriend and co-worker at the hospital that employed them both, was discovered Friday. A two-day nationwide manhunt for Jorden, a suspect in the Wednesday morning shooting death of a former girlfriend at Erie County Medical Center, ended Friday when he was found in a wooded ravine about 800 yards from his lakefront home, dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Jorden’s body, in blue surgical scrubs and black jacket, was discovered by two female state parole officers in dense underbrush near a ravine along Eighteen Mile Creek. A .357 Magnum was found in Jorden’s right hand, Buffalo Police Commissioner Daniel Derenda said. Ballistics tests will determine if it’s the same gun he used to kill Jackie Wisniewski, his ex-girlfriend and the single mother of a young boy, he said. No suicide note was found. “Had the doctor been taken alive, he would have been charged with murder,” Derenda said. “He shot the victim in the head four times and once in the back at point-blank range.” Cellphone records and Erie County Medical Center surveillance video, the commissioner said, show Jorden on the phone talking for 17 minutes to Wisniewski, “luring her down to a basement stairwell where he shot her.” Another doctor heard the gunfire at about 8 a.m. Wednesday and rushed to the stairwell, where he found the 33-year-old woman. At the same time, the 49-year-old Jorden ran up to his office on the third floor of the David K. Miller Building and unloaded shells from the gun before fleeing to his vehicle and heading to his home. Other hospital surveillance video showed the doctor, earlier that morning, arriving with a large bag that police determined contained a shotgun, Derenda said. The shotgun was later recovered from the surgeon’s office. Surveillance video at the doctor’s house on West Arnold Drive beside Lake Erie also played a crucial role in assisting police. Jorden entered his $540,000 home at 8:37 a.m. and 4 minutes later went out a back door, headed south toward a heavily wooded area in the direction of the ravine. “We believed there was a strong possibility he had committed suicide,” Derenda said, but heavy brush, the ravine, cliffs and a low tree canopy all conspired to slow the search. A neighbor on Thursday told police out canvassing that she had heard a single gunshot between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Wednesday — another sign that the doctor might have killed himself, Derenda said. But without a body to confirm a suicide, Buffalo Chief of Detectives Dennis J. Richards said detectives could not dismiss the possibility that Jorden was still alive and on the run, given the fact that he had withdrawn $36,000 from his bank account in the last two weeks. “We never gave up control of the doctor’s house as we worked on dual scenarios,” Richards said. FBI interviews The FBI conducted interviews nationwide and tracked the doctor’s cellphone and credit card records, while keeping an eye on airline passenger lists, according to Steven Lanser, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s Buffalo office. Meanwhile, the rugged terrain was mapped out, and law enforcement workers walked every inch of the area, with state police rappelling cliffs, K-9 dogs sniffing the grounds, and GPS units used to assist in guiding the search, according to State Police Capt. Steven A. Nigrelli. At 10:40 a.m. Friday, the meticulous approach paid off. Parole Officers Beth Hart and Paula Hughes found the doctor’s body. It was only then that authorities could stand down, State Police Maj. Christopher L. Cummings said. “Having an armed and dangerous individual on the loose is what causes police supervisors to have sleepless nights,” Cummings said. At a news conference early Friday evening in Buffalo Police Headquarters, Derenda said the satisfactory conclusion to the search would not have been possible without the cooperation of so many police agencies all willing to assist. Gifts for his brother In answering questions that arose over the last two days, Derenda said: Jorden took $20,000 of the $36,000 bank withdrawal and mailed a cashier’s check to his brother, Terrance, a dentist in Atlanta. On Tuesday evening, Jorden gave a Rolex watch and $5,500 to his close friend Martin L. Motley III, a Buffalo police officer on long-term disability. Surveillance video at the doctor’s home showed Motley arriving there at about 10 a.m. Wednesday. As Motley left the home at 11 a.m., Hamburg police officers took him into custody, Hamburg Police Chief Michael K. Williams said. Motley is not believed to have committed any criminal acts, Derenda said, though he remains suspended without pay for violating the police department sick leave confinement policy. Motley told city homicide detectives and FBI agents that Jorden gave him the watch and cash to pass along to his brother in Atlanta as gifts. The motive for the killing, Derenda said, “appears to be domestic in nature.” Friends say Wisniewski, a secretary in ECMC’s adolescent psychiatric unit, had confided to them that Jorden had been abusive and that he had threatened and stalked her in recent months. They said Wisniewski broke up with Jorden, a former Army Special Forces soldier, because he was cheating on her and she feared for her life. “Even while he was stalking the woman, he was dating other women, and it looks like it all came to a head,” a law enforcement official said, speaking on the condition he not be identified. This is all bad… SMH! That poor lady got cheated on and then stalked and then slaughtered. At least the neighbors can sleep at night now knowing dude is dead and isn’t going to kill anybody else. Fawk A Thug: Judge Tells Floyd Mayweather “If You’re Shriveling Up, It’s YOUR Fault” After Acting Like A Little Beyotch During 87-Day Jail Sentence

Judge said sit down Floyd! Via TMZ reports : Floyd Mayweather just got knocked out by a Nevada judge … who scoffed at the boxer’s claim he is withering away in jail … essentially ruling Mayweather is acting like a baby. Floyd had begged the court to let him finish out his sentence for domestic violence on house arrest … because he’s dehydrated and malnourished and it’s taking a toll on his body and putting his boxing career in jeopardy. But moments ago, a judge DENIED Mayweather’s request — ordering him to serve out the remainder of his 3-month sentence behind bars. According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the judge called B.S. on Mayweather’s claim that he’s dehydrated behind bars — saying the boxer’s condition is “self-induced as water is made available to [Floyd] twenty-four hours a day.” As for Floyd’s gripe that he’s only consuming a fraction of the calories he needs — the judge says it’s because “[Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided.” The judge also balked at Floyd’s complaint that he can’t train at a world class level while serving his time — saying, “While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses.” Correct us if we’re wrong, but doesn’t going to jail usually jeopardize ANYONE’s career??? If only there was something he could have done to prevent this, like NOT beating his ex-girl…

Breaking: Jimmy Henchman Faces Life In Jail For Moving That Yayo

Jimmy Henchman Found Guilty Of Running Drug Ring Jimmy Henchman is having a rough day. The trial of music industry mogul James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond came to a close today in a Brooklyn federal court. A jury found Rosemond guilty of all 13 charges levied against him, for allegedly heading up the “Rosemond Organization.” Federal prosecutors claim the organization shipped hundreds of kilograms on a weekly basis from the West Coast, using various overnight courier services. The drugs were then shipped to New York, while the proceeds were sent back to the West Coast. Rosemond was emotionless when the jurors reached their verdict, while his family friends and supporters showed obvious signs of disappointment. “I am very disappointed by the verdict,” Rosemond’s lawyer Gerald Shargel told AllHipHop.com exclusively. “There were a lot of reasons to doubt the government’s case.” James Rosemond was the CEO of Czar Entertainment, which at its height, managed artists like Akon, Brandy, Groove Theory, Gucci Mane, Game, Michael K. Williams, Mike Tyson, Sheek Louch, and numerous others. Rosemond is facing life in prison. He will be sentenced at a later date. The man was a real-life crime lord wasn’t he? Sheesh. They’re going to throw him under the jail. At least he had a good run on top. Source

Doctors Declare Afghan Woman Whose Husband Chopped Off Her Nose And Ears “Too Unstable” For Reconstructive Surgery

An Afghan woman who once graced the cover of TIME Magazine after being mutilated for trying to flee her Taliban husband is still struggling with her new life. Via RadarOnline reports : An Afghan woman who became the face of Taliban brutality after her husband and in-laws hacked off her nose and ears has not had a Hollywood happy ending despite the global spotlight on her plight. Aesha was catapulted to infamy when she appeared on the August 2010 cover of Time magazine unashamed of the butchered face that she received as punishment for trying to run away from an abusive marriage in the war-torn country. After she hit newsstands all over the country, the teenager was thrust into the celebrity lifestyle hobnobbing with movie stars and politicians, and even being offered free reconstructive surgery by the Grossman Burn Foundation, a humanitarian medical group in the Los Angeles area, reported CNN.com. Despite the glitz and glamour, it soon became obvious that there were deep emotional scars that went beyond even the atrocious physical torture she endured and the pretty brunette began fighting with the families who took her in, had fits where she shook, went stiff and her eyes rolled back in her head, or bit herself, screamed and pulled out her hair. Doctors decided she was too unstable to undergo surgery and Aesha (which is also spelled Aisha) was ultimately hospitalized and the charity Women for Afghan Women had to step in to care for her. Since becoming the poster child for 15 million Afghan women, Aesha was suddenly kept out of the public eye and even Oprah’s attempts at an interview were rejected. “We’re hoping she’ll spread her wings,” said Esther Hyneman, 73, a retired professor of women’s and multicultural studies and longtime Women for Afghan Women volunteer who became Aesha’s unofficial guardian. “But when you’re 20 years old, from a village in Taliban-controlled southern Afghanistan where you’ve never been to school and can’t read or write in your own language, and you’ve never heard of France or Italy or Canada, and you don’t speak the language in the country you’re living in, and you’ve been through hell – it’s a little hard to spread your wings, even if you want to do it.” While living in a small ground-floor apartment in New York, Aesha was being schooled by her patient mentor, Ariela Perlman, who normally works with emotionally disturbed fifth-graders, and was teaching the girl who is even illiterate in her native language of Pashto, to read and write in English. Born in a village in southern Afghanistan, Aesha didn’t even know the days of the week, not to litter, or how to board a subway. “She loves physical affection, which is really sweet — except when you’re trying to type, and you have a 20-year-old sitting in your lap,” Kelly Becker-Smith, who works with volunteers at the Women for Afghan Women office told CNN, while another teacher had pulled muscles in her back and legs pushing her “giant little girl” on a swing. It is the kind of loving attention that was severely lacking in her previous life where she was offered up for marriage to a Taliban family to even out a family score. After being beaten and forced to sleep with the animals, she ran away but was hunted down, tossed in prison and a court ruled that she should be mutilated for dishonoring her husband’s family. Trying to fit in to life in the Big Apple was a major challenge for Aesha due to erratic mood swings and strange unsocial habits that caused a string of roommates to flee. While the noise of an ice cream van would cause her to run in fear, she watches online videos of Taliban members cursing, shooting and beating women when she’s feeling low. Desperately missing being part of a family, Aesha, now 22, abruptly left New York and is currently living with Mati Arsala and Jamila Rasouli-Arsala in Frederick, Maryland. “She’s a trauma patient,” Jamila said. “If you want to help, you have to have a very thick skin… There’s no room in her heart for appreciation.” The couple has vowed to keep her with them until the overgrown child can stand up on her own. Trauma is a muhfugga! We’re keeping Aesha in our prayers. Hopefully she can heal from the abuse someday and get the surgery. It’s interesting because in the CNN article they show her prosthetic nose which she only wore briefly. Do you think she will ever get the surgery? It seems like she’s comfortable with her appearance the way it is. More photos and info at CNN.com

Fawk A Republican Thug: GOP Newsletter Calls For Armed Revolution If Obama Is Re-Elected

Yo these people are wildin. Conservative Newsletter Calls For Armed Revolution If Obama Is Re-Elected After surviving two terms with an idiot President who sent the nation into a war based on lies and allowed greedy banks and the mortgage industry to drive us into the worst recession ever but these wanksters wanna go and get their guns on the man who has tried to clean up the mess? SMH: A monthly newsletter published by the Greene County Republican Committee in Virginia is raising eyebrows for including a column in its March edition that calls for an “armed revolution” if President Barack Obama is elected to a second term in November. Among articles denouncing a University of Virginia initiative to implement a living wage for employees of the institution, questioning if Obama is “America’s Most Biblically-Hostile U. S. President?” and an op-ed slamming the GOP establishment with generous use of capital letters, RightWingWatch picks out a column from the newsletter’s editor, Ponch McPhee. In it, McPhee urges readers to encourage other conservatives to vote in November. He goes on to warn that the consequences of not defeating Obama, a so-called “ideologue unlike anything world history has ever witnessed or recognized,” would be dire. “[W]e shall not have any coarse [sic] but armed revolution should we fail with the power of the vote in November,” McPhee writes. “This Republic cannot survive for 4 more years underneath this political socialist ideologue.” A disclaimer at the bottom of the publication apparently attempts to account for this type of rhetoric, noting that the contributors do “not reflect the opinion of the Republican Party whole or in part” and are only representative of the “individual” — in this case, the editor himself. It’s crazy how reckless these people get. Armed revolution? This guy is on that treason isht right now. He needs a ho sit down. Source
