The intern who writes Kim Kardashian’s blog Kim Kardashian is an idiot. In a new website post , the reality star asks her drones “dolls” to vote brother-in-law Lamar Odom into the All-Star Game this year. There are just two problems with this request: Odom is averaging a paltry 6.7 points and five rebounds per game this season, down from career numbers of 14.5 and 8.8, respectively. Someone might wanna tell Kim that Lamar no longer plays for the Lakers, following an immature trade demand because his feelings were hurt that Los Angeles wanted to upgrade its roster. Notice the photos Kim included with her plea: To vote Odom on to the All-Star roster would be an insult to professional basketball. It would take away a spot from a player who actually deserves it. Seriously, Kim, for someone who spends so much time underneath with athletes, we’d think you’d have more respect for the world of sports.

The Los Angeles Lakers finalized a trade with the Dallas Mavericks over the weekend, sending the reality star/power forward to Texas in exchange for a $8.9 million trade exception, as well as a protected first-round pick. Odom actually requested the deal because his feelings were hurt when the Lakers previously included him in a trade for Chris Paul. The NBA vetoed that exchange, leading Odom to whine to The Los Angeles Times : “You don’t want to go to no place you’re not wanted.” Khloe has said she’ll follow her man wherever he goes, while Kobe Bryant is sad to say goodbye to last year’s Sixth Man of the Year. “To be honest with you, I don’t like it,” the star two guard said. “It’s tough to lose Lamar. Pau [Gasol] is still here, and we’re all thankful for that. It’s hard when you’ve been through so many battles with players to just see them go somewhere else. With the increased popularity of electronic crutches like Autotune, a lot of people are being allowed to have musical careers without being able to sing very well. We’ve all thought it but very few have come out and said it. Well, the folks at Madamenoire.com went there and some folks are about to get their feelings hurt. Do you agree with their picks? Jennifer Lopez Lopez is definitely a woman that has worn many hats. While that is commendable, I must say that carrying a note is something she should give up on. She’s a great entertainer otherwise, but we all should have been real with her after “If You Had My Love.” Pharrell Williams I love this guy, and I even bought his solo album , In My Mind where he both sings and raps. But it took me a few years to come to the conclusion that if he really thinks he can sing, he’s got to be playing crazy. His vocals can sound okay one second and then piercing the next. There’s something immobile at the center of The Lady , a kind of Botoxed biopic with an unlikely director — Luc Besson — manning the syringe. Technically, that something is the figure of Aung San Suu Kyi: Here the Burmese activist is played by Michelle Yeoh, who gets the already wearisome Shepard Fairey treatment on the film’s poster, and seems to have attended the special edition stamp school of acting in preparation for the role. Almost to a scene, Yeoh is so still and serene she’s practically submerged, her dialogue seeming to rise like beatific air bubbles that burst into tiny, untroubled smiles at the surface. Rather than ripple out — and risk the suggestion of any small mercy of movement whatever — Yeoh’s performance forms a kind of undertow that pulls the surrounding story and characters into the hagiographic shallows, where they float like sea monkeys with better set dressing, blooping away about Burmese democracy.

By Rob Markman Lloyd Photo: MTV News When Irv Gotti appeared on “RapFix Live” on October 5, he joked that he has no filter. And when the subject of his former Murder Inc. artist Lloyd came up, Gotti didn’t hold back, saying he had “no love” for the R&B singer. Lloyd, however, took the high road when asked about his old boss. “I haven’t been in that situation for years now,” said Lloyd, who has since moved to Interscope Records. “I think that what don’t break us, makes us, and people throw stones a lot, but I don’t live in a glass house. I don’t really feel affected by the comments that were made towards me.” The Atlanta vocalist, who recently dropped his fourth LP, King of Hearts, is now working with producer Polow da Don on his Zone 4 label and his happy about his musical progress, even if he isn’t enjoying the same sales success, as Irv pointed out. “It wasn’t a problem; me leaving was creative,” he said about his departure from the Inc. “It was a conflict of creative interest. It was me wanting to make music; it wasn’t me wanting to do anything more or less.” It doesn’t seem that Lloyd’s former labelmates Ashanti and Ja Rule share Irv’s sentiment. Back in April, both performed alongside the “You” singer when he opened for Diddy in New York. “It kinda deaded a lot of unnecessary rumors about my feelings towards people and my relationship with people,” Lloyd told MTV News of that show in particular. “I’m really happy about that concert.” What do you think about Lloyd’s response to Irv?
