Us Weekly reports that Teresa is working out like crazy in the big house…and she’s already seeing results: “She’s getting in the best shape of her life,” a source tells the tabloid. “Every night she hits the gym and she’s been asking friends to send her workout videos.” Could the her desire to get jacked have anything to do with the rumors that Teresa is being targets by other inmates ? As you’ve probably heard by now, Teresa Giudice is in prison , serving out a 15 month sentence for fraud. Like all residents of Danbury Correctional Institution, Teresa is required to earn her keep by pitting in work.  Prisoners can put in requests, but ultimately have little say in what sort of work they’re assigned. Sources inside the prison report that  Teresa was hoping for a kitchen job , but since she’s new, and cafeteria gigs are among the most coveted in the joint, that was a long shot. Instead, the disgraced reality star has reportedly been assigned to one of the hottest, dirtiest, most unpleasant work details at Danbury – the laundry. Like most inmates,  Teresa will start at 12 cents an hour  to start, so pay was never a consideration. The laundry room was reportedly the last place Teresa wanted to end up, simply because she’s (understandably) disgusted by the thought of handling her fellow inmates’ soiled garments. “It was definitely not her first choice,” says one insider. “Teresa was unhappy when she found out the assignment because she thinks it’s disgusting work to have to do.” “She really was hoping they would let her work in the kitchen. She wants to be able to cook for everyone.” Shockingly, prison officials seemed to not give a crap what Teresa wanted because it’s freaking prison, not college career day. Go figure. Gia Giudice Turns 14, Remains Depressed About Teresa Giudice Prison Sentence

Gia Giudice turns 14 years old today, but she almost certainly won’t be enjoying a very happy birthday. Teresa Giudice reported to prison on Monday after a premature celebration with her oldest daughter. She has had reportedly had minimal contact with her family in the days since. “Gia is incredibly sad about not spending time with her mom on her birthday, but, like Teresa she is very strong,” a source close to the family tells Radar Online.  “She is going to put on her best face and enjoy her celebration – and she knows that her mom loves her no matter where she is.” A miniscule silver lining to Gia’s dark cloud became visible today when it was revealed that Teresa would receive an early release from prison, and will serve only 13 of the 15 months to which she was sentenced. It’s not much – and to a 14-year-old girl, 13 months can feel like a very long time – but it’s the first good news that Giudice family has received in quite some time. To make matters worse, yesterday marked the birthday of Gia’s grandfather. Teresa Giudice: Earning 12 Cents an Hour, Blaming Family For Prison Sentence

It’s a good thing Teresa Giudice made big bucks for her pre-prison interviews , because now that the former Housewife is behind bars, her paychecks won’t have quite as many zeroes. By which we mean, she’ll be lucky if there are any numbers in front of the decimal point. Teresa reported to prison on Monday, and sources say that like all other inmates at Danbury Correctional, she was likely put to work on day one. The exact nature of her job is unknown, but it almost certainly involves manual labor, and pays approximately jack squat. Teresa might make as little as 12 cents an hour. To make matters worse, since Teresa was found guilty of bankruptcy fraud , half of her pay has to go toward paying off her $414,588 debt to her creditors.  One might think she’d really be regretting her shady actions at this point, but naturally, the reality-star-turned-jailbird is still finding ways to point the finger at everyone but herself. At first, Teresa blamed her husband for her legal woes, now she’s reportedly moved on to hating on her brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Melissa Gorga. “She thinks they made her look like a bad character [on the show] and that ultimately is why she had to go to jail,” an insider tells Radar Online. “What Teresa doesn’t realize is that she made herself look bad in terms of how she dealt with the charges.” “It’s sad that she can’t take accountability even at this stage.” Yes, “sad” is pretty much Teresa’s middle name these days. In less than two weeks, Teresa Giudice will turn herself over to authorities and begin serving 15 months in prison on fraud charges. Sources say Teresa’s been doing everything in her power to give her daughters an enjoyable final Christmas with their parents ( Joe Giudice begins his 41-month sentence after Teresa gets released), but not surprisingly, she’s found that to be easier said than done. In addition to the stress brought about by a looming prison sentence, Teresa has reportedly grown increasingly frustrated with her turbulent marriage.  There have been rumors that Joe plans to divorce Teresa while she’s locked up, and given his behavior over the years, we wouldn’t put it past him. Neither would Teresa, it seems, as the Housewife has reportedly grown desperate in her search for a temporary guardian to care for her four daughters while she’s behind bars. “She knows Joe doesn’t want to take care of them, and she doesn’t think he’s capable,” a source tells Life & Style. “Teresa has become so desperate she’s now considering giving her kids to friends.” The insider says Teresa has struck out in her search for a family member to take her three youngest daughters. Teresa Giudice Gets Pre-Prison Support From NeNe Leakes

Teresa Giudice is less than a month away from beginning her 15-month prison sentence, but sources say she’s holding up well and attempting to provide her children with as normal a holiday season as possible. Teresa hasn’t been receiving support from the expected sources (there are reports that Joe Giudice plans to file for divorce after she turns herself in), but she has been drawing strength from less likely sources, such as fellow Bravo vet NeNe Leakes. NeNe is currently starring in Cinderella on Broadway, and Teresa took her four daughters to check out the show last night. NeNe posted the above photo on Instagram with a caption reading, “My girl Teresa Giudice came to Cinderella last nite with her beautiful daughters to support me! I love the girls! They were so fabulous!” “[Teresa] looks so good!” NeNe added. “She’s a super strong woman!” NeNe and Teresa got their starts on Bravo around the same time, and they’ve talked openly about their friendship over the years. Just last month, NeNe stated that she’ll visit Teresa in prison once her sentence begins. In the meantime, sources say NeNe has offered to assist Teresa and her family in any way that she can, both during Teresa’s remaining weeks of freedom, and while she’s doing her time. Ever since Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in prison , the Bravo network has been the one place that she’s able to turn to for sympathy. Andy Cohen interviewed Teresa in a compassionate, but no-nonsense fashion after her trial wrapped up. Other Bravo stars have expressed their condolences, such as when Brandi Glanville called Teresa’s situation “sad” last week.  But a celeb who sat down with Cohen on Watch What Happens Live last night was certainly not eager to join Teresa’s pity party: Lisa Kudrow to Teresa Giudice: Don’t Commit Crimes When former Friends star and Real Housewives aficionado Lisa Kudrow was asked about the Teresa situation, she certainly didn’t mince words: “I felt really bad for [Teresa’s daughters],” Lisa began. “Then I remembered that’s why we don’t commit crimes, because we think about our families and our children.” Asked about the Giudices feud with castmate Jim Marchese, Kudrow responded: “I’m on his side. I can’t spend time with these people, because I also like to avoid felons.” Harsh. Guess Lisa’s put her flower child Phoebe Buffay days behind her. But even if Cohen and company invite the occasional anti-Teresa guest, Bravo has still been very good to the Giudices. The network offered Teresa the chance to film a new season of Jersey Housewives before she’s forced to report to prison, which resulted in a massive payday for her family. As has been documented many times on the Internet over the past several months, parents often receive mixed reactions when they tell existing children that another child is on the way. Sometimes, a young boy yells at his mom and explains that her often- expecting state is exasperating . Other times, an 1 1-year old is moved to quiet tears upon hearing the miraculous news. And still other times, a daughter is simply grateful that her parents have decided to gift her with a sibling. Teresa Giudice: Currently Filming New Season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey?!

Just because Teresa Giudice is headed to prison , doesn’t mean she’s done making a buck off of Bravo! Production insiders have revealed to Radar Online that Teresa and her family are currently filming the seventh season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, which will document her final weeks as a free woman. “It was a no brainer for Teresa to decide to do the show,” says one source. “She obviously needs the money to pay off mounting debts. The producers were thrilled because it will result in a ratings bonanza.” There’s no word yet on exactly how much she’s getting paid, but considering Teresa’s salary for past seasons has exceeded $500,000, it’s a safe bet that filming between now and January should enable the Giudices to pay off the remainder of their six-figure restitution. In addition to participating in what’s likely to be her final season of RHONJ, Teresa is planning a pre-prison Christmas special  that will allow her to “say goodbye” to her fans before beginning her sentence on January 5. In an unprecedented move for the network, Bravo has reportedly agreed to pay Teresa’s four daughters for their time on camera during the coming months. Teresa Giudice: Fired By Crisis Manager For Trying to Land a Spot in Orange is the New Black Jail!

The ongoing saga of Teresa Giudice’s legal troubles just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Here’s a quick run-down to bring you up to speed: Earlier this month,  Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison . She tried to get out of it (even though she’d signed a plea deal); she gave some lucrative pre-prison interviews, and then she hired an ex-con “crisis manager.” Within days, the crisis manager – Wendy Feldman – had scored Teresa a tell-all book deal and helped her land a cushy prison assignment. It looked like there was finally a silver lining in the dark cloud that is Teresa’s life. So naturally, she had to go and paint it black: Feldman canned Teresa as a client this week after the reality star “repeatedly” ignored her advice and went behind her back to contact lawyers, judges, and the Bureau of Prisons. It seems Teresa badly wants to be assigned to Danbury Correctional Facility, the site that served as the inspiration for the Netflix series Orange is the New Black.  Teresa went behind Feldman’s back to request that the BOP send her to Danbury. She claims it’s so that she can be closer to her husband and kids, but c’mon…she probably just wants to meet Crazy Eyes. Mind you, Teresa was already assigned to a facility affectionately referred to as ” Camp Cupcake ” due to its lax rules and friendly staff.  Feldman had reportedly worked hard to get Teresa such a coveted assignment and was understandably pissed when Teresa threw it all away in hopes of gettin’ it on with Donna from That 70s Show. Feldman now says that she’ll never work with the Giudice family again.
