T.O. — whose finances have taken a turn for the worse as of late — has been dumping his real-estate collection right and left (both his Miami and Dallas condos were already sold) … and now he finally unloaded his 1,060 square-foot Atlanta crib. The deal wasn’t so great for T.O. — he purchased the pad back in 2005 for $324,600 and then listed it in 2011, where it sat on the market for over a year. He finally unloaded it earlier this month for a mere $180k. But it’s a steal for the new owner … the cool digs is rockin’ 2-bedrooms, 2-baths … and primo amenities like a 24/7 concierge service, rooftop pool, fitness center, yoga studio and a club room — with Xbox & Playstation. Kim Zoliack Confirms Departure From Real Housewives Of Atlanta Reality Show Despite much scrutiny and some heavy sideeye-age from her fellow frenemy cast members, RHOA Kim Zoliack says she is heading for the door and not looking back at her lengthy stint on the drama-filled reality show. via In Touch “I was eight months pregnant and there was so much drama; I just had to walk,” Kim tells In Touch about her mid season exit from the hit Bravo series. “I’ve taken on so much in the past five years, but this was the final straw. My priority was the child inside me.” The drama unfolded over a trip to the Caribbean island of Anguilla, where co-star Cynthia Bailey would be renewing her vows with husband Peter Thomas. When Kim, who was 36 weeks pregnant at the time and under strict doctor’s orders not to travel, announced she wouldn’t be coming, all hell broke loose. “They couldn’t understand why I couldn’t go,” Kim — who gave birth to son Kash a few weeks later, in August — says about her fellow Housewives, unleashing their collective fury. “Fighting is what we’re known for, but I’ve never disagreed with a pregnant woman. [It’s] a tricky thing … because we’re supposed to have mind-boggling, otherworldly … sex,” Stewart said. “In the first one, ‘Breaking Dawn 1,’ we really … this is weird … tried to keep the first one sweet. It’s about self-discovery. Nothing about this series is raunchy. With the search for new American Idol judges on, Kelly Clarkson knows exactly who should get the gig. Carrie Underwood! “Didn’t she major in journalism or something?” Clarkson said to Us Weekly of her fellow former winner. “And she can have that face… that bluff face! She can put that on! She would be good.” She’d be terrific. Underwood has the resume, and the charm and the personality, as evidenced by her CMA Awards hosting gigs. But she also has the mammoth success and we can’t see her needing to take the job for any sort of career bump. Still, it’s an intriguing idea, isn’t it?
