Sara Rue Develops Sapphic Sitcom for the CW

Watch out, TV waifs, because the curvy girls are taking over. First Kat Dennings struck sitcom gold with 2 Broke Girls , and now her partner in pneumatics, a newly slimmed-down (but still fantastically stacked) Sara Rue , is looking to do the same. Sara is working with The CW to develop a sitcom called Poseurs , and she’s signed on to write and co-executive produce as well as star. Sara will star as Lucy, a yuppie whose swanky Manhattan co-op is on the line when her fiancee moves out and her college BFF Alexandra moves in. The building technically doesn’t allow for roommates, so to keep her highly desirable apartment, Lucy claims her new bunk mate is also her new bed mate. We just hope that their co-op board is nosy. Britney Spears will not be required to give a deposition to Brand Sense, which claims that it helped negotiate a perfume deal for Spears but was cut out of profits. A company suing pop star Britney Spears for cutting them out of a perfume deal is trying to gain access to her medical records to prove she can#39;t testify. You know what they say: if your first televised wedding doesn’t go well, try, try again. TLC has announced plans to air a special dedicated to the nuptials of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo. It will include footage from their joint wedding shower, the latter’s search for a gown and, of course, end with the actual ceremony. Lachey allowed reality TV cameras into his life in a similar manner for his wedding to Jessica Simpson. That union ended in divorce after four years. A midget impersonated Nick Lachey at his fiancee’s bachelorette party . Why couldn’t that be televised?!? “We’re lucky to have such passionate and loving fans, and we though partnering with TLC on this special would be the best way to share the exciting journey we’re on with all the people that support us and our relationship,” the couple said, shockingly, in a joint statement. Good for Rob Van Winkle: Adam Sandler has been gearin’ up for his new upcoming comedy I Hate You Dad, and it looks like he’s cast 90′s rapper Vanilla Ice AKA Robert Van Winkle! According to Variety, Ice will play Sandler’s longtime friend. Sandler’s character will take on the role of Andy Samberg’s dad who moves in with him and his fiancee, whom he immediately starts feuding with. Source

Twilight Filmmakers Beg Fans to Stop Looking at Leaked Breaking Dawn Sex Photos

Yesterday, tragedy struck the production of Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn in the form of leaked stills depicting Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) consummating their relationship between the sheets. Movieline wondered whether the raciness of the images might actually win the franchise more fans but it appears the production team isn’t willing to take that risk.
