And Another One! Kim Porter Sued By Former Personal Assistant Who Says She Was Fired For Complaining About Being Worked Like A Slave

Where is Kim Porter? Probably cracking her whip on some poor personal assistant who is on her hands and knees scrubbing the dog poo stains out of her carpet. At least that’s what the latest lawsuit against her alleges. Via RadarOnline reports : The baby mama of Sean John Combs, aka Puff Daddy, Diddy and P. Diddy, is being sued by a former assistant who claims she made her work like a slave up to 99.5 hours each week! According to the lawsuit, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Amanda Jansen was hired to work for Kim Porter in November 2011. “Pursuant to the employment agreement, Ms. Jansen was to work 99.5 hours per week. These hours included 13.5 hour shifts on Monday through Friday and 24 hour shifts (8 hours of which were unpaid) Saturday and Sunday,” the lawsuit says. “Thus, Ms. Jansen did not have regularly scheduled days off.” Among the duties Jansen was ordered to perform, the suit alleges, were cooking for the household and staff, going to Costco and “cleaning the floor if the family dog urinated, or defecated in the house.” But the living quarters provided for Amanda, the documents claim, were “abysmal” and the bedroom door didn’t have a lock. Prior to being fired, lawyers for Amanda say she conveyed her concerns that she was being short-changed to Porter and was summarily dismissed shortly thereafter. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages. It’s the second lawsuit in successive months to be filed against Porter: last month, Dawn Drago, filed papers in a court alleging that Porter chain-smoked sticky icky in the house while her children were home. In the latest case, Jansen is being repped by famed attorneys Tamar Arminak and Patrick Reider. Poor thang! NCAA Bracket 2013: Who Ya Got?

It’s NCAA Tournament time once again! With the field of 68 teams competing for the 2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship revealed Sunday, it’s time to let the bracket frenzy begin! You don’t have to be an expert to fill out an NCAA bracket. In fact, the experts are often wrong, which is the beauty of this event, one of the best in sports. The four No. 1 seeds – Louisville, Kansas, Indiana and Gonzaga – are the obvious favorites, but perhaps less so than in years past after a wild season. It’s been tough to find a consensus #1 all year long in college hoops, and in a single-elimination format, you know anything can and will happen. In fact, double-digit seeds are advancing more often than ever. In 2012 alone, two No. 15 seeds Norfolk State and Lehigh busted countless brackets by taking down No. 2 seeds Missouri and Duke, respectively. Which underdogs do you think will surprise in 2013? Check out the full NCAA bracket after the jump! The “First Four” games, a.k.a. the play-in games, bring the field to 64 on March 19-20, with the “second round” games kicking off March 21-22. Catherine Giudici and Sean Lowe: We’re Getting Married SOON!

The Bachelor’s Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are not only convinced they’ve found everlasting love on ABC, they’re planning on getting married fast! They’re also planning on tying the knot Bachelor style. Televised. “It’s just fitting,” Sean Lowe says of fast-tracking a TV wedding. We’re sure it is, but that it’s also motivated by two factors: ABC paying them an ass ton of money to do so. His unwillingness to get it in before marriage. That will light a fire under them for sure! In any case, Catherine Giudici, 26, says she can’t wait to wed ASAP: “Everything in our relationship has been documented so far. It’s right for us!” Sean, 29, actually proposed in Thailand four months ago. Now that they can now finally proclaim their love after The Bachelor finale , expect it to grow even stronger as they both bask in the bliss, they say. Said Sean last night on the After the Final Rose special: “We’ve been harboring this secret for so long. We just want some normalcy, to go out to eat, hold hands and do all the things that couples do!” “We don’t have a wedding date yet,” he adds, “But we’ve kicked around a lot of ideas , most of which are silly and fun. We just want it to be a big party.” Silly and fun, as fans know, were two traits that won Cat the final rose over Lindsay Yenter, AshLee Frazier and Bachelorette-to-be Desiree Hartsock . “I just love being around her,” The Bachelor gushes. “We had the friendship as well as the romance. I love her so much. I know this is meant to be.” Following the proposal, Lowe and Giudici kept up communication through text messages, phone calls and Skype, and a few incognito rendezvous. “Every one or two weekends we would get to meet up and be locked up in a house somewhere,” says Lowe, 29. “We loved every minute of it!” Man. The Bachelor season finale Monday night promises to be one for the ages. But who will win Sean Lowe’s final rose? And what is in that letter? After the emotional hometown dates, overnight dates and Women Tell All Special, it all comes down to Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter.
